The Dangers Of A Maina Kageni Endorsement

maina-kageni

Caption: Maina Kageni in one of the dubious land-marketing adverts. He has conditioned simple 8-4-4 educated minds into buying rural land at Nairobi prices, while toying around with their aspirational greed.

Celebrated radio host Maina Kageni known to use subliminal messaging while endorsing brands to his large audience and fanbase. He is especially popular with women, who tend to believe his editorial content largely favours them.

Maina Kageni has been known to work with companies to sell land, by creating a fake or generic hype and manipulating the costs. Gullible Kenyans who have made Maina a must-listen, then fall prey into the conniving schemes and end up being extorted, buying cheap land at very exorbitant prices.

Property Reality Inc. and Thika Greens Limited are some of the land projects that Maina Kageni has hyped out of proportion, where gullible Nairobians have been duped into buying rural land at Nairobi prices. Many of these projects may take a 20-year lifespan to complete, and with the inevitable housing market crash, the buyers will remain shortchanged because the value of their investment will greatly depreciate once the property market bursts under the weight of fake publicity stunts and grossly overstated prices.

It is this culture of Kenyans trusting anything that appears on the mainstream media that has seen even the political structure being tainted, because people now vote for those who bribe Daystar journalists the most, and not those who have something to offer the country.

Maina Kageni has also made two other prominent endorsements, for those who can spare a minute to remember. He has endorsed both Tamasha/Buffet Park which was once his local spot, and also Galileo Bar where the owner is his close friend.

Whilst the messaging is not outrightly direct, it’s layered with a lot of gibberish and he would accidentally throw in the names of the aforementioned establishments in between random conversations during his toxic morning shows.

Afterwards, the 8-4-4 educated simple minds would take the bait, and mistakenly assume that the establishments are the place to be, and many throng the joints.

Many of you will be shocked to know that both establishments have since shut down, Tamasha earlier in the year while Galileo more recently this week. Because the moment Maina Kageni stops endorsing your joint, you’re headed for trouble.

Galileo was largely patronised by Jubilee thugs who never missed the opportunity to posture and grand-stand on how President Kenyatta has awarded them tenders and hooked them up with shoddy deals.

Speculation is rife that Maina Kageni now owns Malibu, that’s off Uhuru Highway next to Nakumatt Mega, as he has been publicising it on radio as  often as he can. The overlapping conflicts of interests in his modus operandi are nauseating to say the least, and it’s a pity that Patrick Quarcoo cannot sack him because his radio station and media empire would collapse without Maina Kageni.

If you would not like your establishment or land project to collapse or stall like everything Maina Kageni has touched with his cursed hands, we’d advise you not to pursue his endorsement.

Uhuru and Ruto: Sensitive Thugs Who Just Need Hugs

rutoandkenyatta

Everyone in Kenya has an idea that William Ruto murdered Jacob Juma. And being a stupid politician, Ruto let the matter spin out of control, without visiting the family, sending condolences or asking police to expedite investigations. We know that he was murdered at a different location and dumped at Lenana Road as a cover-up, by the police hit-squad known as KweKwe.

KweKwe is a notorious squad within the Police that doesn’t get instructions from the Inspector General of Police Julius Boinett. Infact, Boinnet doesn’t know the identities of rogue Flying Squad officials. If Boinett were to go against the wishes of the status-quo, the Jubilee leaders would probably use his own KweKwe assasins to eliminate him. They are formed to serve the status-quo, by eliminating what they perceive as “threats” for a fee.

The KweKwe thugs are worse than ordinary criminals because they are highly trained. Their work is simply to eliminate a target and cover it up. In their vehicles, these and other rogue policemen travel with fake weaponry to plant at scenes of crime and distort investigations.

According to senior CORD politicians, KweKwe officers are attached at Pangani spend their days drinking in bars while waiting for their next targets.

Jubilee bloggers had alluded to CORD politicians and neutral bloggers as myself as the next victims of KweKwe’s bullets. We welcome straight policemen to stand up and reveal the identities of KweKwe assasins. So that Jacob Juma’s family can get closure.

Jacob Juma was a blackmailer. He had spent the afternoon at the office of Nairobi Kenya’s No. 1 lawyer Ahmednasir Abdilahi, perhaps seeking legal advise on how to pursue a lead he might have stumbled on, with regards to corruption by the prime suspect in his murder.

He must have telephoned the prime suspect and informed him that he possessed the incriminating evidence, and that he had convened a press conference. And the prime suspect must have scrambled KweKwe to execute Jacob Juma in cold blood.

So we now ask ordinary God-fearing police officers in the Kenya Police Service to expose the identities of KweKwe Squad members, on any channel they so wish. They can even deliver the details to CORD’s Secretariat. KweKwe cannot kill everyone in Kenya so they should also have the mental frame to decline some of these demonic assignments.

Many ICC witnesses were killed or remain missing to date. Those who died didn’t do so out of suicide or other self-induced causes. A whole Minister of Internal Security George Saitoti died when his chopper went down.

One of the common denominators in this toxic Web of deceit and blind ambition is Jimmy Wanjigi. Many claim that he could have planned the whole Juma story to launch his get-back plan on the Government which has denied him deals. He had also supplied the Kenya Police Eurocopter that went down with George Saitoti and Orwa Ojode crushed in.

It’s going to be a long and messy period ahead, as vested interests jostle for the money us taxpayers commit in good faith to the Government. They are killing each other because of our money. Jimmy Wanjigi had once jailed Tony Gachoka and Jeff Koinange for exposing his deals on “The Bench” which shows the power that the man wields. It’s said he controls nearly all security facets of the country, because he is the only one who handles all high-level security contracts.

So for now, Uhuru Kenyatta vs Jimmy Wanjigi is ON! Who will win?

Caption: Quote on exceptionalism by the United States President, whereas in Kenya, the Presidency has entrenched mediocrity, tribalism and bullying of exceptional individuals in the country, a by-product of the flawed 8-4-4 system.

There exists tangible evidence showing that this website is making a difference in Kenya. And despite the fact that both President Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto are fabulously corrupt, many other sectors in Kenya are also in dire need of intervention by way of exposure.

Our hard-hitting opinions are intentionally drafted with a view to disputing constructs propagated by those who control the mainstream media. Doesn’t it baffle you when all mainstream media outlets ran near-identical news articles and editorials without any alternative viewpoint?

This is the reason why we have consistently requested employers to shun graduates from the mediocre Daystar University because the calibre of journalists that have been graduating leave a lot to be desired. Their thinking isn’t analytical. And their output is grossly compromised with little or no research.

Mediocre institutions like Daystar University became an extension of the redundant 8-4-4 system as espoused by the Former President Daniel Arap Moi, who wanted Kenya to be a nation of slaves that follow the paths laid out by the ruling and corporate elite, without question. So journalists have become today’s celebrities and managed to draw focus onto themselves and not the issues at hand.

Tv Channels have even gone ahead to sell sex in a bid to dramatise news, where hoe’s or ladies of suspicious sexual indoctrination masquerading as anchors, use the newsroom as a fashion catwalk, parading their wares to a largely helpless rural mass of Kenyans, contravening every journalistic procedure and glamorising a very serious activity.

All other international news outlets do not show anything below the waist but Kenyan media owners who are should all be in jail, continue to exploit sex appeal in a cheap attempt at driving sales for their key news bulletins. Media owners in Kenya can also be described as perverts for allowing this horrible behaviour to take root in Kenya.

Like we singled out advertising as having died at the hands of the biggest player ScanGroup, where employment is largely based on cronyism or sex, the media establishment has also overseen a general neglect forcing owners to be comfortable with shoving Nigerian movies, Mexican soap-operas and sketchy local programming down our throats. It’s a deliberate effort at dumbing-down the Kenyan population.

Due to the suspicious education being offered in so-called institutions of higher learning, we urge employers who require results to completely do away with the university degree requirement, like large recruiters e.g. Google and Ernst & Young who have announced that degree’s won’t no longer be the main criteria for employment.

Employers need to move from generic human resource algorithms where mediocre HR practitioners like @GicheruGicheru sit in their offices, achieving sexual response by self-stimulation, whilst spending days on end, ranting on social media whilst taunting their would-be future employee’s and pretending to be better/superior than them by using bully-tactics.

Companies need to invest in talent scouts, who go out of their way to search, identify and nurture exceptional talent, without no inhibitions or personal interests, in the same manner that foreign agents scout for the best athletes in the country.

In America for instance, the system has been built to elevate those who are exceptional in any field while in Kenya it’s the opposite. Those who are exceptional in Kenya are largely booed down by pretenders, a by-product of the flawed 8-4-4 system that targeted and criminalised exceptionalism.

President Barack Obama has hosted the most exceptional individuals at the White House, from Hip Hop gurus like Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, to top sports legends like Steph Curry. He has also hosted kids like Ahmed who made a clock, to the blind brilliant Harvard-educated lawyer. In Kenya it’s the direct opposite; Statehouse has become a epicentre of mediocrity that has cemented tribalism, hate-speech and stifled any form of exceptionalism even when it doesn’t threaten the status-quo.

Barack Obama never tires to say that “exceptionalism is what makes America great” something which other countries fail to see. In Kenya we have institutionalised mediocrity that begins from the top and spreads like a malignant cancer to permeate all sectors of the economy. Reason why Kenyan educated human resource is not globally competitive.

May we endeavour to elevate the most exceptional individuals in Kenya. I as Cyprian Nyakundi am exceptional because I have gone out of my way to create this platform for everyone to benefit from, including those who choose to insult and denigrate, in a bid to massage their low self-esteem. It’s a by-product of the 8-4-4 system.

For instance we recently ran a piece about Tusky’s Supermarket and worker’s rights, where an attendant was made to sit for hours on an improvised chair. This is a supermarket chain where siblings are treating the country to petty sideshows instead of increasing the company’s value. We are glad our piece got acted on.
yyy
Caption: Mainstream media in Kenya have been reduced to flower-girls, who react to what has been posted on social media, like this Tusky’s article.

We also ran a piece where we boldly said that the Kenya Government was diverting attention from their corruption using refugee’s as pawns. We cautioned President Uhuru Kenyatta not to blackmail the international community using refugee’s.

