Fred Matiang’i, the then Cabinet Secretary for Education. He is currently in the Interior docket
On Friday, 28th June 2019, the High Court ruled that the Ruaraka land where two schools, Drive Inn Primary & Ruaraka High School sit is public.
This is the same land where then Education CS Fred Matiang’i and the windy-looking PS Belio Kipsang purchased from conman Francis Mburu of Afrison Exports and Imports Limited for over Kshs. 1.5 billion.
In short the government bought land that it already owns and indeed Matiang’i and his team shouldn’t have paid for this.
Francis Mburu, Afrison Limited.
But you know how Kenyan State officers roll. There are kickbacks that might have been involved.
How much did Matiang’i and former National Land Commission (NLC) Chairman Muhammad Swazuri and his team pocket so as to lie to systems that this is private land they were buying?
It is said that NLC misled Matiang’i.
NLC, whose chairman at the time was Muhammad Swazuri, had claimed it searched through the ministry’s records and found that it belonged to Mburu.
Muhammad Swazuri, Former NLC Chairman
What will DPP do?
The DPP through their Twitter page update on Saturday wrote the following:.
Court declares that Ruaraka land where Drive Inn Primary & Ruaraka High School sit is public.
Court agreed with Prosecution that Sh1.5B National Land Commission paid to Afrison Export Import Ltd to reclaim the land was fraudulent.
A three-Judge Bench-Justices; Benard Eboso, Elijah Obaga & Kossy Bor said NLC shouldn’t have paid to reclaim land already belonging to government.
DPP will review the case file from EACC & give further directions on prosecution of concerned individuals & recovery of Kshs. 1.5 billion public money.

Tiso Blackstar Group, the company that owns 49 per cent of Radio Africa, has sold its entire business to Lebashe Investment Group. The South African media firm with businesses in Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya sold its investments to pay off debt.
Tiso Blackstar acquired shares in Radio Africa Group in 2014 for Ksh 1.6 billion. Following the acquisition, the South African firm became the majority shareholder in the company that runs KISS FM, Classic FM, Radio Jambo, The Star Newspaper, and KISS TV.
Other Shareholders in Radio Africa include; Kiprono Kittony, Dr. Evans Kidero, Sudhir Vidyarthi, and the company founders – Patrick Quarcoo and William Pike.
Like most media companies around the world, Tiso Blackstar has been going through financial challenges. In the last eight years, the company’s share price at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange has dropped by 80 per cent.
Its Kenyan partner, Radio Africa Group, is also said to be going through a rough patch with complaints of delayed salaries by some employees.
Tiso’s CEO said that the sale is “a perfect opportunity for a new owner to take the company to greater heights.”
The acquisition by South Africa’s Lebashe Investment Group is expected to be finalized before the end of 2019. There might be some changes at Radio Africa following the shift in ownership.

A man is believed to have dropped to his death from a plane flying over London, after his body was discovered in a residential garden on Sunday.
The man appeared to have been a stowaway, who fell from the landing gear compartment of a Kenya Airways plane on approach to Heathrow airport, London’s Metropolitan Police said in a statement on Monday.
“Police were called at 15:39hrs (10:39 ET) on Sunday, 30 June to a residential address in Offerton Road, Clapham after a body was discovered in a garden,” the police statement read.
“Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service. The body of a person, believed to be a man (age unknown) was found. A post-mortem examination will be carried out in due course. Police are working to establish the man’s identity,” it continued.
A bag, water and some food were discovered in the landing gear compartment once the place touched down at Heathrow, the police said.

This morning, officers from the FLYING SQUAD department arrested Ex-State House Director of Digital Communication Dennis Itumbi within the Nairobi Central Business District and took him to DCI Headquarters for questioning in reference to letter on ‘DP Ruto assassination’.

