In an earlier article, we may have erroneously referred to Bernsoft Interactive, and it’s CEO Bernard Kioko, as part of the cartels in telecommunications giant Safaricom, stealing from artists.

But we urge Kenyans to stay woke, because these projects were there and could have been completed by 2014 if the Grand Coalition Government got another term in office.

Today, the clip of Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho proved that indeed, this year will be a different campaign. As from 31st Dec 2016, majority of the KCB ATM PEPEA cards were auto restricted as a result of a ‘system error’ meaning customers couldn’t access their funds. For 1 week now, imagine for 1 million customers holding 10K each, plus interest earned via overnight lending. Another corporate scandal while people cannot send their children due to lack of fee’s, illegally withheld by KCB.

When contacted for comment, this is the casual response that KCB gave.

Meanwhile popular restaurant with celebrities and socialites Kiza and B-Club, are also facing imminent resident-action, following what they term as disturbance from the two establishments.

All I know is if Raila wants the best young brains in the country working for him, he has to pay well so that they can be able to leave whatever they’re doing, and concentrate on delivering a product that will make him marketable to the country. We hope this communication reaches you promptly and that you act before it becomes too late to salvage KENYA PIPELINE COMPANY from the mega corruption it is facing. We have in the past assisted your organization with the happenings plus information about corruption at KPC but some of your officers Led by the then Lead Investigator Mr. Abdi who was transferred my former chairman Mr. Kinisu was compromised by the corruption cartels running at KPC that has entrenched to a level that is chronic and is almost like cancer. It’s a total disaster.

KPC has a disaster in the name of corruption. It’s so disappointing that the war on corruption at KPC was compromised and with all the reported mega scandals your officers only prosecuted the case of 27 Million about transformers sourced from Red Line. They overlooked all the other cases where hundreds of millions were looted worse than NYS. We saw you the other day on television giving details of how money was lost at NYS, and we wonder why you don’t have the same zeal when it comes to KPC.
Sir, we shall just point to your case by case of the issues we presented to your officers and if possible have them re-looked because EACC officers were bribed and currently they are only investigating two cases which have not been finalized. Secondly, we don’t understand why such simple investigations can be carried out for periods more than one year. The investigation is not nuclear science, and these were issues that should have been prosecuted in less than a month. There was nothing that was to be obtained from foreign governments but simple investigations which we believe if they were handed over to DCI would have done at least a better job.

CASES OF CORRUPTION THAT WE REPORTED TO EACC BUT WERE COVERED AND MONEY HAS CHANGED HANDS TO HARAQE WAQO.

1. PROCUREMENT OF HYDRANT PIT VALVES FOR JOMO KENYATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AT A COST OF USD 6,000,000 (million) or KES 600,000,000 FROM AERO DISPENSER VALVES LIMITED.

Sir this case was reported to your office at Integrity Centre. EACC investigators reported to KPC and even took the original files. We gave you evidence how prices were inflated to a tune of Ten times above market prices. This company forged the letter purported to have been signed by the manufacturers in Canada appointing them as their agents in Kenya. This company was paid using a letter of credit when it’s a local company outright abuse of office by the then MD (Charles Tanui) and Finance Manager (Samuel Mikwa Odoyo) we gave EACC all these copies.

Money was cashed at National Bank with some KPC staff Antipas Tirop and Lamik Rotich representing the then MD, and you have all that information. We gave you the names of all the people involved in this scandal Senior Managers at KPC plus Engineers. We gave you evidence how this company is operated by Mr. Francis Amina Juma a welder and staff at KPC. EACC is holding the file in this case as it intends to prosecute people but to date, it’s still pending.

Wondering whether this will be covered like the other cases. The supplier was paid 40% of the money without making any delivery (abuse of office). The supplier did supply fabricated items that were dumped at KPC Go-Downs which have never been inspected to date. The balances have never been paid due to the fraud that was involved, but you believe it or not senior officers at KPC want the money paid and by the happenings, it shall be paid.

Remember this company gave a fake office location which EACC visited and established to be false. Briefcase companies like the ones were involved NYS SCAM. The current management and Board should be investigated and punished for abuse of office in this case. They were informed but covered up for all the perpetrators of this heinous crime. Most of the culprits were promoted, and some are General Managers Now. KPC will lose over 400 Million if this scandal is allowed( The Money was Later Lost ). Remember this company has never paid any taxes and is under KRA investigation as the directors are on the run. They are located at Lunga Lunga House industrial area, but they abandoned offices after KRA was on their case. This is a far-reaching economic crime.

