Under-siege! These are indeed the last days of Bob Collymore as CEO of Safaricom. And we are here to oversee and throw the biggest eviction bash in Kenya. We welcome all victims of Bob Collymore’s corruption and cronyism to turn up and support this project. 

For long, we have complained about the calibre of advertisements in Kenya, and directly correlated this to the incompetence at ScanGroup, the company that is single-handedly run by Bharat Thakrar who other than complaining about his Range Rover to the dealership company to earn cheap points on social-media, is really just another empty-headed CEO who reasons like a Standard Two student, or worse still, a Daystar University Journalism graduate.

You will all remember that tweets celebrating the sham marriage between Bob Collymore and Wambui Kamiru first emanated from Bharat Thakrar’s twitter handle, meaning that beyond the work arena, these individuals are partners in crime. We know that Bharat Thakrar gives commissions to Bob Collymore and other senior staffer at Safaricom Kenya Limited in-order to keep his deficient contract operational.

The mediocrity in Kenya’s corporate sector has been severally captured on this website, and we have for long cried on the anemia of fresh new and intellectual adverts or marketing concepts. This is because to work in a corporate like ScanGroup, you either have to sleep with someone or bribe your way inside. We have also mentioned the cartel between George Lutta the media buyer at ScanGroup and TV stations, who only sponsor the most mediocre content in-order to keep their commissions running.

Bob Collymore has then gone ahead to use the purse-strings of this PUBLIC company like personal property. He only sponsors Jazz music because being from Guyana islands, his type of music must also be everyone else’s preference. Because his Kikuyu wife loves art, Safaricom must also sponsor art. Can we have a PUBLIC company operating at the whims of senior officials for personal gain?

We have also mentioned a company called Mo-Sound previously, and the mediocre concerts they televise whilst managing the Safaricom tour without any regards for merit, and only rewarding sycophancy. Bob Collymore simply picked up from where the thief and Mr. 10% Michael Joseph left off, the other South African idiot who sponsored a marathon in a national part simply because he liked wildlife, not because Kenyans wanted to be part of it.

Beyond the nonsense and dumbfoolery that these corporate cartels have treated Kenyans to, denying worthy and meritorious candidates chances to work with them, refusing to sponsor mainstream initiatives like football, rugby and instead sticking to niche events like Jazz and Art simply because Bob Collymore has a personal vested interest, these corrupt mongrels have shown us that they are no different from the MPigs in Parliament.

For instance to sponsor football, Safaricom only exclusively deals with individuals linked to Ligi Ndogo, who then are connected to senior Safaricom staffers who split deals and cuts with them. Safaricom cannot be engaged in any activity if the senior officials are not getting a commission, a culture that was inculcated by Michael Joseph and Peter Arina, with Bob Collymore and his pathetic senior officials perfecting it.

Coincidentally, Scanad/Scangroup has been behind cleansing campaigns for nearly all companies that have collapsed or are engaged in fraudulent activities like Kenya Airways and National Bank of Kenya. You will all recall a Scangroup employee who masquerades as @iwateba launching the #Munirisclean hashtag to cleanse the man who together with Mohammed Hassan have looted Kshs. 30 Billion from National Bank.

ScanGroup has also planted amorphous characters on social media to taunt hustlers and achievers, in a bid to push the brands they work for and stifle dissent or negative feedback about their childish adverts. One such character is the homosexual @MediaMK who was said to have been employed purely due to his sexual orientation and not because he can deliver good concepts that can help elevate real talent out there.

ScanGroup has also enlisted tier-3 sycophants on social media whose work is to retweet anything dispatched by the characters we mentioned above. These are basically low-lifes who live off freebies, merchandise and tickets to events that ScanGroup oversees. As long as this chain of idlers is fed with freebies, they will spend all day retweeting and doing subliminal campaigns for corporates, using inferior or copied concepts.