Just days ago, Dennis Itumbi lashed out at the Daily Nation newspaper over an article he alleges indirectly and erroneously links him to an ‘assassination’ letter against Deputy President William Ruto.
The newspaper carried an article on Sunday which said two of Ruto’s aides are being sought by the DCI on suspicion they circulated the letter. It said the two are from the communications department.

Pain and Suffering may have prompted Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore to seek mercy killing, Cyprian Nyakundi can report.
Mercy Killing is also referred to as Euthanasia or Assisted Suicide.
Medical sources defines euthanasia as the act of bringing about the death of a hopelessly ill and suffering person in a relatively quick and painless way for reasons of mercy.
Voluntary euthanasia is euthanasia that is provided for a competent person with his informed consent. Involuntary euthanasia is euthanasia performed without a person’s consent. Assisted suicide is to provide the means whereby a suffering person may kill himself.
Another source that spoke to cnyakundi.com told us that Bob Collymore’s suffering had become ”too much” as confirmed by Safaricom Chairman Mr. Ng’ang’a to said that his health had deteriorated in the last ‘few’ weeks.
His family was invited and simply waited for the day, as he wrote down his will and indicated how her wanted to be buried.
The same source confirmed that doctors had told Mr. Bob Collymore that his situation had deteriorated, and would need to be bed-ridden to buy a few months, an idea Bob Seriously opposed. “He could not imagine himself under machines to buy-off a few weeks or months.
Many patients suffering from cancer usually go into a coma before death, but a jovial Bob laughed as he waited for his day with some media idiots claiming Bob was a “prophet” that knew when he would die.
Bob fought a good fight but that is life. We pray for his family in these hard times.

The fingerprints of a man whose frozen body fell into a garden in London from the landing gear of a Kenya Airways plane are being analysed after being sent by British police to Nairobi, where investigators suspect he may have been an airport employee.
A bag, water and some food were discovered in the landing gear compartment after the flight arrived at Heathrow on Sunday. The man’s body was found in a garden in Clapham, south London, shortly before 3.40pm that day.
The director general of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, Gilbert Kibe, told the BBC: “Whoever it is most likely had access to the airside because with the way security is tight, it’s unlikely that an outsider would have been able to make his way through to the airside where an aeroplane is parked and be able to climb in.”
“I’m suspecting it’s probably somebody who had access to the airside.”
He added that the captain or first officer would normally walk around the plane and check the undercarriage thoroughly before take-off.
Asked about security concerns the breach raised, he said: “That problem exists globally everywhere, it cannot be isolated to one airport.”
A review of all CCTV coverage on flight KQ100 over the 24 hours before departure has been ongoing, the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) said on Wednesday. All staff who came into contact with the plane are also being questioned.
“Due to the large amount of data to be analysed, we request for your patience to enable due diligence to be followed,” the KAA said.
A postmortem is due to be carried out on the body, which was said by a neighbour to have landed a metre away from a resident who had been sunbathing.
A plane spotter who had been following the flight on an aircraft tracking app saw the body fall and arrived at the scene in time to give this information to the police.
A neighbour told the Guardian she and her husband had heard a noise but thought at first it was collapsing scaffolding, before they learned what had happened and saw the man’s remains.