2. SUPPLY OF COMPOSITE SLEEVES BY THERMODYNAMIC AT A COST OF USD 4,000,000 (400,000,000)

This was another scandal reported to EACC where your officers have the procurement file. This is the same kind of scheme like the one for the airport pit valves. We gave you all details. Use of letters of credit to abuse payments. 60% of payments were drawn before any delivery was made. Exaggerated prices by over 1000% a unit with a cost of USD 800 sold to KPC at USD 10,000 (Madness only at KPC).

We gave you the contacts of the parent company in America for an independent confirmation plus phone numbers. Money was also cashed at National Bank of Kenya using same schemes. This company has never remitted any taxes to KRA. How can a company like KPC deal with these enterprises yet it can source same specialized items from manufacturers? Are these not economic crimes or what justifies economic crimes? All the people involved in these scandals are seated in KPC offices with the promotion.

They are having flats and properties that should be recovered and auctioned and money remitted to treasury like the cases EACC is handling at NYS among others. EACC should conduct lifestyle audit of the people involved in these scandals that we gave your officers one by one. Due diligence was not carried out on evaluation as the Tender Evaluation teams were all part of this scheme. This scheme was orchestrated by Mr. Francis Juma and Procurement Manager Nicholas Gitobu who has specialized in insider trading, but he is covered by top management and directors when they have full knowledge of same.

It’s sorrowful that KPC officers lied to EACC that this procurement was not done. Payment was made by the current MD after DPP office rejected the file because these items were not procured. False the current CEO has already made this payment, and you should tell your officers to move with speed and confirm with KPC SAP system. Payments have been made and money lost. Secondly, all people involved should be charged with fraud.

Sir these are just some of many cases reported to EACC that your officers have turned a blind eye on after you received bribes to seal your ears. Hundreds of Millions the Team of Directors has looted billions, Senior Managers and Engineers and cartels all working for KPC. It’s a duty for EACC to investigate and charge all perpetrators. It’s somber that your officers even gave the names of the people who provided information to EACC that the current KPC management and board have used to victimize suspected staff. Some are already dismissed. It’s sorrowful EACC officers can divulge names of people when they know we have established legal framework for the protection of whistleblowers.

Sir when we highlighted this case it was ignored due to political pressure. But now it’s a reality that this is one of the worst fraud cases in Kenyan history. This contract was awarded without due process, and it may haunt the Country at large in many years to come.
Sir, we will highlight issues to you that should either make EACC wake up from its slumber and move with speed and cushion Kenyan taxpayers before it is too late.

a) Zakhem has been blacklisted in several countries. This is public information, and you can Google. KPC engineers knew this fact. Engineer Billy Aseka who was chairing the evaluation team was given this information about this blacklisting, but ignored. As the corrupt cartels say it there was a lot of pressure from above? Where ? they should tell you.

b) Zakhem, the company, awarded had not performed any pipeline works anywhere five years before being awarded this particular tender in Kenya. Simple! They did not have the capacity to undertake such works. Companies with experience and ability were overlooked at the expense of Zakhem. There were many companies from Europe and Even Chinese companies with capacity and ability who were overlooked but Tanui and his team of Evaluators and Tender Committee. All involved parties should be prosecuted and held personally liable for this mistake.

c) Zakhem has previously abandoned projects in Algeria, Botswana, Nigeria, and Mauritius among other countries. Confirm this on Google it’s public information. KPC engineers and management knew of this and still awarded the tender. This company may even abandon the Kenya project and expose KPC and the country to losses beyond reproach and comprehension. Once Zakhem is paid the said variations which are being fronted despite poor performance may abandon the project. Its also important for EACC to note that this company has been paid for procurement milestones nearly 100%. Letters of Credits have been raised, and amounts were drawn.

d) The evaluation of this tender was supposed to be undertaken by the consultant appointed to supervise the project. But KPC Management went ahead and appointed its engineers to conduct an evaluation of the same. Kindly ask for the contract awarded to the consultant and confirm the same. The assessment was a task for the expert. The consultant had flown his Engineers to Kenya to undertake the evaluation, but the greed at KPC could not allow that. The consultant invoiced for the same as it was part of his contract and was paid. That’s abuse of office that should not be condoned.