Because Uhuru is a serial blunderer who thrives in chaos and disorder, he endorsed every loose-tongue statement that his hopeless Interior CS Joseph Nkaissery has made, showing Kenyans his usual contempt for fact and logic, just as he signed a flawed doping bill into law, whilst assuming that he can arm-twist the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), as they did to the ICC.

We are glad that former Deputy Speaker Farah Maalim picked our cue and called out the Jubilee regime for blackmailing the international community using refugees.

Kenyans on Twitter, a loose assembly that frustrated feminist and bonafide empty-debe Betty Waitherero once tried to hijack by imposing a fake logo, has been burning the midnight oil, trying to locate vehicles reported by the Kenya Revenue Authority as being under investigations.

We keep insisting that Kenya has adequate talent if onlu recruiters stop demanding for sex and mediocre Daystar degree certificates as the primary criteria of employment in top corporate and state agencies.

Most of these vehicles are meant for transit to neighbouring countries but are then diverted to Kenya. Others are sneaked in via open borders. But majority are stolen from England and dumped in Kenya which has been singled out by Interpol as the hub for stolen vehicles from England.

Some of the vehicles have been marked for sale while others are still being driven around Nairobi, a by-product of the impunity that has taken root in the country, since Jubilee thugs took over.

Kenya Revenue Authority has of late failed to meet its target, because in essence the economy is performing poorly. Our greatest export now is corruption, with Governors and the Central Government embarking on widespread looting, supervised by a corruptible Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission boss Halakhe Waqo.

The Judiciary is also riddled with crooks, like the Supreme Court Judges, who have been accepting bribes in order to pass favourable rulings.

Attached is the KRA List and some of the vehicles that have been busted by KOT Investigators.

Exposed: Meet The Father/Son Tag-Team Indian Crooks From Parklands

Kenyan businessman of Asian origin Kamlesh Pattni gestures during an interview with Reuters in Nairobi December 17, 2007. Pattni has loomed over Kenya for years as the accused architect of a corruption scandal that nearly ruined east Africa's biggest economy. To match feature KENYA-ELECTION/PATTNI. Caption: Kamlesh Pattni is the biggest Indian crook in Kenya who walks scot free. Instead of Kwekwe shooting him, they killed our brother Jacob Juma. We see you Jubilee!

Kenya has for long been held hostage by thieving Indians who come into the country and abuse our hospitality by taking our kindness for weakness.

Government officials, especially our harlot-politicians get easily intimidated by foreign skin, and jointly register bogus companies with them to swindle the Government in fake tenders.

You will all remember that the Imperial Bank heist was a joint-effort by a cohort of Indian thieves including the Poppat family which is worshipped by senior Government officials. We are told that some of the thieving Indians used the share of the Imperial Bank heist to invest in real estate, using the Pam Golding Properties Group. Halakhe Waqo knows all these crimes and properties but still is bribed to go hush on apprehending these Indian crooks.

Former President Mwai Kibaki stashed his stolen loot in Devki Steel Mills operated by a shadowy Indian, reason why Kibaki’s retirement office was purchased in Nyari Estate where Devki also lives.

Gullible Kenyans were conditioned by 8-4-4 and former President Moi to fear Indians, the reason why thieves like Kamlesh Pattni walks around scot free and even preaches in a church. Instead of KweKwe Squad killing Kamlesh Pattni who burnt Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), they murdered our local hustler Jacob Juma.

Deputy President William Ruto is also said to be working with a network of Indian thieves, reason why Indians run around Nairobi thinking they are untouchable, whilst grabbing land and engaging in fraudulent deals.

Closer home, we also had another Indian crook Heshan de Silva who had captured the imaginations of mediocre Daystar journalists, who allocated acres of airtime to promote his concocted stories. Heshan had partnered with Jubilee thieves like Machel Waikenda to con young Kenyans into buying into his fraudulent schemes.

Heshan was given unlimited airtime by Daystar stalwart Larry Madowo on the trend because the low self-esteemed NTV anchor was intimidated by the white skin and fake accent. This 8-4-4 did not only stifle Kenyans thought process, but also took away their pride.

We now expose some Indian crooks from Parklands Yogeesh Soni and Meetesh Soni who run a company called MeetYog Enterprises Limited. They buy goods on credit and give bouncing cheques. Please beware!

PS: Don’t be surprised to see Larry Madowo interviewing them on “The Trend.”

Relief: Government Finally Caves-In, Agrees To Sack KQ CEO Mbuvi Ngunze

Caption: The Mainstream Media who have been in bed with Kenya Airways CEO Mbuvi Ngunze are too proud to admit that the pilot’s strike forced the sacking of top managers.

After finding his continued stay untenable, Transport CS James Macharia has conceded that they will overhaul Kenya Airways top management in July a move that was precipitated by a pilot’s strike led by members of the Kenya Airline Pilots Association (KALPA).

But the move is being viewed with suspicion, and could be a form of public relations by the pathological liars in the Jubilee Government, because Mbuvi Ngunzes brother is the CEO of Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA) owned by the Kenyatta family.

KALPA members still remind Transport CS James Macharia to stick to the June 1st schedule, because Mbuvi Ngunze is still looting from the National Carrier even as we speak.

You will all remember that KALPA officials led by their Chairman and Secretary General had signed a bogus deal which was declined by members after allegations of bribery emerged.

With the help of this website, forward thinking KALPA members lifted the lid and exposed the officials as frauds, who conspired with Government officials and incompetent senior managers to help bring down Kenya Airways.

President Uhuru Kenyatta is baffling and sometimes confused. He defends Mbuvi Ngunze yet the same thief is bringing down Kenya Airways. He defends Bob Collymore yet Safaricom is being looted by the man from Guyana and his lieutenants. Uhuru then signs a defective doping bill, that will see Kenya banned by the International Olympics Committee (IOC). Surely Kenyans, what does this man Uhuru want with us?

Transport CS James Macharia and Attorney General Githu Muigai had been sent to intimidate pilots into calling off their strike, but they stood firm and game the Government until June 1st to effect the sacking of Mbuvi Ngunze and still maintain that they are sticking to that timeline.

“We know Uhuru’s Government is full of lies and PR-antics and we promise that the next strike will be prolonged if they decided to retain Mbuvi Ngunze for longer than the stipulated period,” pilots told this website.

One of the pilots further urged KALPA members who know the role played by this website during the strike, to help support this blogger keep his platform up, so as to assist other sectors that require such forms of intervention.

“We have realised that we can’t trust mainstream media because they are mouthpieces of corporate and state interests. The last bastion of truth remains blogs like this one, and I encourage my colleagues to contribute to Cyprian Nyakundi’s blog” said one Pilot who requested anonymity.

#FuckThePolice : 1988 Dr. Dre Hit Inspires Powerful Hashtag Against Police Brutality In Kenya

$

Monday the 16th of May 2016 was a dark day in Kenyan history as all the gains that were made in getting rid of a dictator by the name of Daniel Arap Moi, reincarnated and manifested in the most gruesome of images that trended both locally and internationally.

Opposition activists were simply calling for the resignation of the Electoral Commission, which has been marred by a series of corruption scandals, most recent being the “Chicken Gate” scandal, where a British Court has sentenced a firm that was doing fraudulent deals with officials of the electoral body.

Many (apart from the United States Ambassador to Kenya Robert Godec) believe that the commission is not partial, and is involved in systematic rigging processes using its own returning officers, plus manipulating information released via a leading mobile service provider Safaricom, which is also dogged in a fresh scandal.

Kenyans of goodwill took to the streets to protest, in what should have been a routine process as enshrined in their constitution, but the police unleashed the most brutal of attacks against their own citizens.

The irony is that the same Kenyans have been spearheading the fight against corruption, overseen by an incompetent Head of State Uhuru Kenyatta, plus his assassination-linked Deputy William Ruto, who has been in the news for allegedly masterminding the death of Jacob Juma, a top businessman in the country.

Kenyans have been fighting against corruption, a vice that has equally denied police their rights, with many working long hours without equal financial recompense. Many police officers also have to bear with the indignity of sharing flats with colleagues, meaning two families share one room, separated only by a bed-sheet.

The police in Kenya have also been denied the right to a union, and instead have a Savings and Credit Cooperative, which is headed by thieves that engage in corrupt scandals. The irony is that instead of improving police welfare, the Government has embarked on big purchases so as to line pockets of suppliers, like the CCTV project and the recent acquisition of crowd control vehicles.

The Kenyan Police have got to be the dumbest creatures on planet earth, as they were busy victimising and brutalising Kenyans who have been busy agitating for their rights. Indeed, we now understand that Kenya Police are worse than criminals or terrorists.

These Kenyan Policemen are the same nincompoops who instead of going to save students at the Garissa University last year during a terrorist attack, instead using their official aircraft to ferry the daughters of the Police Airwing boss, whom blogger Robert Alai has been doing PR for.

Tired of the brutal violence, sexual assault, rape and selective application of justice by the police, citizens of Kenya would now like to welcome other citizens of the world in condemning the attack on citizens by police, who instead of arresting those who may have committed a crime, resorted to instead kill and maim right infront of the camera’s.

We ask the Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPOA) to immediately interdict the policemen caught on camera maiming Kenyans, and have them suspended and names presented to the public. Without their uniforms and state-issued weapons, we would like to confront those cowards.

The attacks on civilians by those who are supposed to protect them, shows that the police are the criminals who way-lay motorists or individuals going about their businesses. These are thieves not police officers.

“Fuck the Police” was a protest song by the gangsta rap group N.W.A that appears on the album Straight Outta Compton as well as on the N.W.A’s Greatest Hits compilation. Protesting police brutality and racial profiling, its lyrics express approval of violence against police. It highlights many of the tensions between black urban youth and the police.

In 1996, during massive opposition street protests in Belgrade, former Yugoslavia, “Fuck the Police”, along with Public Enemy’s “Fight the Power” was continually played for 2 days on a Belgrade American-funded radio station B92.

With this hashtag #FuckThePolice, we are simply following the cue of our Black American brothers who have transgressed from physical confrontation to art and music in the struggle against police brutality.

The Kenya Police will not maim taxpayers who pay their salaries. Those simple cops should be arrested and lynched by members of the public for not only disregarding our constitution, but tainting the image of Kenya internationally.

Join us as we #FuckThePolice

Below are photos showing the brutality of Kenyan Police, who instead of arresting those who may have broken the law, opted to maim and kill. These same useless policemen are nowhere to be seen during terror attacks or criminal acts.