Not that Kenya has no talent or creative individuals who can execute flawless marketing campaigns, not that Safaricom can sponsor events with a wide reach and exponential benefit to both its shareholders and ordinary Kenyans, but in corporate Nairobi, merit is the last consideration. Only shameless self-promoters get noticed, meaning that the rot in media and advertising is endemic and spreading its tentacles in other facets of the economy.

Going to the KPMG report that has highlighted corruption at Safaricom as overseen by none other than the fake accented immigrant from Guyana, it seems that Scanad was awarded its contract illegally. Scanad was contractually required to deliver 76 resources to Safaricom, on a monthly basis as justification for their high monthly retainer.

But instead of Bharat Thakrar employing serious personnel like Cyprian Nyakundi whose capacity to influence the public in both exciting and innovative ways, Bharat Thankrar only employs those he wants to pay peanuts and then they kiss his ass. He really wants to maximise on his costs and earn money without delivering on his targets. How many other Cyprian Nyakundi’s are out there? Does this Indian thief Bharat Thakrar head-hunt exceptional marketing talent in Kenya? Ofcourse not. He’s been operating in a comfort zone. And right now the comfort zone is being challenged.

The report indicates that Safaricom sent out Request for Proposals (RFP) on 19th December 2013 and closed on 23rd January 2014. Amongst the companies who submitted bids included RedHouse Group, Nurturn Bates, Express DDBO, Transcend Media, Scanad Kenya and J. Walter Thompson Kenya Limited.

Although Transcend Media was ranked first during the technical and commercial analysis, Bob Collymore influenced that Scanad was finally appointed because he had agreed to split bribes with Bharat Thakrar. In the same informal agreement, Bob Collymore turns a blind eye to Scanad’s obvious incompetence, mediocre marketing concepts and failure to deliver on schedule leading to overall inefficiency in Safaricom.

Transcend media has severally complained to Vodafone International about the corruption in Safaricom as overseen by Bob Collymore, and it was this and other reports of fraud against senior staff at Safaricom that precipitated the KPMG external audit. It was not commissioned by Bob Collymore as he claimed in a press conference last Saturday.

Incompetent staffers in Safaricom include Adrine Muhura the senior brand manager informed KPMG that the mediocre concepts are presented to Scanad and once approved are processed internally. Safaricom don’t bother evaluating the number of resources or staffers in any project. All they just ask for is projects to be delivered, however mediocre.

Safaricom witheld a lot of information from the external auditors and the firm was only able to evaluate Scanad’s output in the months of August, September and October 2015 and discovered that in just those three months, Scanad delivered late on ten (10) occassions, but only accepted to be penalized on one.

You will all not believe but Scanad was paid a whopping Kshs. 2.1 Billion by Safaricom to execute the mediocrity we see on their inferior advertising concepts, money that can be well spent if Safaricom built the internal capacity to work with geniuses in Kenya, or monitored Scanad which they don’t do.

Kenya can’t hold big concerts with top artists, can’t host international tournaments with big teams and can’t grow its concepts industry because the biggest spender in advertising numbers has employed staffers with overlapping conflicts of interests and opted to benefit from any and every deal that the company undertakes. Wasn’t it strange for a service provider like Bharat Thakrar to attend Bob Collymore’s sham wedding? Wasn’t that an outright conflict of interest.

Using this kitty, Scangroup has been able to infiltrate nearly every media house meaning that this is the only place where you can get this information. Because Kenyan mainstream media houses are overly dependent on advertising revenue, our future has been held hostage by corporate or state interests, the biggest spenders in the advertising industry. Beyond that, blogs like Ghafla, Tuko and twitter users like @KenyanWallStreet are on the payroll of Safaricom, meaning that the information they purport to dispense is skewed and partisan.

The truth is that both Safaricom and ScanGroup are public companies that both CEO’s run as private property. Both firms are subject to Capital Markets Authority (CMA) rules and regulations but have intentionally and consciously used their positions for personal gain or to reward mediocrity. The net-effect of their toxic modus operandi has meant that adverts will remain mediocre and tertiary support of initiatives meant to benefit ordinary citizens will be affected.