e) This tender was evaluated and awarded the same day. Only angles can carry an evaluation of tender documents more than 100 pages and award same day. Interest from the MD ( John Ngumi) office was enormous. Pointers to the corruption in this scam.

f) The variation of the project from 16 Inch to 20 Inch is another factor that should be investigated, and those culpable including Charles Tanui and the board held to account. This made the contractual cost vary from a possibility of 25 Billion to 45 Billion. The loss the country has been exposed to this particular project is beyond imagination.

g) The project was supposed to be commissioned by His Excellency the project in February 2016. The current board and management even reconstituted project management teams and indicated the project would be completed in September 2016. Sir, it begs all of us with sound minds. This contractor did not have the capacity to undertake this project, and that’s why it’s lagging behind.

Even the Pumps that were to be supplied have not been delivered to date. Pipe welding has not been finalized pipes are lying all over the roadside and in the parks. Trenching has not been fully undertaken. The stations are below expected levels of construction. Items paid for and were supposed to have been delivered by now remains undelivered.

KPC board attempted to source for a project manager and even made an advertisement in the local dailies for the same. This is fraud while they knew that there is a consultant gobbling over 2billion on consultant fees.

How do you explain appointing a project manager yet there is a consultant. Thirdly KPC has a capacity of well-trained engineers who can supervise such projects, yet they are not utilized. People were siphoning funds through dubious payments.

Sir Halakhe, this contractor is asking for a variation 10 Billion shillings due to change of timelines that KPC management and board have agreed to which has not been even taken to procurement process as required. Let KPC management and Board chaired by Mr. John Ngumi explain how such a variation on a single project can be accepted. Its either the contractor does not have the capacity to deliver or KPC management cannot supervise such project. These monies should not be paid at any cost.

And if monies are to be paid KPC board and Top management should be disbanded. KPC management and board are aware of the fact that the contractor was not taking instructions from KPC engineers yet the delays. This was planned in advance so that KPC can pay variations for delays. Who should be held responsible for this mess? Why did the former Project Manager Kiama Resign? He saw the mess and frustrations of the project which top management ignored. The realities have checked in now. The company is staring at losses due to an ineptitude management and corrupt practices that resulted in awarding of such a tender to the company that cannot deliver.

This is pure corruption, to say the least. The contractor failed to mobilize the project on time. KPC management failed to supervise this project adequately. An agreement of contract extension was granted but still the project has not been achieved. Taxpayers will lose over 10 Billion due to the corruption and inefficiency of current management. Why should people be in office if such loss can occur due to cartels running the organization? What morals do people have if this money is paid to Zakhem?

A board committee was constituted to oversee this project so Mr. Ngumi should not blame management. He is part of it. It’s a total failure in KPC.

What about if this money is paid to Zakhem and he abandons the project as he has done in other countries? Where will KPC be, factoring there is a Loan to repay to several financial institutions?
If the government does not get involved this project is going to cost the country over 60Billion, and it may render KPC insolvent, and it is bound to collapse.
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SCADA SYSTEM AT A COST OF 1 BILLION.

Sir, the corruption at KPC, is not only chronic but cancerous. This project has interest from KPC top Management to the board level. This contract was advertised and even won by Siemens Kenya Limited a subsidiary of Siemens International. A Limited company registered in Germany. A site Kick-off meeting was held at KPC premises. Siemens even obtained performance bonds for this particular contract.

The happenings now at KPC spearheaded by current management are even more worrying. The cartels at KPC demanded an upfront Kickbacks of 200,000,000(million), Yes kick back demanded. Siemens is a well-established company, and its capacity is know all over the world. The contracts undertaken by Siemens are big and can be tracked from their website.

The contract was even signed by Gloria Khafafa and Engineer Aseka with the CEO only remaining to sign.
Sir, Siemens appealed the case at PPOA where KPC lost but no direction on the issue was given, and that’s why the conflict of KPC top management and PPOA senior executives should be investigated. KPC engineers who were part of the kick-off meeting have been reprimanded for swearing affidavits to the contrary but they have refused. Why because corruption wants to cover up the issue with top managers involved.