We call on Kenyans to stand firm against police brutality.

A photographer said to have been taught and mentored by Julie Gichuru has been revealed as a fraud by users on social media.

Eustace Maina aka Ace Maich stood up Sunshine Saoli on her wedding day (who does that) without notice. As you can see, Julie Gichuru only mentors real scum like herself.

The bogus photographer is also linked to Larry Madowo, the mediocre Daystar graduate and NTV anchor.

r1

Eustace Maina owns Eye Con Photography and demands 100% payment days before your function. He then fails to turn up without notice.

Share this post and make sure it reaches Julie Gichuru, the incubator of mediocrity in Nairobi. We want to make sure that Ace Maich never does this shit to anyone else.

Julie Gichuru for long used her media prowess and pseudo-spiritual innuendo to captivate rural-bred Kenyans into imagining that she is the alpha and omega of media.

But she is just a fake operative who capitalised on her lightskin to intimidate individuals of low self-esteem. She also used her bogus TV shows to entrench status-quo operatives, and glamourized corporate thieves using the “Who Owns Kenya” slot.

Mobitelea: How Vodafone Stole 10% Of Safaricom

$

Gavin-Darby_dnm_gallery

Caption: Gavin Darby, the Vodafone Executive and British crook who knows everything about Mobitelea.

Mobitelea is a shadowy company registered in Guernsey Islands in United Kingdom territory, home to the biggest financial frauds and tax evasion scams in the world. We hereby attach some literature and official reports, detailing how Vodafone UK stole 10% of Safaricom’s shares, in conjunction with thieves who worked in Government at the time.

Its sad that the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has never picked up on this matter and reprimanded officials with the speed at which they finalized the ChickenGate Scandal.

Sitting Speaker of the National Assembly Justin Muturi who surprised everyone by allowing a petition filed by a Kenyan against fraudulent practices in Safaricom by its board and senior managers, a move which he rightly concluded was of immense interest to the public. Indeed, Muturi chaired the Public Investments Committee during the 8th Parliament (between 2002-2007) and oversaw the conclusive investigation with unearthed massive discrepancies with which Vodafone acquired 10% of Safaricom’s shareholding and “gave” it to Mobitelea whom they claimed was their “consultant” and “financial advisors.”

The 10% was a bribe plain and simple, Safaricom’s original sin against Kenyans. Parliament in 2007 was very clear, that there were corrupt practices by Vodafone UK and even forgery of documents presented to Parliament. The British Government has never investigated this fraud and the Kenyan authorities ultimately jumped into bed with Safaricom giving it lucrative contracts like the corruption-riddled CCTV Contract inflated three times over the original quote provided by Huawei, plus other contracts like managing the Electoral process. The Government oversaw and midwifed Mobitelea’s earning of over Kshs. 5 Billion masked inside the IPO process.

Can a new generation of Kenyans do more to get UK company Vodafone to return what it illegally gave away as a bribe? Because the fact remains that 10% of Safaricom was stolen by Vodafone and still missing to date.

To briefly elaborate on the history of Safaricom, it was once a department within the defunct Kenya Posts and Telecommunication Corporation (KP&TC) and all these fraudulent transactions were being executed in order to pay a license fee to Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) of US$ 55 Million.

That is the stupidity of Kenyan Government officials. People who are thick. In fact an autistic child has a higher IQ that the basic Government officials, for instance the bunch of idiots like Solicitor General Njee Muturi and Sports Minister Hassan Wario who tried to alter recommendations by World Anti-Doping Agency threatening a ban. You wonder what that duo sought to gain by precipitating a ban. Pathetic human beings!

Moving on, you can imagine that one Government agency was raising money to pay another, and decided to involve a UK firm, instead of perhaps that money going into operations to form the new company Safaricom. So two shareholders Telkom raised US$ 33 Million and Vodafone (KENYA) Limited paid US$ 22 Million. The amounts were in accordance with their shareholding strength 60-40. Funny enough, the money was a “loan” to Safaricom which was provided interest-free and without a specific repayment date.

Parliament noted that the said “loan” was suspicious as it should have been converted into equity, plus the public was not aware of the background, nature and implication of the said loan. There is also no written agreement on the terms of the “loan.”

Former CEO of Safaricom and thief par-excellence, South African crook Michael Joseph popularly known as Mr. 10% due to the commissions he extorted from suppliers of Safaricom appeared before the Parliamentary Committee and was unable to disclose who the direct and indirect shareholders of Safaricom are. The nerve of this stupid immigrant, showing arrogance to members of parliament. Why do we allow foreign thieves to trample on our integrity and show contempt to state institutions? Who do they think they are?

Joseph Kinyua, the Statehouse Chief of Staff, then Treasury Permanent Secretary also appeared in Parliament and revealed that indeed Safaricom was registered 100% under the Kenya Posts and Telecommunication Corporation (now Telkom Kenya) on 3rd April 1997. He also confirmed that on 25th January 1999, KPTC awarded a 30% equity stake in Safaricom Limited to Vodafone Kenya Limited.

That on 1st October 1999, Vodafone approached Telkom Kenya Limited asking for an increase of its shareholding to 40% and 4 days later, the board of Telkom Kenya approved the request (miraculously).

Jane N Joram representing the registrar of companies revealed that as of 23rd February 2007, the directors of Safaricom were as follows;

1. Nancy Wambire Macharia.
2. Nicholas Nganga.
3. Gavin John Darby (The CEO of Vodafone).
4. Robert (Bob) William Collymore.
5. Sammy Kirui.
6. Esther J. Koimett.

That Vodafone Kenya Limited, the purpose-built vehicle to execute the fraudulent acquisition of Safaricom, was initially registered as Shomoro Limited. The physical file and records of Vodafone Kenya Limited have since mysteriously disappeared from the Registrar’s records, but according to computer records, the following British crooks were directors of the company as at the year 2000;

1. Richards Clark Stewart.
2. Waitherus Hoogstraate.
3. Kenneth Hamish Woller Keith (also Company Secretary).

Kenyans of goodwill like Ory Okolloh should now move from the generic screenshotting of articles for false hype on social media, into digging deep into the individuals named above. But we are not holding our breath because you are a StateHouse agent pretending to have a lot of knowledge, yet you know nothing. Even idiots like @RoomThinker who spend their days insulting Cyprian Nyakundi, tweeting like they are such great intellectuals should perhaps engage themselves in some worthy work like breaking down this report, not just tweeting silly sarcastic jokes.

The board members who were aware of all the fraudulent deals done by Vodafone are Wilson Ndolo Ayah, Augustine Cheserem, M.P. Manji, K.K. Cherogony, Engineer James Waweru, D.A. Oyatsi and G. Mitine. These are the crooks who convened a board meeting 4days after a verbal request by Vodafone to increase their shareholding from 30% to 40%. We call for their immediate arrest and echo sentiments in the report that they should never hold any public office.

The biggest crook in the entire conundrum is Gavin Darby, Chief Executive Vodafone Americas/Africa/China/India who confirmed that Mobitelea Ventures is a company registered in Guernsey and was offered to acquire 25% in Vodafone Kenya Limited, the purpose-built vehicle for Vodafone to execute the Safaricom heist. The so-called “transaction” not verified by necessary documents and resolutions was completed in cash in 2002 and translated to 30% of Safaricom being owned by Vodafone Group and 10% to Mobitelea Ventures.

That in January 2003, Vodafone PLC bought back 12.5% of Vodafone Kenya Limited, the purpose-built vehicle that the British used to defraud Kenyans, as what they termed as “fair” market value. This translated into 35% of Safaricom being owned by Vodafone Group and 5% owned by Mobitelea.

The Panama Papers Leaks revealed what Parliament already unearthed in 2007, that Mobitelea Ventures Limited is registered in Guernsey Island, the home of corruption, money-laundering and tax evasion in the world. Mobitelea was registered in 1999 and the company’s real owners are behind two nominee firms, M/s. Mercator Nominees Limited and M/s. Mercator Trustees Limited with M/s. Messrs Anson Limited and Cabot Limited both registered in Anguilla and Antigua.

Worth noting is that NONE of the witnesses who appeared in parliament could prove or ascertain that Vodafone PLC actually wrote to Telkom Kenya Limited asking for an increase of their shareholding in Safaricom. The thieves who were managing Telkom Kenya could also not justify the need to reduce its shareholding from 70% to 60%.

panama1

camp2

The excuse that money needed to be raised could not hold water since the Government had never indicated its inability to directly raise funds.

Now we would like Kenyans to see that Safaricom didn’t start arm-twisting and manipulating Government officials with Bob Collymore using this very critical example. The shareholder agreement was first signed between Vodafone PLC and KPTC on January 25th, 1999. At the time, the law and policy on investments in the telecommunications sector required that Kenyan ownership is not less than 70%. Vodafone UK bribed Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) now Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK) officials to alter the policy so as to facilitate the fraudulent Mobitelea deal.

Gavin Darby the Vodafone thief and pathological liar claimed that Mobitelea’s role was advisory and protocol management of investing in Kenya, a theory that was dismissed by Parliament due to the glaring fact that Mobitelea was never registered in Kenya. So how then can a Guernsey company purport to be an expert at navigating the Kenyan business terrain? Why does Gavin and by extension Vodafone PLC imagine that everyone is as dumb as they are? I mean to execute the type of fraud he was engaging in, surely one needs to invest in some brains and proper documentation detailing the circumstances.

Michael Joseph, the South African thief also known as Mr. 10% submitted a fake bankers draft of US$ 22 Million claiming that Vodafone Kenya had paid its part of the license fee as the postal address of Vodafone Kenya Limited, the purpose-build vehicle to execute the Mobitelea heist, was purported to be 40034-00100 8th Floor Lonrho House, yet it is common knowledge that at the time, Kenya had not effected the postal coding 00100.
To quote the report directly, “its appaling that Vodafone PLC, a company registered in the UK involved itself in underhand activities of a corrupt nature aimed at depriving Kenyan citizen of billions of shillings through Mobitelea Ventures, depite the fact that the UK has been in the forefront campaigning against corruption in developing countries,”

These bloody Brits are two-faced and contradictory in their modus operandi. They say one thing, then do the exact opposite.