Mr Kihara Maina, I&M Bank Chief Executive Officer and Board member
The I&M Bank has tried to acquire over 2 billion shillings owed it by Hi-Plast Limited through fraudulent means.
Hi-Plast Limited is a company that dealt in the manufacture and importation of plastic bags for household and commercial packaging in Kenya. The company suffered losses when the government through the National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) banned the use of plastic bags in August 28, 2017.
Hi-Plast had borrowed Ksh300 million from the I&M bank in 2015; and as the ban took effect, they were unable to pay back the loan.
I&M Bank is accused to maliciously increasing interest payments on the loan, ‘with an aim of clogging the petitioner’s equity of redemption’.
Court Proceedings
Hi-Plast Limited filed a petition to stop the bank from taking up and auctioning their assets.
Hi-Plast wants the sale and transfer of its assets stopped, and the bank barred from charging interest on the accounts pending conclusion of the interest rate dispute and appointment of the administrator for the business.
Rogue I&M Bank
Despite the court orders stopping the bank from auctioning assets belonging to the company, the bank sold two of the prime properties situated in the city’s Lower Kabete area and has put an advert for the sale of a third house owned by Highgrove holdings limited.
Highgrove Holdings Limited is an umbrella firm for Hi-Plast limited.
The bank claims that properties had been disposed a day before the scheduled hearing of the suit and that if the bank was not stopped by a temporary order the sale would be effected and render the court proceedings nugatory.
Justice Okwany in early June 2019 had directed parties to file submissions and also issued a directive restraining the bank and the auctioneer Garam Investments Auctioneers from selling the property, but the bank and the auctioneers continued to put adverts in the daily newspapers.
For the above, Highgrove Holdings Limited’s lawyer Dr Eddy Orinda submitted that ‘the re-advertisement by the defendants for the sale of the suit property is an affront against the authority of the honourable court’. He asked a judge to flex the judicial muscle and cite the MDs of the two companies for contempt.
Jail Time
The MDs apart from being committed for civil jail may also be compelled to pay the costs of the suit personally.

Embakasi East legislator Babu Owino (Left) and Deputy President William Ruto
Embakasi East member of National Assembly (MP) Babu Owino called on President Uhuru Kenyatta to arrest his Deputy William Ruto over the Kshs. 21 billion Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal.
DP Ruto was adversely mentioned in the dams scandal, where the government paid Kshs. 21 billion down-payment without proper designs and workplans.
‘Mr.President don’t be scared, arrest Ruto over the dams scandals or we the citizens will arrest him. Jambazi sugu’, Babu Wrote on his Twitter page.
When the scandal broke, DP Ruto was quick to argue that the money lost was only Kshs. 7 billion and not Kshs. 21 billion as reported.
However, several investigations by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) revealed that indeed Kshs. 21 billion was lost.
DPP Noordin Haji
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in March began a probe on the said dams, and included other dams that were unfinished such as Itare Dam, the Embobut Multi-Purpose Dam, the Lower Turkwel Irrigation Scheme, and the Napuu II Irrigation Project.
In a statement released that month, the DPP Noordin Haji stated that, ‘he has noted the shocking magnitude of the amounts involved and the range of parties that are of interest to the Investigations‘.
The Investigations would take some time and would cover the whole sum of Kshs. 65 billion where Kshs. 21 billion has already been paid out.
DCI Boss Gorge Kinoti
The DPP assured the public that his team would work closely with the DCI to ensure that investigations into the dam projects are meticulous, comprehensive and expeditiously carried out.