For instance, Safaricom instead of sponsoring the humans in sport, opted to paint stands at Kasarani stadium, a white-elephant that’s rarely used because the sports industry continues being neglected by corporates who demand bribes in exchange for the small sponsorships they purport to give. For instance, Bob Collymore has often claimed he cannot sponsor Rugby after his friend Mwangi Muthee was ejected, yet his Vodafone counterparts world over sponsor sporting activities devoid of personal vested interests, in-order to benefit the shareholders and brand.

In Kenya, it’s the opposite. Bob Collymore only awards tenders to whom he wants, and sponsors what warms his heart contrary to the objectives of the company he works for. We now ask shareholders of both companies to force the ejection of Bob Collymore and Bharat Thakrar from their positions, as there are many worthy and qualified Kenyans who don’t think with their stomachs but with the longterm company interest.

We are aware that Bob Collymore fast-tracked his sham wedding to that gold-digging harlot of a woman in order to gain Kenyan citizenship but we are now saying that he doesn’t deserve to be in this country one bit. He can go back to the slum that’s British Guyana because we are no longer impressed by his fake accent and constant media appearances.

By their own admission, audit firm KPMG have alluded to many missing components in their reports that was specifically meant to reveal fradudulent activities in Safaricom. But the duplicity of Bob Collymore’s speech is that on one side, he claims to the media that he commissioned the audit, yet witheld most of the information required to conduct a radical surgery in the public company. Again we repeat that Safaricom is a public company and Bob Collymores personal property where he can operate on his own standards.

“We have attempted to include all information relevant to the specific transactions. However it is possible that documents and information exist which were not made available to us, or which we were unable to locate” said the report.

Any documents or information brought to our attention subsequent to the date of this report which would affect the findings listed below, will require our findings to be adjusted and qualified accordingly.

Bob Collymore witheld the followng documents from KPMG which indicates a sinister motive to cover up his corrupt activities.

1. Minutes of the Executive Committee.
2. Minutes of the Special Projects Committee.
3. Minutes of the “One Campus” Steering Committee.
4. Executed sale agreement between Safaricom Limited and Ruaraka Diversified Investment Limited.
5. Executed deed variations between Safaricom Limited and Ruaraka Diversified Investment Limited.
6. Contracts between Ruaraka Diversified Investment Limited and the consortium of professionals undertaking the “One Campus” project design.
7. Actual payment patterns under Squad Digital Contract (a ScanGroup Company which we will come too in our continuing serialisation), dated 01st May 2014 with supporting payment documentation.
8. Technical details of the purchase orders provided for Huawei CBS contract dated 21st December 2012.
9. Technical details for the purchase orders provided for Shimba Technologies contract dated 01st February 2015.
10. Purchase orders and accompanying invoices for the NWRFP Contract in relation to the following specific domains: SRAN, Core CS, EPC Domains, CSDB, CBS, FTTx, and Optics Domains.
11. Project reports and progress updates for the NWRFP contract in relation to CSDB and CBS domains; and

In relation to the Fibre Space partnership dated 10th April 2015, the following documents were not provided;

1. Invoices and payments to card manufacturers in relation to Safaricom purchased cards and purchase orders.
2. Actual payment patterns with supporting payment documentation.
3. A documented breakdown of the aggregate revenues to date Safaricom has earned from the partnership and;
4. Information on the distribution count and location of all the points of sale and cards by Safaricom in relation to the partnership.
5. A velocity report from the CMS indicating the time taken at each stage of contract drafting was not provided for review.
6. The CBS reconciliations done by the Credit Control together with the resulting payable refunds for the month of July 2015 provided for review was no approved by HOD credit control.

At the time of preparing this report, KPMG had not consulted Robert Spooner on the allegation of exploitation of Safaricom by Actis/Aspire.

With these revelations, it is clear beyond a shadow of doubt that Bob Collymore and his senior managers are complicit and conspired to undermine a comprehensive external audit, with a view to frustrating KPMG and influencing its outcome. But it seems that KPMG is not like the other corrupt company Delloitte which collaborates with corporate managers and receiver managers to loot companies.