We welcome everyone to download the report and read it in its entirety and witness how the United Kingdom Government turned a blind eye on corruption by its company Vodafone PLC. It is the reason that even after evidence was presented to Vodafone about corruption and theft by Bob Collymore and senior Safaricom managers, Vodafone has never attempted to sack him because he knows too much about the Mobitelea deal and he may spill the beans as regards to the real owners.

We also attach a letter by Vodafone CEO Gavin Darby, the crook who conspired with Kenyans to loot 10% of our company. He refused to appear before a parliamentary committee and we would call on the Kenya Police to issue an international arrest warrant for him to come and face justice in a Kenyan Court. We should not be lectured on corruption by British citizens like Bob Collymore representing Vodafone, yet the same bastards happen to be more corrupt than our Government officials.

How Real-Estate Sector Launders Money: Parliamentary Report

Caption : The man who looted YEDF to its deathbed

We have for long stated that all these apartments and gated-communities sprouting around the country are the direct proceeds of money stolen from Government or corporate coffers. We have repeatedly noted that Pam Golding Properties is investing posh apartments using money stolen from Imperial Bank but nobody seems to believe.

A special report on the inquiry into allegations of fraiud and financial mismanagement at the Youth Enterprises Development Fund (YEDF) tabled this month by the Public Investment Committee of the National Assembly revealed that the real-estate sector which bribed business journalists especially Nation Media Group’s Business Daily generate false hype for, is a conduit for looted funds.

Amongst the highlights includes clause 37, which specifically mentions of clear indications that proceeds of criminal activities including corruption are the key drivers of the “booming” real-estate sector. The fake hype created by business journalists and shadowy individuals like the homosexual Classic 105.5FM Presenter Maina Kageni is only a representation of corruption in the country.

The people who use proceeds of corruption to invest in real estate will be surprised to know that there is Section 4 of the POCAMIL Act 2009 that prohibit that very act. After stealing Kshs. 180 Million via a fake IT Project approved by President Uhuru Kenyatta’s former deskmate Bruce Odhiambo, and the former CEO Catherine Namuye, Mr. Mukuria Ngamau through Quorandum Limited used the proceeds to purchase a duplex apartment in Lavington, Nairobi at a cost of Kshs. 48.5 Million from Duchess Park Limited.

It has always baffled observers why property and land prices in Kenya are some of the highest in the world, considering that the country has dilapidated roads, poor lighting, inexistent amenities and sporadic insecurity. The manipulation of real-estate prices is as a direct result of State officer buying land and property to conceal their ill-gotten wealth.

Nearly all Government officials are thieves, and the ones in authority loot beyond measure. And despite the fake calls by Uhuru for lifestyle audits, the practice remains rampant even when glaring evidence is presented to investigating authorities like EACC and the CID Department.

Infact, the investigators are also part of this toxic matrix, with recent revelations that the Director of the CID Ndegwa Muhoro was privately profiting from a real-estate case involving Bidco crook Vimal Shah and former Central Bank Governor Nahashon Nyagah.
The damning report which we will be serialising also links University of Nairobi student leader Babu Owino to the murder of the Fund’s driver Mr. Simon Mwangi who at the time of his death was on duty during unofficial hours in Diani. The death occured at a party attended by former YEDF Board Director Clement Ayungo on invitation by his friend Babu Owino.

Ndegwa Muhoro has been ordered to report back to Parliament no later than 2 months to report on the progress of investigations where Babu Owino and Clement Ayungo murdered Mr. Simon Mwangi.

President Uhuru Kenyatta vide gazette notice of 15th April 2016 in accordance with Section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act revoked the appointment of Bruce Odhiambo as Chairman, Stella Bogonko, Paul Gathura Nganga, Sabra Omar Hussein, Jane Mutinda, Michael Wamae, Clement Ayungo and Nicholas Mwaniki as YEDF board members.

Here is how Mukuria Kamau used the money he stole from YEDF;

1. Purchased Duplex apartment in Lavington from Duchess Park Limited at a cost of 48.5 Million.

2. Paid a debt of Kshs. 18 Million owed to Great Lakes Limited through bogus lawyers Ngigi Mbugua and Company Advocates.

3. Bought an excavator and grader from Britcom International Limited in the United Kingdom. It seems he is also in the construction business where all thieves who make money divest to.

4. He also gave his wife Doreen Waithera Nganga Kshs. 91, 480.00. She also gets another amount at the tail-end.

5. He also paid Rock Plant Limited Kshs. 4.5 Million to purchase stones to build, in what the bribed journalists at Nation Media Group’s Business Daily may describe as the “booming” real-estate sector. Idiots!

6. Paid Kshs. 2.24 Million to Mr. Dilshad Mohammed.

7. Paid Kshs. 880,000.00 to Yogesh Kumar Bardwaj.

8. Paid Kshs. 1 Million to Simis Engineering and Construction Company, in what mediocre journalist and psychotic single-mother Terryanne Chebet will harp on national television as signs of a booming real-estate sector. Silly little girl!

9. He then transferred Kshs. 59,082,835.00 from Chase Bank to his account at Standard Chartered Yaya Branch.

10. From there, he paid the St. Marys bufoon Bruce Odhiambo Kshs. 3.3 Million.

11. He paid Kshs. 8,799,450.00 to an Ezekiel Owuor for materials supply (another sign of a booming real-estate sector according to bribed business journalists).

12. Paid Kshs. 10,254,500 to Industries D’Amico an Italian equipment supplier.

13. His wife Doreen Waithera was paid Kshs. 402,000.00 to go shopping and spa treatments, while his mother Tabitha Wanjiku Ngamau got 940,000.00.

Ken Kiplagat: The Man Who Slapped Gideon Moi Is Now After Bob Collymore

Caption: Dr. Ken Kiplagat of Okoth and Kiplagat Advocates. The man many accuse me of working with, in-order to destroy Bob Collymore.

Many Twitter influencers and keyboard warriors affiliated to Bharat Thakrar claim that I have been paid by Mike Njeru to destroy Bob Collymore. I have neither met nor interacted with him or Transcend Media Group. He is just a thankless beneficiary of my online activism as his entitled self has not even bothered to call and congratulate me for running a story that had been blacked out by bribed mainstream media journalists for the last three years.

Indeed Mike Njeru probably deserved to lose the tender he clearly won according to findings in a KPMG Audit, because of his inherent stupidity.

Others claim that I’m on the payroll of Ken Kiplagat. They may call him a Moi-era lawyer, or use whatever other analogy conjured by Bob Collymore’s cheeky PR team, but the truth is that we cannot tolerate intellectual-property theft in Kenya. And let’s give credit where it’s due, Ken Kiplagat conceptualised the integrated security system way back in 2001, proposed it and yet some newcomers walk into town and use Government officials to edge him out of a deal.

Is this fair? Shall a scumbag like Bob Collymore from the slum called British Guyana pack heat like an oven door and run Kenya like his personal property? Again, who the hell does this man think he is?

Well, you will all be saddened to know that Standard Group’s Managing Editor Joseph Odindo sent a memo to all editors ordering them to kill any story relating to Safaricom and the KPMG Audit. And you wonder why Standard Group is posting losses? Because of such idiots in our media, using their positions to undermine the flow of information, for the benefit of bribes and jobs to relatives.

Back to the headline which I’m sure brought many of you here.

Ken Kiplagat is not just your ordinary Joe. He is the real McCoy, who was admitted to the bar in 1989 so he is definitely Under-50. He is also a former Director at Communications Commissions of Kenya (CCK) now Communications Authority of Kenya at the turn of the century, where he allocated himself frequencies, which he sells to media owners.

But his most prominent company is Tetra Radio Limited which bid for a $5.2 million (Sh447 million at current exchange rates) contract to operate and supply a digital radio communication system for the Kenya Police.

The company won the bid in 2002 to supply a commercial trunk radio network, which would operate on the UHF band.

Five years later, the system was yet to be supplied following wrangles between Tetra Radio and the Communications Commission of Kenya (now the Communications Authority of Kenya, CAK), prompting the regulator to cancel the tender in 2007.

Tetra Radio went to the High Court the following year to have CAK reinstate the tender and stop the regulator from allocating the frequencies to another entity.

The company won the case, and by a judgment dated June 24, 2011, CAK’s decision to cancel the tender was reversed and the regulator was prohibited from utilising, activating or allocating the frequency range awarded to Tetra Radio.

CAK Director General Francis Wangusi wouldn’t keep quiet he made media reports and even presented his report to parliament accounting that Tetra Radio was incapable of implementing the security system due to lack of proper technical and financial support. A company that operates with close to 45 million pounds (equivalent to 6.75B ksh.) and that had a good reputation in Spain, Austria, The United Kingdom, Iraq, Poland among others was incapable of setting up security systems in Kenya? Isn’t this ironical?

After Tetra was successfully eliminated new players came into the game.

Huawei, ZTE and Safaricom were determined to win the security surveillance system. It was a battle that saw this three giant electronic and communication companies mire in controversy and morphed to feature bitter corporate and diplomacy wars that ended in court.

Huawei who were so much determined to hit the contract would do anything to get it and it is at this point that they arranged for ZTE managers to be deported back to their country being conscious of the fact that Safaricom was incapable of providing security and communication surveillance on their own. This was made possible through Office of the President and the Attorney General Githu Muigai . The deportation orders were signed by the then Interior C.S Joseph ole Lenku and ZTE was seen out of the competition.

After the court ruling, Safaricom won the tender to supply, manage install and maintain security surveillance and communication systems.

Safaricom then in June 2014 confirmed that Chinese giant telecom Huawei would provide infrastructure  support for 15 billion, but then billed the Kenya Government for Kshs. 45 Billion. Outright theft.

So who is Ken Kiplagat? On 16th January 2004, patrons at the Fairview Hotel in Nairobi were shocked after a brawl broke out. Ken Kiplagat had slapped the life out of Gideon Moi, the then MP of Baringo Central after the latter went to ask for “dad’s” property and money that perhaps was given to Kiplagat in trust.

He is also famous (in the right circles) for his divorce case with wife Catherine Jelugat Kiplagat who in court documents, revealed that her ex-husband is worth a whopping $2 Billion. She successfully pursued a court-case and the ruling is hereby attached for your perusal.

This is now high-level politics, and information only privy to those who know Nairobi well, who have been in Nairobi, and not the freshers like Ory Okolloh, Dennis Itumbi, who just came to Nairobi the other day, from their respective locations one being in diaspora studying and the other being rural Kenya.