Sir, you can contact Siemens representatives on how they got kickback demands from cartels pretending to be working at the behest of who is who in these corrupt deals. Even as late as October 2016 Mr. Antipas Tirop was calling a Siemens representatives asking for a truce between KPC and Siemens so that the CEO can sign the contract. Is this not corruption? Why should KPC MD fail to sign a valid contract with the reputable company yet he can sign variations for quacks like Zakhem who are not able to deliver?
CONCLUSION

Sir, the corruption at KPC, is chronic and if not checked KPC will become another Refinery, railways or the Telkom’s of the history or even the Kenya airways of the current Kenya where senior manager and directors messed a blue chip which is languishing in debts and facing closure.

This is simply because of greed and impunity. People want to make easy and quick money at the expense of the country at large. People are stealing without any checks. Current KPC board and management have punished any dissenting voice.

That’s abuse of office. We are your customers. Without us, EACC will not have leads to corruption, and it’s only fair that EACC acts on issues pointed and not cover-ups. EACC staff should not give information on whistleblowers as this is against the law. The DPP should order for an investigation into these economic crimes. KPC has staff who have multi-millions assets and SUVs. We can provide information on these assets for an effective lifestyle audit and verifications. But all the employees involved in the scandals provided are mega millionaires if not billionaires.

Let EACC review these crimes committed at KPC. Corruption does not age. A crime is a crime, and nothing prevents EACC from investigating corrupt practices and also examines the connections with PPOA. Conflict of interest of PPOA appeals board members with KPC. Some are lawyers practicing for KPC like Gicheru.

We should all fight corruption. It is killing our nation under the disguise of projects that are executed for personal interest and not corporate interest. The effects will be felt in years to come. We keep quiet, and Condon corruption is a de-service to this country.

A marketer with the multinational soft-drinks manufacturer Coca Cola, has been highlighted on the Buyer Beware Facebook Page, as maliciously declining to pay monies owed to a former staffer.

Debra. A. Ajuka reveals that sometime in 2015, Raymond Oruo of Pacific Sports contracted her to partner in the running of the Copa Coca-Cola tournament, where the soft drinks company was engaging young people in football activity meant to discover talent.

But as you may have noted from previous postings, we have always told our viewers to be very wary of corporate Nairobi, which is filthier and more corrupt than Government. Nairobi is all about cliques, who you know, who you’re sleeping with, who is giving you kickbacks and the likes.

For instance, for Raymond Oruo to get this particular contract from Coca Cola, he was “assisted” by Mona Karingi to get the project, in exchange for bribes and kickbacks that she would receive from him, based on the inflated figures he would present to the company.

The project had been successfully on-going for a number of years since probably 2010, but it seems that it’s after Mona Karingi was employed by Coca Cola, that corruption and mismanagement reared it’s ugly head, where together with the corrupt teachers running sports associations, they would conspire to fleece the multinational.

In Nairobi, merit has been overlooked for patronage, corruption and cronyism where only those who unfairly get leverage to execute something, eventually “win” .

Corporate pieces of shit like Mona Karingi continue to use their positions to choke merit and extend the cycle of mediocrity, by only awarding tenders to providers who guarantee them of kickbacks in return.

Well, there have been many complaints from people who have been loyal customers of Safaricom for years, over the sudden change of data bundle patterns, with them getting exhausted quicker than previously.

Safaricom may be repaying from the “losses” incurred after our exposure of the “Cheza Games Scam” where they seem to have lost a lot of revenue.

Now they want to loot from customers by illegally manipulating their data bundles.

Read this story of how Mr. Hussein Mohammed colluded with his cronies to defraud Pambazuka with the aid of Head of Finance Mr. Daniel Gikandi. Below is a list of companies that were the major suppliers to Pambazuka and whose directors are Mr. Hussein’s friends or the wife:

1. Rainbow Adpoint- A company associated with Deputy Governor Nairobi County Mr. Jonathan Mueke. They supplied merchandise for the launch of the business estimated to cost 12m which most of the items were overprised to carter for Hussein’s kick back.

2. Jayden- A company owned by Mr. Peter Mugo Hussein’s high school mate. Jayden was tasked with regional launch, management of agents across the country and all kiosks and activations and sourcing of office space in upcountry regions. Total cost was coming to about 60M and Jayden did a very showdy job since the pay did not match the work done but Mr Hussein would defend them at all costs.