The DP also admitted that the investigations was complex even, but would focus on the following areas:
The tendering process;
The discrepancies in the identities of the parties that bid for the Tenders, the parties that won the Tenders, the parties that were granted the Tenders and the parties that executed the Agreements;
The award of Tenders in the absence of project designs;
The attempt to manufacture designs post-fact;
The failure to secure any of the land required for the Projects;
The disputed status of ownership of the Project Lands;
The failure to compensate the owners of the persons affected;
The apparent absence of any recorded hand-over of the sites;
The payment of close to Kshs. 21 Billion to the said contractors regardless of the issues stated above;
The involvement of a large number of Government Officials in the entire process;
The legal status of the alleged contractor and their financial status in their home country; and
The involvement of the alleged contractor in other allegations and investigations of fraud in their home country, Italy.
At the Centre of it all was an Italian firm known as CMC di Ravena.
National Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich
Investigations in Kenya
DP Ruto’s pointman and crook at the National Treasury CS Henry Rotich was intensively grilled by the DCI until he lawyered up.
It is said that Henry Rotich went against the advice of the Attorney General and signed off a deal with a company, CMC di Ravena, grappling with financial constraints.
It was also found out that he had registered his company, Hekiro Investments Limited, as one of the suppliers in the construction of Arror and Kimwarer.
Henry Rotich paid his company some money and acquired land near the dams construction so as to ‘wait’ for government’s compensation which would, well, be in billions.
Investigations Abroad
Italian firm CMC di Ravena was at the Centre of it all. Detectives for the DCI traveled abroad to collect crucial documents and information through interviews with the management of the firm.
This was possible with the diplomatic relationship between Kenya and Italy.
CMC di Ravena had filed for bancruptcy.
This firm received a lot of money that were used for kickbacks.
But surely, how can a company that had declared bancruptcy in Italy be given a down payment from a project of over Kshs. 91 billion?
There was no due diligence in the award of contract as the firm had been kicked out of two mega projects it had been contracted to undertake last 2018 in the South East Asian nation of Nepal.
I think it was sinister and the corrupt Kenyan oligarchs knew how to swindle the public a good one.
Another Italian company from Italy was used to insure the project.
Information obtained, by DCI detectives, from the Italian Government-owned insurer, Service Assicurativi Del Comercio Estero (SACE), shows that it was paid Sh11.1 billion as insurance premium for a loan to build the Sh65 billion dams.
A good insurer should have received only Kshs. 750 million and not Kshs. 11.1 billion.
This is total rip – off.
Corrupt payments
Investigations indicated that an advance payment of Ksh.7.8 billion was paid out. Of this amount, Ksh4.3 billion was released for the construction of Arror dam and Ksh.3.5 billion for Kimwarer dam.
However, an additional commitment fee of Ksh. 900 million was paid out to CMC di Ravena for both dams.
Another Ksh.10 billion was advanced to an Italian insurance firm abbreviated SACE as security for the construction of the dams.
The money is alleged to have been wired to foreign banks.
Finally
Will all these turn into a fuss? Going nowhere?
Kenyans as usual have already forgotten about this scandal. And with the money that the DP Ruto’s camp has oiged to clean their name, including blackmailing; it is only a matter time before this case take the turn that most in Kenya do. Head nowhere, buried deep in the sands of bickering, threats to life, kickbacks and even murder.
Ultimately, the corrupt must pay for their sins.