Amongst the properties Mrs. Kiplagat is eyeing is Shares in Tetra Radio Limited, Toads Media Group Limited, Bond Conservancy Limited, Simba Radio Limited, Southern Cross Engineering Limited, Naivasha Cottages Limited plus a split in properties in various locations in Kenya including two houses in Green Park Naivasha Great Rift Valley Lodge, 40 acres of land in Kabarak, 100 acres of land in Kabarak Menengai West, a house in Eldoret near Statehouse, 50 acres of land in Eldoret, a House in Milimani Nakuru, a villa in Vipingo Ridge Kilifi, and a house in Kensington UK.

In cash, the court declared that in various accounts, there were different amounts of money including Kshs. 600 Million, US$ 2 Million, Kshs. 1 Billion, and Kshs. 87 Million that were proceeds of the sale of Simba Radio to KTN.

Toads Media Limited was the company that Ken Kiplagat used to allocate himself over 10 radio frequencies, which he had disposed off to various radio stations that you hear today, for a cool sum of US$ 4 Million.

The wife admitted in court that her ex-husband and baby-daddy was having an affair with another woman Milly Cherono whom they had a child with.

Another 4 women listed as respondents are also said to have been in relationships with Ken Kiplagat who then purchased properties under their names. For the record, they include Casey Burns, Jaqueline Kosgei, Beatrice Kosgei and Sheila Jebet Amdany.

Pussy will be the end of some men. Rest in peace Jacob Juma who was last spotted in the company of an unknown woman that probably sold him out to the guy who smoked him.

Jubilee-NYS Thief Kipchumba Murkomen’s V8 Gets Stuck In Mud

An epic image doing rounds on social media is one of Deputy President William Ruto’s parrot Kipchumba Murkomen’s 4×4 vehicle stuck in mud.

Suddenly the URP-wanker came face-to-face with the fruits of the corruption by the Government which he so vigorously defends.

Karma is a bitch they say. And this is a sign of things to come. Jubilee thieves will endure the torture of seeing their children cursed. All the money they steal won’t be of help.

Since Kenya’s history, no other regime has plundered state coffers like the Uhuru/Ruto Government, where scandals of enormous proportion have come to light.

Characters like Murkomen rose from obscurity into owning choppers and V8’s, and are direct beneficiaries of corruption.

I mean, for a V8 to get stuck in the mud, can only mean that his area is literally one hot mess. The roads in his county may have never seen a grader since independence.

And when you see these pompous characters on television, chest-thumping and posturing, you may think that they’re very smart individuals.

But everytime Murkomen opens his mouth, he confirms our worst fears; that the space between his ears is empty.

May the children of Jubilee thieves be cursed. May they endure the pain that their parent’s corruption has confined this country to. Amen.

Yawn: Kenyans Are Tired Of Sauti Sol’s “Abused” Dance-Routine

Saut Soul - at Kiss 100 - July 2014 - bongotoday.com - BT

Caption: Sauti Sol dancing their trademark “Lipala” routine which has now been abused by the boy-band.

Before you chicks of low self-esteem come for me gun-blazing for criticising your favourite boy band, I’d just like to make it clear that I do this out of love. We have to be the change we want to see.

For instance why are Kenyans so disillusioned about someone like FKF President Nick Mwendwa? Because this is a young gentleman, who we imagined would bring fresh ideas because of youth and energy, but he’s turned out to be a fraudster only interested to loot football coffers together with his greedy advisors and Executive Committee.

So we have a bastard by the name of Nick Mwendwa, who is under the age of 40, but who reasons, speaks and acts like a retard, far worse than his “father” and predecessor Sam Nyamweya.

At some point, we need to justify our youth and not just call for a mindless generational-dispensation, and voting in myopic and an even more disastrous set of younger individuals, all in the desperate quest for “change”.

We could also say the same about President Uhuru Kenyatta. Nobody hates him. But if you compare his manifesto and work delivered so far, the Jubilee idiots who forever keep praising his name will genuinely admit that we got short-changed. Had he not delivered such grandiose pledges and said “vote for me because I just want to use my position to evade ICC-arrest”, perhaps Kenyans would not feel so short-changed.

Sauti Sol, the Kenyan sensations took the country by storm when producer “Wawesh” discovered them from the back-streets and produced their first album which featured the hit-song “Lazizi.” And from then on, ladies got hooked. And in Kenya once you have the ladies, you’ve struck gold.

Because ladies in Kenya always have disposable income to engage in consumerism because they can get “sponsors” or multiple men to send them MPESA or cover various costs. Ladies also don’t drink with their own money, and will go out to be treated by guys who hope that it will translate into sexual-intercourse.

So basically women in the country are the consumers and drivers of key brands. And Sauti Sol knew from the onset that they need corporates and event organisers to earn from the various shows or parties that also need women to attend. So it’s one ecosystem that’s rigged to manipulate success.

But if you look at Sauti Sol’s recent music videos, you will notice that they have abused one dance-routine which they christened “Lipala” dance, that looks like a dumbed-down marsh-up of lingala and some Kenya National Music Festivals singing-game that our mediocre 8-4-4 teachers treat President Uhuru Kenyatta at Statehouse to.

And those mediocre 8-4-4 schools who entertain the President at Statehouse after a rigorous selection process countrywide, are termed as the creme of Kenyan arts. What a travesty!

Anyway, that dance routine by Sauti Sol reflects the mediocrity which has been entrenched in the Kenyan society. We celebrate mediocrity. Nobody strives for excellence and exceptionalism.

Mercy Masika is perhaps the biggest gospel artist now. But watch her perform and you will just be disgusted, if that’s our so-called “best”. No dance-routine, no color, no choreography, no props, no back-drop, zero creatity…..what the hell!

Beyonce spends most of her time practising routines and injuring her toes and that’s why she’s the best. She also directs her music videos, leaving nothing to chance. Kenyan musicians on the other hand don’t even excercise. Look at Jaguar, DK Kwenye Beat, Rufftone etc, they have all added weight because of eating Nyama and Ugali.

And the same bastards will wonder why they aren’t going global like their Nigerian counterparts. Well it’s because the world doesn’t run on mediocre standards like Kenya, where anyone can bribe a Daystar journalist to write fake stories of delusional success. The world only uptakes merit.

Do these characters even re-invest back in their talents? Ofcourse not. They are like our stupid Government officials who loot public coffers in-order to build flats. By now, Sauti Sol should have used their money to invest in a good choreographer, and better video producers from elsewhere in the world, so as to fine-tune their product.

Rufftone shouldn’t be gaining weight then come to perform infront of us Kenyan who know and appreciate quality because we have access to channels like Trace and MTV. Get out of here man. There was once Rufftone performed his mediocre “Mungu Baba” song at Kasarani during the inauguration of President Uhuru, and I honestly thought his trouser will tear in the middle.

Wahu is also like Jubilee; full of lies. She has been talking about releasing her album since 2002. Like what country is this that we’re living in? That a woman who has no album for the last 14 years can bribe a few journalists so as to promote her non-existent talent? In America for instance, even the basic underground musician has an album.

We have to stop elevating mediocrity and make it our business to scout for exceptionalism. And our first port of call is the media. Kenyans have to stop this over-reliance on mainstream media journalists, who can be bribed to write anything that suits their pockets. These journalists working in Kenyan media houses are pure scum who should be ignored.

For instance, I once saw this fat newscaster Evelyn Wambui doing a feature on Alcoblow, whereby she was paid by Lee Kinyanjui to fear-monger on a misguided project that has had disastrous effects on the dream of making Nairobi a 24-hour economy. The same Wambui is now always on the scene, drinking and partying like the rest of us, probably evading the same people she promoted. What an idiot.

Since Alcoblow was introduced, many bars like Tamasha, Galileo have closed, nightlife is slowly becoming non-existent, 24-hour supermarkets shut down, leaving one to wonder why an entire city must suffer simply because Lee Kinyanjui was mounting road-blocks so that he can extort money from drivers and take his malaya’s to Dubai for holiday. Such mindless individuals advise our President. And you wonder why the economy is collapsing.

Now these are so-called “young” people, implementing Alcoblow, much to the detriment of the economy. Just like the young Nick Mwendwa using his position to reward players of his Kariobangi Sharks Club with National Team slots. Or just like Sauti Sol abusing a dance-routine.

Are these really the youth who will drive Kenya’s agenda? Or is there an underlying problem where the people who are exceptional in Kenya are being blocked by this rotten system that only elevates shameless self-promoters?

Because the media for instance, is riddled with people who are not specialists. Many were failed musicians who got jobs as news anchors or radio hosts. Jimmy Gathu for instance, sung a few songs back in the 90’s, simply to elevate himself into the media industry. Sheila Mwanyigah also performed as Nikki, whilst secretly eyeing a media job. Sanaipei Tande is also another basic bitch who sung abit so as to get noticed and employed in media. Third-rate comedians also used Churchill to elevate themselves into media.

We really have no specialists out there and if there exist any, the system is designed to lock them out. Reason why the calibre of adverts in Kenya is very low.

For instance, ever wondered why Bharat Thakrar, the CEO of ScanGroup, produces the most mediocre of adverts? Shareholders will be surprised to discover that the company they own, employs nothing but patronage and not merit, when selecting third parties whom to source concepts from.

For instance, Bharat Thakrar only works with Phat Rain when doing concepts like the Safaricom adverts. Phat Rain is owned by Andrew White. Bharat is also said to own shares there. White is the mzungu scum-bag, who has been involved in shoddy Mungiki deals, and was in a murder suit that also connected to politician Betty Tett. There was also a time he was busted with illegal guns.

He gets all the jobs at Scanad, because he also owns 3.22% of it. Because Bharat Thakrar wants to make as much money from service providers in this publicly-listed firm and contrary to Capital Markets Authority rules, he only works with Andrew White. And due to the fact that the two have a working relationship, there is never any pressure to out-do themselves, thus they are content with shoving mediocre marketing campaigns on Kenyans.

We will from now shift focus to Bharat Thakrar and Andrew White. We cannot have two immigrants manipulating the advertising industry by dispatching mediocre content on us.

The Mobitelea Facts As Laid Bare By Parliament In 2007. Kenyans Can No Longer Ignore This.