3. TMG- Associated with Mr. John Kiarie (KJ) who is a director and long time ally to Mr. Hussein. Their work was to handle Pambazuka launch and all the marketing campaign. They were put on a monthly retainer fee of 1M and allocated a budget of 170M which Mr. Hussein ensured that all the money was paid to TMG before his exit. TMG did not do a good job as they disappointed in their services they offered to Pambazuka. TMG also happens to be Extreme sports sponsors.

CAPTION: New gravy-train? Kiarie (KJ) John has become a pseudo-extortionist, targeting big prey. Now he has his eyes trained on Peter Kenneth, the dumb person who’s been missing for 4 years, only to emerge and want to be handed Nairobi Governorship on a silver platter, simply because he thinks he’s beautiful. 

4. Assured Insurance Brokers- insurance broker associated to Mr. hussein’s wife Modesta. according to records from Association of kenya Insurers Modesta Hussein is the head of marketing. They were directly awarded Pambazuka insurance services after Hussein’s intervention despite stiff competition from other players in the insurance sector assured was not the best.

5. Andrew Griffin Ltd- A company associated with Mr. hussein’s best man (George Kagucia), they were tasked with redesigning the office, construction of kiosks, supply of furniture, renovation of upcountry shops. andrew griffin was a brokerage company that does not have the expertise to do all the works. Total monies paid to them was almost 120M.

6. Protel Studios- Owned by Sarah Migwi. Her studio used by Pambazuka for the production of the show. Protel happens to be among the sponsors of Hussein’s Extreme sports.

These are the companies that were brought on board to do business with Pambazuka without competitive bidding and without the Pambazuka board of directors’ approval. Pambazuka was a one man show whose decision was final.

THE ROT IN PAMBAZUKA

1. All the staff who seem to do their work well have been fired. The HR manager previously Carol Kiambi from Haco does not understand HR having brought relatives. She has made grave mistakes ranging from wrong computation of salaries, unfair dismissals, deducting employees sacco contributions and not remitting, intimidation such that employees cannot question her blunders.

2. Delay in supplier payments. this arises from the head of finance Mr. Daniel Gikandi who does not pick suppliers calls once suppliers have delivered on the agreed services, does not respond to emails, does not pay until the directors intervention. The only suppliers paid in time are broadcasting houses, KRA and Protel Studios.

His clueless deputy William Ruto can be compared to a kept woman. He’s simply occupying a seat he has no idea about, and is hoping to kill time while he waits for 2022 as he expects a miracle to happen, which will propel him to presidency.

Despite the British accents and polished upbringing, St. Mary’s alumni (euphemism for the rotten Jubilee leadership) are nothing but a bunch of silly posers, who’ve used Uhuru’s presidency to reinvent their hopeless selves.

When we discuss about the water crisis, these spoilt brats have never been in such a situation all their lives, as many have been raised in luxury and comfort, with their parents taking care of them. Many still live in properties owned by their parents, unlike the rest of us who are struggling to buy land and acquire mortgages to keep this messed-up economy afloat.

For instance, Fred Michuki who is a mainstay in Statehouse, has never paid rent all his life. He lives in property owned by his late father John Njoroge Michuki. He drives a car inherited from his late father. His children or nephews or nieces school-fee’s is paid from a trust-fund set up by his late father. He just wakes up to eat breakfast at his late father’s resort Windsor, then starts drinking alcohol. Surely Kenyans, do you expect such an individual to identify with the plight of ordinary mwananchi like you?

It is quite a catastrophe that someone who hasn’t gone through the pains of everyday hustling, is now calling the shots, together with his equally misguided and priviledged former schoolmates. This is an uninspiring lot that needs to be sent packing this August.

I probably air more sense than the entire Uhuru’s class combined, since these clowns are living in their own zone. They seem to think that their reality is a benchmark for everyone.

I will give some simple policy interventions which I thought out of my head, after careful evaluation of my surroundings.

Government needs to immediately zero-rate and abolish all taxes on water drilling equipment. This includes vehicles used to drill boreholes and related machinery meant to pump water from the source to homes or industrial parks. Taxes on water tanks should also be scrapped.

Government needs to put a cap on the amount of money charged by companies drilling boreholes. Presently, exorbitant players like Davis and Shirtliff are charging millions and exploiting Kenyans, instead of reducing their prices and encouraging more people to drill boreholes. After all, the investment cost in the drilling machine is normally recouped by the fifth drilling.