Stephen Gitagama, Nation Media Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The Nation Media Group (NMG) owned newspaper Daily Nation was today morning blasted for using a photograph of one Ms. Damaris Ngina without her consent (screenshot attached at the end of article).
Diana took a picture (attached below) of the Daily Nation newspaper page and called them out for using her picture.
She says that she had done an interview with the rogue media house in the past; and that’s the way they got her picture.
‘So Daily Nation why use my photo without my consent…Just because I had an interview with you once doesn’t mean you use my photo anytime you want to.. Plus I never signed anywhere that my photos can be used for your captions’, She wrote on her twitter page @nginadamaris
Githeri media
Nation Media Group is the epitome of Githeri Journalism as shown by their lazy journalism over the Jubilee Regime years.
In early 2018, the Daily Nation newspaper posted an obituary of a living James Wanjigi. The businessman had had some fair share of harassments from the Jubilee Regime and this media house deemed it fit to accept money from ‘eaters of men’ in the Jubilee regime to post a picture of Wanjigi in order to harass him.
Jimmy Wanjigi’s Fake Obituary
Mr. Wanjigi sued the newspaper and won. The High Court ordered orders Nation Media Group to pay Jimmy Wanjigi and his wife Irene Nzisa a total of sh 8 million for publishing the fake obituary, in May, 2019.
Damaris Ngina should sue the Daily Nation.
Corrupt Media House
NMG has become a government mouthpiece that is shallow and myopic. They took money from the Jubilee regime to ran ads and analysis that are favorable to the government of Kenya (GoK) yet they still lost in terms of revenues as the GoK launched its own newspaper, MyGov for adverts.
NMG fired journalists who are critical of GoK. For example Special Projects Managing Editor Denis Galava was fired in 2016 after he wrote articles critical of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s performance in 2015.
Nation Media Group has been losing readers and struggling to make ends meet. The media house is reportedly planning to fire over 30% of the staff to cut costs.
In 2016, former NMG journalist Andrew Teyie sued the media house for Kshs, 100 million for wrongful dismissal. NMG had declared his position as Investigations Editor attached to the Sunday Nation as redudant. Mr. Teyie argued that his position was not redudant as some elese had been appointed in the same position in an acting capacity.
Teyie had been declared redundant alongside news editor Mugumo Munene. Munene went on to joined Oxygene PR, which is owned by former NMG Chief Executive Officer Linus Gitahi.
Recently, NMG lost a case to a to a Business Executive Edward Ngarega Gacheru, who had sued them for wrongful dismissal.
In the Case Number 844 of 2018 pitting Edward Ngarega Gacheru against Nation Media Group Limited (NMG) was before the Employment and Labour Relations Court judge Honorable Justice Byram Ongaya, who judged that NMG had erred in sacking Edward and that the media house should pay Kshs. 2.5 million to the claimant. Scholastica Adhiambo in happier times. This is the woman Khalaba Hospital in Bungoma County Killed.
Khalaba hospital in Bungoma has sent a demand letter to blogger Simiyu Wakajuaness for his expose of mishandling of a caesarean section procedure at the hospital that led to death of a 33 year old Scholastica Odhiambo.
The owner of the hospital, a Dr. Omieri, who had carried the C-Section operation on Scholastica Adhiambo , pronounced her dead.
It is reported that Kevin Omondi, a relative (Brother) to the deceased woman tried to seek answers from the hospital, on why they had conducted the surgical operation on their patient without authorization, but the management of the hospital called security guards who eject him.
The management of the hospital has never answered the question as to why who authorised the C-Section and why.
Is Khalaba Hospital in Bungoma engaging in organ trafficking? How much are they paid to harvest organs from infants and dead people?
This is a case that should not be let to rest so easily, even as police say, they’ve already recorded statements.
Rogue Bungoma Doctors
In March 2018, a Bungoma woman Josephine Majani was awarded Kshs. 2.5 million by the High Court, after she sued Bungoma County Referral Hospital for abuse while she was delivering.
Ms. Majani has been subjected to physical and verbal abuses by the nurses in the county hospital and made to deliver her baby on the hospital floor.
Mrs Majani said nurses had slapped and verbally abused her in 2013 and left her to deliver her baby in full view of the public.
Her ordeal was secretly captured on camera by a hospital intern.
High court judge Abida Aroni said the mother’s rights to health and dignity had been infringed at Bungoma county hospital.
Back to Josephine and Blogger Wakajuaness
What did the blogger do to warrant such a demand letter?
Has it not been reported that the rights of Scholastica Adhiambo was violated?, i.e. no one took the time to ask the family for permission to operate on their kin. Worse still, when the kin asked these questions, he was mishandled by the security guards on orders from the management.
Why didn’t the Khalaba hospital in Bungoma not have or give records of Scholastica Adhiambo?
The mistreatment of Kevin and her deceased sister’s body is shameful and Khalaba hospital should instead issue an apology and not a demand letter.
Blogger Wakajuaness is an innocent reporter.
Have the hospital also sent a demand letter to Standard newspaper?
Most of the things the demand letter states that Wakajuaness wrote are also contained in the Standard Newspaper article by Journalist Nathan Ochunge.