CROOOOOOOOOOK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caption: Bob Collymore has no moral authority to lecture Kenyans on corruption while he runs a company that borne out of proceeds of corruption.

Shall we as Kenyans continue tolerating a corporate that engages in fraudulent tender scams, lectures us about corruption yet it is the most corrupt corporate borne out of the very vice they purport to rally the private sector against?

Here is a technical summary of the Vodafone theft of 10% of Safaricom shares from our own parastatal Kenya Posts & Telecommunication Corporation, now Telkom Kenya.

Robert William Collymore was listed as a director of Safaricom Kenya Limited prior to being appointed and back in the early 2000’s. He who lectures us on corruption, knows the very identity of the people in Kenya and in Vodafone who conspired to unlawfully acquire 10% of our most profitable company.

A conspiracy by Mobitelea Ventures, Vodafone Plc and Telkom board to defraud the public of its shares in Safaricom?

10% of Telkom (K) Ltd shares in Safaricom were irregularly transferred to Mobitelea Ventures without the consent of Treasury and that of the parent ministry according to the Fifteenth Report of the Public Investments Committee on the accounts of State Corporations 2007. The explosive Parliamentary Committee Report on Public Investments demanded  investigations on the circumstances and manner in which the shares were transferred to Mobitelea with a view to taking appropriate action against any persons found culpable. The PIC also wanted the Anti Corruption Commission to include a progress report on the investigation in the Commissions quarterly report to the House for the next immediate period.

This never happened.

In its report the PIC recommended that
Parliament invites the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the United Nations and the Serious Fraud Office of London to also undertake investigations on the apparent grand corruption conceived and orchestrated by Vodafone PLC in Kenya.

That the then Chief Executive, Communications Commission of Kenya, Eng. John Waweru be asked to step aside until the investigations are completed “due to his roles on the Board of the defunct KP&TC and Telkom at the time of changes in Safaricom shareholding and the Communications Commission of Kenya as exemplified by the evidence adduced and papers laid” before the Committee.
Mr. W.N. Ayah, A.K. Cheserem, M.P. Manji and K.K. Cherogony, D.A Oyatsi and G. Mitine and who discussed the Board Paper No. 56/99 and abetted the outright theft of public shares in Safaricom be barred from holding public office conferred by the Republic of Kenya.

The value of the 10% shares irregularly ceded to Mobitelea Ventures be determined, and Mobitelea Ventures and/ or Vodafone PLC be made to redeem the determined value by June 30, 2008.
The “awaited and Initial Public Offer of Safaricom Ltd be suspended until such time when the above-mentioned investigations are done.

The 10% which was irregularly transferred to Vodafone PLC should immediately revert to Telkom (K) Ltd to hold in trust for the Kenyan public and factored in the event of any privatization of Safaricom Ltd.

The 10% of Telkom shares were transferred to Mobitelea Ventures a shadowy company registered in Guernsey on 18th June 1999. The real owners are hidden behind 2 nominee firms Mercator Nominees Ltd and Mercator Trustees Ltd also registered in Guernsey. The directors are named as Anson Ltd and Cabot Ltd based in Anguilla and Antigua. The Chief Executive of Safaricom Ltd, Mr. Michael Joseph told the PIC that he was unable to disclose to the Committee who the direct and indirect shareholders of Safaricom were. The PIC in its report noted with concern that: There were grievous discrepancies on the date provided by the various persons on the time of reduction of TKL shareholding at Safaricom from 70% to 60%.

None of the witnesses before the Committee could ascertain whether Vodafone PLC actually wrote to TKL asking for increase in their shareholding in Safaricom. The Management of TKL was unable to justify the need to reduce TKL shareholding from 70% to 60%.

The Management of TKL could not confirm whether TKL was paid anything in return for the 10% shareholding irregularly ceded to Vodafone PLC.
The Shareholder Agreement was first signed between Vodafone PLC and KP&TC on January 25, 1999 when policy on investments required Kenyan ownership be not less than 70%. The policy was later amended to accommodate M/S Mobitelea Ventures.

The information provided by Mr. Gavin Darby that “M/s Mobitelea Ventures was identified as a local partner of Vodafone Group for the advisory role it played on local business practices and protocol challenge associated with investigating in Kenya” was misrepresentation of the truth since Mobitelea Ventures is ostensibly not based nor does it operate in Kenya. The Shareholder Agreement was signed on January 25th 1999 long before Vodafone PLC came by Mobitelea Ventures Ltd.

No one else was able to ascertain the existence of the “competitive” process through which Vodafone PLC bought back 5% of Safaricom shares from Mobitelea Ventures as alluded by Darby (Vodafone PLC) through his letter to the PIC. Vodafone PLC failed to appear before the Committee despite several requests to Messers Rhys Philip and Gavin Darby.

Mr. Michael Joseph, Chief Executive of Safaricom Ltd, tabled a letter dated 26th May 2000 before the Committee, ostensibly from VKL forwarding a bankers draft of US$ 22 million. The letter was found to be fictitious as it purported that the postal address of VKL was P.O. Box 40034-00100 Nairobi. In the year 2000 Kenya had not effected the postal coding 00100.
The 7th final Board of Directors meeting held on 27th September 1999 abetted the outright theft of public shares in Safaricom.

The meeting of Board of directors of Safaricom on 5th October 1999 was not properly constituted, as only the Chief Executive and the Company Secretary of KP&TC were present. Safaricom Ltd is a Capital Investment by TKL. Any divestiture ought to be sanctioned by the parent Ministry and the Treasury. There was neither such request sought nor approval given.

Agreements entered between Vodafone (K) Ltd and Telkom (K) Ltd on Safaricom and those between the latter and the two shareholders were not authenticated by way of company seals. Some amendments made on the agreements were actually handwritten and may not have force of law.

TKL failed to invoke clause 12.3 (a) (Right of the first refusal) of the original cooperation and shareholders agreement. TKL and Safaricom management alluded not to know the nature of transactions between Vodafone PLC and Mobitelea Ventures.

It is appalling that Vodafone PLC a UK company involved itself in underhand activities of corrupt nature aimed at depriving Kenyan citizens of billions of shillings through M/S Mobitelea Ventures despite the fact that UK has been in the forefront of campaigning against corruption in developing countries.

The Parliamentary Investments Committee in its report held that “there appears to have been a conspiracy by some officers of Government, Mobitelea Ventures, Vodafone Plc and Telkom board to defraud the public of its shares in Safaricom. Neither the Management of Safaricom nor that of Telkom could produce the written request by Vodafone asking for increase in Vodafone’s’ shares from 30% to 40%. This supposition is further affirmed by the inexplicable disappearance of the records of Vodafone (K) from the Registry of Companies”.

Sacked youth fund CEO Catherine Namuye

Anne Waiguru’s hand-picked CEO Catherine Namuye has been designated as a person of interest in Parliament’s Special Inquiry into Allegations of Fraud and Financial Mismanagement at the Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF).

We have decided to highlight this report as this is money directly meant to support young people in Kenya, but was instead diverted into people’s pockets for personal gain. People who aren’t even youth’s. Reason why President Uhuru Kenyatta has lost the trust of young people because he reneged on his every pledge and watched as the line ministries meant to empower youth, obliterated the funds allocated to them.

Parliament has recommended that Catherine Namuye is charged and prosecuted for failing to ensure that procurement procedures were followed in the alleged provision of ICT Consultancy Services where Quorandum Ltd., was awarded over Kshs. 180 Million for supplying air.

In very strong language, Parliament singled-out Catherine Namuye for her gross acts of omission and commission with an intention to defraud the fund. The purported ICT contract was a well-crafted and jointly planned scheme by Catherine Namuye and Mukuria Ngamau,

That Catherine Namuye also be charged for the cancellation in the YEDF 8th Anniversary event which was to be held in March 2015 at the KICC, where the Fund fraudulently paid approximately Kshs. 44,741,603.00 purportedly to various contracted suppliers for the canceled event.

Parliament also recommended that Catherine Namuye be barred from holding public office ever in her life, considering the gravity of the economic crimes she committed by defrauding YEDF and overseeing the general mismanagement of the institution whose main purpose is assisting youth to uplift themselves by way of interest-free loans.

Not to be left behind is President Uhuru Kenyatta’s former deskmate Bruce Odhiambo who personally selected and instructed the YEDF management to acquire a vehicle for him, Toyota Lancruiser VXL registration number KBZ 753D at a cost of Kshs. 12,615,448.00. The said vehicle was misused by Bruce Odhiambo leading to the fund incurring a further Kshs. 806,914.65 in fuel and general maintenance costs.

On handing back the vehicle to YEDF, it was sent back to Toyota Kenya for further assessment at the advice of the Government’s Chief Mechanical Engineer. Parliament further ordered that the Inspector General of State Corporations and the acting CEO of YEDF should surcharge Bruce Odhiambo Kshs. 1,034,014.65 for the misuse.

Parliament further instructed EACC’s Halakhe Waqo and DCI’s Ndegwa Muhoro to immediately charge for money laundering under Section of the POCAML Act 2009 Cap 59B for receiving money from Mukuria Ngamau, and benefitting from proceeds of crime, further directing that the Assets Recovery Agency move with speed and institute a confiscation order and proceed to recover the said monies from Bruce Dominic Odhiambo.

Ojijo: He Owns The Real-Estate Company That Sells To Thieves Of Public Funds

$

ojijo

CAPTION: Daniel Ojijo founder of the Homes Kenya Expo has been named as a beneficiary of stolen Government money being laundered through the property market. He is possibly aware of many other Government officials using his many fronts to invest on behalf of Government crooks.

The Public Investment Committee has noted that money stolen from Government has been largely used to invest in real estate, and being that the sector is largely unregulated, acts as the best conduit for money-laundering.

Kenya has become a superficial society that glorifies money from churches, to places of work. Meaning that there is a race for primitive-acquisition of land and property, precipitating the sometimes unrealistic prices of real-estate in Kenya.

We recently cautioned Kenyans against blindly following mainstream media agents like Maina Kageni, who has made it his habit to misleading individuals with generic hype into buying sketchy developments from shadowy developers.

nation1

CAPTION: Newspaper article showing that Kamuthi Housing Cooperative Society is in the red, and investors who purchased their projects like Buffalo Hills and Soya Dam Estate could have been duped by the cunning directors. Bandit economy.