Instead of Jonathan Mueke extorting Kiza Lounge, Alfred Mutua taking his wife on dates using taxpayer money and William Kabogo kidnapping children, they can pass statutes requiring every developer to have a borehole in the flats/apartments and gated-communities they build. I’m thinking of high density areas around Nairobi which have turned into residential zones including Ruaka, Zimmerman, Kahawa Wendani, Githurai, Syokimau, Rongai, plus the entire Nairobi which is one concrete jungle.

Private players in various areas are already using their private boreholes to serve neighbours, so such initiatives should be encouraged to reduce this dependence on rain-fed water.

These are simple policy interventions which can be implemented immediately in the same speed as which election laws were changed overnight, but these St. Mary’s morons don’t care about ordinary wananchi. They’re simply living in a bubble forgetting that when the real revolution between the rich vs the poor comes, it’s their homes and properties that we will be raiding.

We have seen the contempt with which the Doctor’s Strike is being handled with, and even saw Uhuru’s pathetic attempt at shipping in doctors from India, to try and blackmail our own brothers and sisters into calling off the strike.

These brats from St. Mary’s have no regard for humanity, beyond their simple-minded cliques and shopping sprees abroad.

That simple policy intervention is something that can be conjured by anyone, which is why I doubt that St. Mary’s is a school. This must have been a facility to condition children with an inane superiority-complex by the misguided Irish priest, who was conducting a social experiment.

Otherwise how do you explain someone purporting to spend $4 Billion (or Kshs. 400 Billion) on a single track, 500km rail-line, powered by diesel, with a maximum speed of 120KPH yet Morocco have a high-speed 340KPH electric train, with two tracks running 700km for only $2 Billion (or Kshs. 200 Billion)? I mean, what does this Uhuru take us for?

We are in the information age. If St. Mary’s morons imagine that information is a privilege only enjoyed by the elites as it was during the Moi-era, then perhaps those imbeciles need a chill-pill. We knew Uhuru’s agenda from the Indian media, even when he had claimed that he’s attending business summits. Information today moves faster than the speed of light.

Other than rural-based Kikuyu’s who’ve been hypnotised by Kameme FM and religious leaders on Jubilee’s payroll, the young, urban and educated Kikuyu’s are “woke” and will definitely not re-elect Uhuru again. How can his daft policies deprive young graduates jobs, as a useless hairdresser reaps billions from the NYS scandal? Why are educated young people still living with their parents? Why are young girls walking around with their CV’s, many being forced to depend on handouts from older male benefactors in exchange for sex?

We don’t want Kenya to be like Congo, where there are no empowered and independent women. Uhuru’s policies are driving us down that route to destruction.

Is it a coincidence that the roads in Brookside/Peponi School have been tarmacked during the presidency of Uhuru? A 12 KM stretch leading to the Great Rift Valley Lodge built in the 90’s, was also tarmacked recently. Uhuru’s private residence along Denis Pritt Road has also been refurbished. It now has illuminated walls like The Sankara Hotel plus a gazetted public road has been illegally blocked, so as to enable the family to enter and exit without traffic jam. This house has had a live (kei apple) fence since independence. Is it a coincidence that all this is happening during his presidency?

My name is Mercy Koskey, sister to the missing person by the name Alfred Cheruiyot. We talked about it over the phone last night.

Alfred went missing on 6th May 2016 on a Friday. He is/was a GDC (Geothermal Development Company) employee. He is a chemical Engineer. Married with 3 kids. He’s 38 years old, Actually today was his birthday.
The last 3 days he was hanging out with our cousin called Wesly even on that Friday during the day. In the evening after work (6th) they were to go home with Sophy and our other brother called Japheth.

They (Alfred and Wesly) met with Japheth first and they told him to go and shop then come for them after. Meanwhile Sophy was waiting for them. Japheth,Wesly and Sophy shopped then Japheth went to call Alfred so that they go home. Alfred said his colleagues are calling and insisting they meet at a club called Summerland.

The colleagues told us that Alfred was not allowed into the club because ‘he was drunk’ of which the security guards on duty that night denied that they never send back the clients no matter their state. Japheth says he parted with Alfred and he was very sober. So we don’t understand how he got drunk as claimed by his colleagues yet he went and met them immediately, so Japheth left him and they went home with Wesly and Sophy.

Later starting from 8pm the wife kept calling him,he picked once and he said am coming , but he never arrived,his phone went off at around 1 am. In the morning the wife called Japheth and told him Alfred never came home.