Some of the guns surrendered to police during the vetting
Today, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Hillary Mutyambai has declared 4,293 firearm holders who failed to show up for vetting as “armed and dangerous”.
The IGP Hillary has further forwarded the names of the 4293 people to the regional police commanders to effect arrests and confiscate guns held by the said people.
Vetting of gun holders began in February 2019, when Cabinet Secretary for Interior Fred Matiang’i ordered.
Since then, the Civilian Firearms Licensing Board to commence has vetted 9,398 registered gun owners and cleared 6,958. It also confiscated 1,493 firearms and 21,732 assorted ammunition.
For the 4293 gun owners, the seven-day ultimatum they were granted to surrender their guns to the government lapsed on yesterday, Thursday, July 4, 2019.
However, so far, 50 firearms have been surrendered to Police Stations countrywide and 64 to the Firearms Licensing Bureau.
Families of anyone who is deceased and was a gun holder have been advised to immediately surrender the firearms to the Fire Arms Licensing Bureau or the nearest police station within 24 hours. This is the only exceptional case.

Country DHL Director Andrew Mutuma is fighting to Gag the editor of this Site and Blogger Abraham Mutai In a high profile case involving him and his wife, demand letters leaked to us can confirm.
Mr Mutuma, who has probably gone nuts with our coverage believes that his ex-wife is feeding us with information despite the fact that he has fucked up everybody, ranging from his DHL staffers to business partners, hence making it easier for us to get details pertaining his scams.
In a letter done by Ambulance chasing law firm Maina and Onsare Partners advocates, Mutuma wants this site to stop covering his case, despite the fact that this is a public page that covers any matter of public interest and not meat wrapper Business Daily Africa where he can bribe journalists to write how he is a great leader despite many complaints from oppressed staffers at DHL.
Ambulance chasing law firms like Maina and Onsare Partners advocates have been making millions from desperate crooks like Andrew Mutuma promising to solve their problems using courts of law further putting them into more embarrassing problems.
In the demand letter sent to his wife and sent to us by our sources, Mutuma through Maina and Onsare Partners advocates wants the ex-wife to apologize through our platforms despite the fact that she doesn’t own the platforms or the information posted there (Sic..)
Mutuma has also complained about Blogger Abraham Mutai’s tweets that he now wants to be deleted from Twitter despite the fact that Mutai has the freedom to inform and educate his followers especially on matters of public interest.
In the recent past, he has been accused of bad labour practices by his staffers that reached out to this blog to highlight their plight since the bribed Kenya media cannot dare touch the company since it is their major advertising client.
In 2018, Kenya’s most corrupt newspaper Business Daily Africa did a profile of Mr. Andrew Mutuma despite the fact that the crooked boss has been linked to corruption and impunity.
This site will keep covering the case to its conclusion

Akello Misori (Left), Secretary General Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET) and Wilson Sossion Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) Secretary General
The Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) and Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET) will soon find themselves without members as teachers chose to move out of the two unions accusing the management in those unions of self-seeking.
KNUT and KUPPET are very vocal in terms of fighting for the rights of teachers but it seems members are not convinced that they are doing the right job; this is occasioned by the reducing influence on government policies that the two have had over the past few years.
According to information seen by the editor of this site, teachers are moving out of KNUT and KUPPET for the above reason.
Teachers have taken advantage of the window in which the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) required that they validate their membership in an online portal.
Hi Nyakundi,
Teachers in Kenya have moved out of their unions en mass after their employer the TSC required them to validate union membership. This came as a shocker to the unions who seem to favour only administrators in every negotiating table.
Teachers are irked the fact that only Headteachers and their deputies will benefit with Salary increment in July while teachers expect a salary cut. A teacher my source contacted expressed his reservation for being in toothless unions. “Siwezi kuwa union ambazo hazinitetei. How can pay for two insurances ie NHIF & AON while unions dont seem to bother?”
KNUT and KUPPET will soon find themselves memberless.

Government Spokesman, Col (Rtd.) Cyrus Oguna, He announced Thursday that Mass registration for National Integrated Identification Management System (NIIMS) popularly known as Huduma Namba will be done again to capture those who missed the first phase
Even as Government spokesperson Colonel Cyrus Oguna announced Thursday that the Government of Kenya (GoK) is planning a fresh Huduma Namba registration, to capture information of those who missed out on the first one; the problems in the first one have not yet been addressed.
In the first registration, the registration assistants (RA) have sent numerous emails, texts to the chief editor of this site complaining of non-payment of their dues.
The complaints are so many, but the angle is the same, so this site only covered the one complaint from Bungoma County RAs to represent the rest.
Since this site highlighted the issue of non-payment of RAs, GoK has never issued a statement to clarify its position on the matter.
Here are other complaints we received from the Inbox