Kamuthi Housing Cooperative Society recently admitted that it has been unable to service its Kshs. 600 Million loan which it used to acquire vast tracts of land. Maina Kageni had been instrumental in marketing the projects through his Classic 105.2FM platform, as you will see in this video at the tail-end of this article where he introduces Soya Dam Estate owned by Kamuthi Sacco.

Reports reaching our newsdesk indicates that Kamuthi will attempt to pull a Chris Kirubi, where shareholders and buyers will be duped into believing that the company is broke, leaving the project to be acquired by its financial partners who loaned them the money. The bank will then send receiver managers, the crooks of Kenya’s financial sector to move in and work out modalities of executing the heist.

Ultimately the receiver managers in collusion with directors of Kamuthi Housing Cooperative Society will purport to source for a buyer in-order to bridge the debt deficit, and shareholders/buyers will be duped into accepting meager cash-settlements, many of whom will opt out due to fatigue and lies from the aforementioned axis of evil.

nation2

CAPTION: Maina Kageni hyping the Soya Dam Estate, a project of Kamuthi Housing Cooperative Society which is now in debt. Directors want to shaft shareholders and buyers into off-loading their land to a third-party. We told you to be wary of Maina Kageni’s schemes but you thought it was a vendetta.

And ladies and gentlemen, that is how industrial-scale frauds are executed in Kenya. Even Thika Greens which Maina Kageni hyped by hosting golf-tournaments, has ran into problems and its financial partner Equity Bank took it over. Clients are now paying Equity.

When you follow the wind and buy into every convoluted idea hyped on the mainstream media, be prepared to face the consequences.

Kenyan mainstream media plus the 8-4-4 system has nurtured a strain of anti-intellectualism where these days we witness a herd mentality. This means that anti-intellectuals become the metaphorical-equivalent of an angry lynch-mob when anyone either challenges one of the mob beliefs or posts anything outside the mob’s self-limiting set of values.

Kenyans have now the current state of affairs where a bunch of inferior minds assumes prominence and skews young and educated minds into spectacles of fashion, entertainment, further directing their unknowing audiences/listeners towards trivia, towards the inconsequential, towards unquestioning and blatant consumerism. This has resulted in intellectual complacency. People accept without questioning, believe without weighing choices, join the pack in a culture where convenience rules and real individualism is too much work. Thinking takes too much time.

Unlike the Asians who have become power-houses, Kenya is full of “religious” schools like the infamous St. Mary’s which was a social experiment by a misguided Catholic priest. Religious schools such as those run by the Catholic or Anglican churches condition students to avoid knowledge from basic tenets of science and understandings of history and instead shove down religious teachings masked in the flawed 8-4-4 system.

It’s not a coincidence that Maina Kageni can single-handedly drive individuals into spending their hard-earned money without questioning the financial health or the histories of individuals behind some of these grandiose projects. Kenyans don’t also question the sporadic increase of real-estate prices and simply act without reflex.

Daniel Ojijo is one such character who has built his real-estate empire by providing an avenue for Government officials to buy properties and launder their ill-gotten wealth. Duchess Park where owner of Quorandum Limited Mukuria Ngamau bought an apartment is owned by Daniel Ojijo through many proxy companies.

Ngamau’s apartment for the sake of clarity is C16 at Duplex Apartment, Duchess Park Limited. It is a 5-bedroomed apartment valued at Kshs. 48,500,000.00 but according to the report by the Public Investments Committee hasn’t been paid for stamp duty at the Ministry of Lands.

All line agencies mandated by law in recovering stolen assets from public coffers have received the clearest signal yet from Parliament, in a tabled report confirming that real-estate in Kenya is the biggest beneficiary of stolen public funds. A separate amendment should be included which would compel the crooked real-estate companies to conduct due-diligence on prospective clients or risk deregistration should they invest on behalf of shadowy individuals.

Money from Somali-based terror groups like Al Shabab and Pirates off the Gulf of Aden also managed to invest in Kenya’s real-estate using the various companies like Ojijo’s. Even Rwandese fugitive Felicien Kabuga is a big investor of real-estate in Kenya using the money he stole during the horrific Rwandan genocide. Yes indeed, all land and real-estate companies need to be vetted afresh and their links to corrupt Government officials or terrorist be dismantled.

Pepea Card: Nick Mwendwa & KCB’s Joshua Oigara In Major Scam Targeting Football Fans

oigara

CAPTION: KCB CEO Joshua Oigara who wants to re-introduce the redundant KCB Pepea Card, so as to extort innocent football fans in colnjuctio with the crook himself, Nick Mwendwa.

Ti’s the season of corporate scams, and even before the dust settles on Bob Collymore, his best friend and Kenya Commercial Bank CEO Joshua Oigara is now caught in-between a major scandal that will leave his career as a “clean” CEO exposed.

Joshua Oigara has partnered with the crook FKF President Nick Mwendwa, to relaunch the failed Pepea Card prepaid system, that was a partnership between Riverbank Solutions owned by Mwendwa and Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB).

Today, Nick Mwendwa asked football fans to visit any KCB branch, apply for a Pepea Card, load money and use it to pay at the Stadium during match-days.

The greed with this young man from Kamba land is unprecedented as he is busy scheming on how to profit his businesses using football, instead of first getting the results that Kenyans want.

Pepea Card was first launched during the period when major stakeholders wanted to rip-off matatu passengers by imposing dubious transaction fee’s under the guise of a “cashless-system.”

The project was rejected by the masses, even after the high-profile launch by President Uhuru Kenyatta of the My1963 card in conjunction with Bob Collymore and Safaricom.

This means that from every ticket, Nick Mwendwa will be earning a transaction fee, enriching himself using football. He is the same nincompoop who has been calling up players from his team Kariobangi Sharks, to the National Team.

Now he has arranged a test-match against Sudan, which is ranked way below Harambee Star’s next opponent Congo Brazaville.

We ask football fans of goodwill to reject the Pepea Card, and further ask them to exercise their democratic rights after Kenya is beaten by their forthcoming opponents, to peacefully protest calling for Nick Mwendwa’s removal.

Speculation is rife that transaction fee’s earned from extortion of football fans will be split between Nick Mwendwa and Joshua Oigara, who has also supported Mwendwa’s Riverbank Solutions in doing IT business for KCB.

Football fans have expressed outrage at the seemingly greedy move by Nick Mwendwa of seeking to profit from a game he has largely mismanaged.

Fans are now calling on President Kenyatta to stop fence-sitting and disband the FKF, without seeking any counsel from sports CS Hassan Wario whose incompetence almost had Kenya missing the Olympics in Rio 2016.

Cross Generational Sex And Spread Of HIV: A Brian Mbunde/Cheryl Kitonga/Jacob Juma Case Study

$

cn1

CAPTION: The billboards sponsored by USAID calling out the vice that nobody wants to speak about, which is behind the rising rate of HIV/AIDS in Kenya.

USAID recently sponsored a campaign that highlighted the increasingly-growing aspect of cross-generational sex by Kenyan young women with old men.

There is a growing and disturbing trend of anti-intellectual in Kenyan culture. It’s the dismissal of science, the arts, and humanities and their replacement by entertainment, self-righteousness, ignorance, and deliberate gullibility.

There is a cult of ignorance in Kenya driven by simple minds who dominate the mainstream media, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.

You only need to have a conversation with a normal Jubilee sycophant to realise that intellect will soon become extinct in Kenya.

Mark Bauerlein, in his book, The Dumbest Generation, reveals how a whole generation of youth is being dumbed down by their aversion to reading anything of substance and their addiction to digital “crap” via social media.

The current trend of increasing anti-intellectualism now establishing itself in politics and business leadership, and supported by a declining education system should be a cause for concern for leaders and the general population, one that needs to be addressed now.

We have equally done many write-ups on the vice that’s destroying the moral fabric of the country, and even singled out Kenya Revenue Authority as the institution with the most old men funding campus girls in exchange for sexual intercourse.

We were the only ones who were bold enough to write about the late Jacob Juma’s love for pussy, and linked him to various women like Bob Collymore’s new wife plus another lady named Karen Nyamu.

Consumerism and the strain of anti-intellectualism has precipitated this growing trend, where it is regarded as ok for an old man to liaise with girls the age of their daughters, or worse still like Chris Kirubi, the age of their grand-daughters.

Land conman and Classic 105.2FM Presenter Maina Kageni, together with his misguided co-host Churchill have contributed most to this growing phenomenon, as their show champions this warped model of using “sponsors” for survival.

Calls to the Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK) to ban the toxic duo from Kenyan airwaves for entrenching anti-social norms and encouraging prostitution by college girls have largely gone unanswered, because of the bribes Radio Africa boss Patrick Quarcoo dishes out.

The voices of reason have been drowned by the loud shouts of feminists and purveyors of immorality in pursuit of cheap ratings like Maina Kageni.

Make-shift churches like Pastor Kyuna’s JCC are busy preaching the “prosperity gospel” largely driving the consumerism agenda and telling their mediocre followers that money, not morals and values matter.

Meanwhile the spread of HIV/AIDS as directly correlated to this vice continues, as everyone seems to be afraid of tackling this menace, or even talking about it.

The truth is that one man of means like the Late Jacob Juma has the capacity to spread HIV to a different campus girl every night. The domino-effect and sheer scale of the catastrophe is largely overlooked by society, who extol men based of finances and not virtue, intellect or principle.

Meaning that even Chris Kirubi is accorded a lot of respect for sleeping with girls the age of his grand-daughter, beginning with the Presidency whereby President Uhuru Kenyatta completely overlooks the old man’s philandering ways, and even goes ahead to reward him with a State appointment to chair a parastatal.

What these old men are doing is to spread HIV to greedy young girls, who in-turn infect a chain of younger men who they liaise with.

Cheryl Kitonga slept with Jacob Juma for cash. Before Daystar graduates begin calling her up for interviews in the mainstream media, we would like her digital-footprint to let this go on record, so that everytime a prospective employer googles her name, he will read of her sexual exploits with men the age of her father.

Reports on social-media allude to the fact that she might have also been dating Scanad’s digital strategist Brian Mbunde, who has been the victim of trolling on social-media.

cn2
CAPTION: Cheryl Kitonga pictured with a young man. So the chain continues, from an old father to a young man, spreading the virus from bed-to-bed.