We reported the matter to Central police station Nakuru on Sunday 8th after looking for him the day of 7th Saturday.We have heard nothing from the investigation team and the police since then. The phone details shows that the phone went off at Ngala Estate in Nakuru.
We have tried our best and broadcasted in the social media, Standard newspaper and KTN at some point but we have not had any government support in the search, not even from our MP, Governor or anybody.

There is a trending topic on social media where cheza games refunds are being refunded to many Kenyans, and I have decided to speak out on another one of the companies that have been involved in the same business of stealing from hardworking Kenyans.

As a junior employee, we have heard rumors of senior employees colluding with these companies and therefore ‘eating together.’

I have attached several emails coming from customer care that is escalated to the relevant department where instead of sanctioning the company, Safaricom staff just play a game of musical chairs, and nothing is ever done, and the ‘eating continues.’

An example is the service ‘22425_tumaini’ was stopped after customers complained about social media(see attached emails) but customers in ‘22425_race’ complained, but nothing was done since there was no exposure beyond Safaricom, i.e., social media.

In Safaricom HQ One and two you see people coming out of sleek cars, and you can’t tell where they are getting this kind of money as their salaries are known.

The junior staff just get their peanuts but are at the receiving end of annoyed clients as you can see from the emails.

Hope something is done.

Another alumni from the St. Mary’s school of corruption is in the news, after fraudulently issuing loans contrary to Central Bank rules. Frank Ireri, the wanker with a fake British accent has apparently been abusing his position as CEO of Housing Finance, to fraudulently issue loans to in-laws and friends.

Frank Ireri has been bribing business journalists at mainstream media houses to lie to the public about his supposed “brilliance” and genius at running financial institutions. Even Kenya Pipeline Chairman John Ngumi has been masquerading as a “genius” who is extremely smart.

Kenyans, we told you to completely ignore the characters who are fronted by mainstream media. These are thieves who obscure their inherent weaknesses, in a bid to manipulate stock prices or execute grand heists using depositor or taxpayer money.

Frank Ireri signed off an illegal tranche of loans totalling Kshs. 660 Million to companies associated with Peter Munga, who doubles up as the Chairman of Equity Bank. We now advise clients to quickly withdraw their money from Housing Finance as the likelihood of collapsing is extremely high, following in the footsteps of Chase Bank, Imperial Bank and Dubai Bank.

One of the companies owned by Peter Munga which got an illegal Kshs. 130 Million loan through Frank Ireri, is Equatorial Nuts Company.

Despite the death of his son, Peter Munga continues to loot with impunity, as if he wants to spread his curse to the rest of his children and grand children.

Peter Munga is a man who uses other people’s money, so as to acquire property or fund his businesses. Former President Mwai Kibaki stupidly appointed Peter Munga as Chairman of National Oil Corporation of Kenya, where the corrupt Kikuyu from Muranga Looted it to its death-bed together with former Energy PS Patrick Nyoike.

US tech-giants Google, Facebook and Instagram are behind the latest surge in tribal sentiment, meant to fragment the country, incite hatred and promote violence as a tool for the status-quo to maintain its grip on power.

Coming on the backdrop of the recent clamour to crack-down on fake news, social media giants Google and Facebook are now on the spot, for developing toxic campaigns meant to incite fear, ethnic tension and hate amongst communities living in peace in Kenya.

Google Kenya and Facebook have been spreading online adverts laced with ethnic hate, in Jubilee’s push for voter registration ahead of the August General Election.

President Uhuru Kenyatta is grappling with the grim reality that his so-called “strongholds” are not that anymore as residents in the Central region have openly told him that he doesn’t deserve their vote. Only a small percentage of the lesser-educated Kameme FM indoctrinated voter, is still shouting “Tuko Pamoja” with Jubilee.

Google and Facebook have contravened their own user-policies, by giving the Jubilee party a platform to spread their toxic campaigns, meant to divide Kenyans and precipitate another post election-violence.

There is some really disturbing ads against Rt. Hon Raila Odinga by Jubilee through their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter account. This is setting up the country for another round of PEV. Their Tyranny of Numbers is dissipating and they have resulted to desperate measures. This one though cross the line. Three of those adds have since been pulled down after negative comments. Three still appear. Someone however managed to get screen shots.