From left: Eng. Michael Thuita, CEO Athi Water Services Board, Eng. Nahashon Muguna, Managing Director Nairobi Water Company, and Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko
Hi Cyprian,
First and foremost let me thank you for your steadfastness in advocating for boy child and governance and social ills that are most likely to derail economic emancipation in the country.
I have a humble request.
Would you mind speaking about misappropriation of public funds in the name of Nairobi River regeneration program?
Thank you.
Let my name remain anonymous for now.
Thia is it. A loan amounting to four billion (Kshs. 4 billion) shillings was secured on behalf of Athi Water and Services Board (AWSB) by government of Kenya (GoK) from African Development Bank (AfDB) to carry out the above mentioned program.
A sizable fraction of that amount was to renovate and rehabilitate Kariobangi waste water treatment plant.
However, five years down the line the works remain stalled. The little work that was done, was shoddily executed.
Waste water treatment plants are sensitive facilities and when they are not functioning efficiently, they end up discharging non compliant effluent into the rivers. That is not only downright illegal but also dangerous.
If you happen to do your own survey you will find a pure case of corruption. A case of conflicting interest where personal interests override greater national good.
You are also likely to find stakeholders that is AWSB, Nairobi City Water and Severage Company (NCWSC) and the contactor conspiring to defraud the public.
I have tried my best to fight graft in ranks but it has not been easy. I feel exhausted but not yet given up.
Thanks Cyprian.
Athi Water Services Board is one of the most corrupt institutions. Even as the top management is made up of a boardroom that can conduct a meeting in mother tongue.

Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Adan, Kenya Bureau of Standards (KeBS) Director for Finance and Strategy
Kenya Bureau of Standards (KeBS) Director for Finance and Strategy Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Adan is in possession of dual citizenship of Kenya and Britain.
Both his passports have different places of birth. His Kenyan passport no. C047160 indicates that he was born in Mandera and British passport No. 538743602 shows he was born in Moqadishu.
It’s against Chapter 6 of Kenya Constitution 2010 for state officer to have dual citizenship as envisaged in article 78 of the constitution.
A petition is being drafted for his removal from office. It will be imperative that he returns all monies drawn in form of salaries and allowances.
He should be investigated by relevant government agencies i.e. the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and State Department of Immigration.
Mr. Adan is a Somali national who went to the United Kingdom as a refugee and came back as a Kenyan.

Who was Joe Kadenge?
Kadenge played for Maragoli United, and scored the fastest ever goal in the Kenyan Premier League. He also played club football for Abaluhya United, winning the Kenyan Premier League in 1966.
Kadenge suffered a stroke in January 2006.

He was so famous across the country until some had christened the act of playing football or the football itself ‘Kadenge’.

It appears churchill show and njoro the comedian, butita, mamito are in cahoots to fleece people.
They advertised for a show and they never appeared. We were left stranded with an empty hall. This was a Wida Highway Motel along Nairobi – Nakuru road on friday 5th. The cost was Kshs. 500
My friends and I thought maybe the show was cancelled without our knowledge but then we checked everywhere and there was no cancellation.
Luckily, we had not paid in advance. I pity those who had. They have been conned
This is very bad. How do you advertise for a show and never show up; and also don’t care to communicate.
I saw a number of people (fans) come and went back home, disappointed. I wonder if any of them has spoken out.
See pictures below (attached at the end of this article)
The show was supposed to start at 6pm. Some of the pictures here were taken at 9pm and there was not a sign of a show.
The hotel confirmed the show was still on. They even had a white board directing people to the hall.
Churchill, what’s up???
We came expecting to see Mamito, Njoro, Dj Shiti, Smart Joker, Karwimbo, Butita e.t.c.