Beyond the nasty jokes and raw sarcasm is the message behind USAID’s campaign. Cross generational-sex is the Number 1 spreader of HIV/AIDS in Kenya. And it’s time we start naming and shaming ladies who are spotted with old men, as potential “hot-spots” or carriers of the deadly virus.

Prior to the advent of Maina Kageni and his toxic radio shows, cross-generational sex was done in the shadows. Men would hide their young girls far from the limelight and the liaisons would be discrete.

But come Radio Africa and the vice now is mainstreamed and accepted. We need to hit the reset button to revert back to the olden days. And it begins right here. I will allocate space to anyone that provides a photo of any lady having sexual liaisons with an old man. Don’t forget to include the name of the both, and where the old man works.

Well somebody has to do it. It has to be done. And to ladies waiting to graduate from campus and live normal lives, be sure that your digital-footprint as regards to your love for money and old men will forever remain on the Internet.

For instance if you google the name of one of Jacob Juma’s sexual liaisons “Karen Nyamu” you will see what I mean. She is a lawyer, but everyone who now looks her up will even be afraid of doing business with her. Because who wants to be seen in public with a woman who sleeps with old men for money? Surely not me.

Campus girls sleeping with old men should be warned. Big brother Nyaks is watching!

Forget Brian Kuira’s Useless Comments; Weaves Aren’t That Bad

kuira

CAPTION: Brian Kuira, who spent the better part of his morning whining about MY blog, yet nobody forced him to read it. 8-4-4 mentality right-there.

There is a Twitter user by the name of Brian Kuira @KuiraB who claims he’s a blogger. Beyond hurling insults and abusing more established bloggers like myself just to make himself feel good, he seems have missed something.

You see small-time bloggers like Brian Kuira, or the idiots at the Bloggers Association of Kenya always imagine that throwing shade at Cyprian Nyakundi will validate their miserable lives. While I outmanoeuvre them on every parameter including follower count, content provision, exclusive news, discourse direction, they’re still stuck in their BAKE zone, whining all day.

This blog CNyakundi.com deserves awards no doubt, for controlling the narrative on a wide array of issues, the simple minds at BAKE conspired to never recognise my position so as to make themselves feel better, and largely because Kenya doesn’t appreciate exceptionalism. We thrive in the mediocre. Even when merit is clear for everyone to see, we go out of our way to undermine it.

They would want me to operate on their so-called “standards” (as if they invented blogging) and be a habitual ass-kisser so that they can control what appears in my blog, and propagate hegemony of opinion in line with what their masters dictate. To be different or exceptional in Kenya is a crime. Fuck this 8-4-4 mentality!

But you have never seen me complaining about BAKE and their skewed nomination process? I’d request that BAKE-affiliated numbskulls like @KuiraB and @RoomThinker also spend lesser time hating on my blog because that won’t drive traffic to theirs.

Today, Kuira was forced to swallow his misplaced comments about weaves, with his peers proposing a sit-down with his elders, for showing signs of an infection only known as “verbal-diarrhoea.”

Not all weaves are bad. The only weaves that perhaps show someone is a whore, are the flashy dramatic ones which Vera Sidika wears. Are they Brazillian-weaves? Yeah those ones. Avoid any woman with that type of weave. She is definitely dating a sponsor and could most probably be a HIV carrier.

Screen Shot 2016-05-24 at 18.12.17

CAPTION: Kenyan men are advised to avoid women with such weaves. For your own sakes please.

I also have a problem with Size 8’s latest weave. It looks slutty and not reflective of her “born-again” status. She should get rid of that shit asap. It sort of has a lining on the forehead that resembles a shower-cap. Please DJ Mo, handle your business my brother. That hair doesn’t suit your woman, nor does it send the right signals as regards to her faith and career as a gospel musician.

size

CAPTION: Size 8’s latest weave looks weird.

Other weaves/extensions aren’t bad as long as hygiene is observed and they are styled regularly. We are African, and our hair isn’t all that cooperative when it comes to styling. We sometimes need to relax, gel, blow-dry and style our hair. Men have to shave regularly because African hair doesn’t grow proportionately. Let’s first accept that reality.

Infact the laziest women are the Vera Sidika-type who just fit those weaves like caps on their heads.

But the normal woman who takes time on her hair, adding extensions or even braiding them should be celebrated. The effort should be appreciated. Because we have also noticed pseudo-feminists who use the “unkempt” hair fad, to abscond salon-days and save some money. We all remember that hashtag #MyBeautifulUnkemptHair which was an attempt to elevate mediocrity.

It’s time for you Ory Okolloh to hit the salon and try out a new look. So you went to Harvard, so what? Even Michele Obama did too. You don’t see her donning those pseudo-feminist hairdo’s.
ory
CAPTION: Ory Okolloh’s unkempt hair-do is becoming stale.

To the old camels like Caroline Mutoko and Sheila Mwanyigha who always preach standards to younger women, to the feminists like Victoria Rubadiri, perhaps you need to shift focus to personal hygiene. Do you know that many women rarely shower and use roll-on?

Us men, we forcefully shower brothers that are un-hygienic. You have seen many of those cases on television. But older media glamour-peddlers like the aforementioned should partner with companies to promote the use of roll-on and deodorants.

Because other than uptown clubs like around the Kilimani, Ngong Road areas where you can detect good fragrances, elsewhere it’s bad. Women and also men smell really bad in places outside Nairobi. And while we have taken this simplistic approach on generating standards based on the tastes and preferences, we seem to have forgotten that the exterior also matters.

But women moreso, because their sweat-glands are more pronounced. A man can skip the shower for 2 days, but a woman can’t. If a man smells, then that’s a character that’s evaded the showers for quite some time, but women can never afford to skip it, yet it’s been happening.

Women go around complaining that sijui oh, Kenyan men don’t go down on them sijui oh, but the truth is, we can’t go down on a place that smells like crap. We need those areas shaven and kept clean, if you want us to eat that booty like groceries.

Start a movement to improve on the hygiene. I’m sure corporates who manufacture products along those lines will welcome and be part of them. Because in Kenya, people really smell. And if it’s an issue with taxes, call on the Treasury Cabinet Secretary to zero-rate some of these products so as to improve the people’s hygiene.

Uhuru Advisor Facing Turmoil In A Few Weeks For Causing The Fake Iraq War

$

Caption : President Uhuru Kenyatta with former British PM Tony Blair

In around 6 weeks time, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair will be officially presented as the mastermind of an ill-advised war on Iraq that toppled former strongman Saddam Hussein, based on fabricated evidence of Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Tony Blair is President Uhuru Kenyatta’s advisor and sources claim that he’s on a £10 Million retainer (approximately Kshs. 1.4 Billion) for unspecified “consultancy” services extended for international lobbying. After a high-profile unveiling 2 years ago, these days Blair jets into the country lowkey, with the only person who seems to know is Jubilee mole Robert Alai.

The Iraq Inquiry, also referred to as the Chilcot Inquiry after its chairman, Sir John Chilcot, is a British public inquiry into the nation’s role in the Iraq War. On 9 May 2016 Sir Chilcot stated that the inquiry would finally publish its report on 6 July 2016, more than seven years after the inquiry was announced.

It is ironic that the man who offered advise to President Uhuru Kenyatta on how to side-step the International Criminal Court (ICC) justice system, may soon be arraigned at the same court, to face charges of war-crimes.

Hardliners in the United Kingdom prefer an even more brutal approach to dealing with Tony Blair, with many calling for him to be charged with Treason, because the war was not based on England’s interest but on America’s insistence, after Tony Blair flew to George Bush’s Texas Ranch sometimes in 2002.

Let’s remind ourselves what was said at the post World War Two Nuremberg trial of leading Nazis regarding the launching of a war of aggression.

“War is essentially an evil thing. Its consequences are not confined to the belligerent states alone, but affect the whole world. To initiate a war of aggression, therefore, is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole.”

Bush and Blair clearly initiated a war of aggression against Iraq in 2003 and therefore committed ‘the supreme international crime’.

It is unfortunate that since 2010, Kenyan mainstream media houses conspired to deny Kenyans international news, in a deliberate move aimed at dumbing-down the citizenry, who would have been interested to follow-up on this inquiry that revolves around a man who advises our President.

When Uhuru Kenyatta assumed office, we had high hopes that he would surround himself with the creme of academia in Kenya, exceptional individuals, visionaries or geniuses. But we were shocked to discover characters like Jomo Gecaga (who has not been published on any field of speciality), Njee Muturi (Solicitor General who has never won a case in court), Aden Duale (Terrorist-linked Cushite), David Murathe (weed-connect) and other questionable characters.

We recently profiled the Kenyan Presidency as the hub of propagating anti-intellectualism in Kenya, and thus making it a deliberate effort for the country to concede it’s position of authority and trade-hub in the region. It’s not a coincidence then that Uganda and Rwanda pulled-out of rail/pipeline projects that involved Kenya and instead routed them through Tanzania.

We have to call on the President to make Statehouse the hub of incubating exceptionalism and not propagating hate-speech, negative-ethnicity and petty press-releases as those that are drafted by the Presidential Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU). They only cheapen the presidency and make a mockery of the institution/office.

Having fake PhD holders like Mutahi Ngunyi has had disastrous effects on the Kenyan society, especially after he churned out the fake “Tyranny of Numbers” theory, in conjunction with bribed journalists and editors at Royal Media Services. Reason why we will petition Communications Authority of Kenya to compel local TV stations to reinstate the International News segment, because Kenyans are really being dumbed-down by the inferior local news.

Obama recently addressed graduants at the Rutgers University in New Jersey, where he spoke about the strain of anti-intellectualism, in near-identical circumstances as the main problem facing Kenya today.

Because in Kenya, we have isolated all our brilliant minds, and elevated hopeless, brainless individuals like Mike Sonko, Ferdinand Waititu, William Kabogo, Jaguar, and many others who have no spec of intellect in their brains. The reason why we consistently call on the Commission of Higher Education to close down Daystar University because it’s journalists for instance Kameme FM’s Njogu wa Njoroge, have contributed most to the elevating of these brainless characters to prominence, and at the expense of the real brains that can change Kenya.

Take a moment and listen to Obama’s 4 Minute clip talking about anti-intellectualism and correlate that with the mediocrity that Daystar graduates have treated this country to. You will indeed support my calls to have the University shut-down and for employers not to employ graduates from that questionable institution.