By the simple fact that we are shareholders and have been able to detect massive irregularities in Safaricom and its operations, we hereby demand the immediate resignation of Bob Collymore and petition the corrupt members of parliament whose work is to moonlight and extort money from corporates that this is a matter of immense public interest as the Speaker Justin Muturi noted.

We as Kenyans are tired of Bob Collymore.

Along the sidelines on the on-going international conference against corruption in London convened by British Prime Minister David Cameron, protesters and individuals of goodwill held up banners calling for Vodafone to investigate Mr. Bob Collymore with a view to sacking him.

Mr. Collymore was barred from attending the London Conference last week by Vodafone, after this website leaked excerpts from a damning KPMG Audit Report, which implicated Bob and nearly all senior staff in grand corruption.

Collymore was due to attend and speak at the London conference, in his capacity as the so-called “private sector champion” against corruption in East Africa, but the plug was pulled after it emerged that he has been participating in the very vice that he purports to fight against. He was replaced as a speaker by the CEO of Unilever.

It is now becoming evident that when Bob Collymore announced that he was going to blacklist suppliers allegedly linked to corruption, he wanted to intentionally block those who did not toe his line and offer either handsome kickbacks or stakes in their companies.

Matters are further compounded by the fact that media in Kenya is already compromised by the money that Safaricom uses to advertise. Others are intimidated by his links to Statehouse, as he is an advisor to President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Bob Collymore has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, beginning with a controversial wedding to a woman who was said to have been in a previous marriage. He has also been under the radar after a suspect deal where Safaricom was tasked with the Nairobi integrated security CCTV system, which turned out to be a fraud that doesn’t work.

He has been accused of using his position to reward cronies and sycophants, largely single-sourcing and not basing his suppliers on merit. He has been said to meddle in nearly every facet of the company, planting his loyalists and only working with vendors who promise him and his lieutenants kickbacks.

The culture of demanding bribes by senior Safaricom staffers begun during the tenure of Michael Joseph who was popularly referred to as “Mr. 10%” in Nairobi circles. Every vendors had to part with 10% of the value of contract, many being forced to adjust cost of goods and services upwards, to meet this deficit.

Bob Collymore has now gone ahead and demanded stakes in companies that are supplying Safaricom, through a network of proxies. The reason why companies like Huawei were single-sourced for large contracts, despite competitors offering an even more superior product.

The latest dossier implicated ScanGroup who are said to have delivered late on various components a whopping 10 times, a matter that Safaricom never raised issue with.

Only two days ago, Safaricom suspiciously “split” ScanGroup’s massive 2.1 billion tender into two, incorporating Saracen who will now be the media buyer for Safaricom. The process was undertaken after the audit revealed massive discrepancies in the manner with which ScanGroup was appointed, yet Transcend Media had topped all technical and financial evaluations

The question is, why did Safaricom have to wait for the KPMG audit, in-order to split the ScanGroup contract? Did they just wake up and realise that the contract was too big for one party to execute, and the existence of overlapping conflicts of interests?

Clearly Bob Collymore and every senior manager in Safaricom need to go. And protesters in London are hoping to get the attention of Vodafone officials, plus investigators at the Serious Fraud Office (SFO).

Today, the entire country has been shamed by the actions of one psychotic bastard, who hung onto a helicopter.

The man who hung onto the chopper carrying Jacob Juma’s body, got injured as his bizarre actions further mortified Jacob Juma, making him continue trending far beyond what his killers had expected.

Without a shadow of doubt, Jubilee killed him because they didn’t immediately offer condolences, nor distance themselves from his allegations.

Deputy President William Ruto has been at pains to explain why he took so long to even comment on his abnormal delay in distancing himself or meeting the family.

Those who killed him, imagined that we are in the Moi era where summary executions and extra-judicial killings will be covered up by a partisan media.

However, we are in the social media age ladies and gentlemen. Even William Ruto’s children will forever be hounded by Jacob Juma’s allegations wherever they go.

Remember this Jubilee assasins, that nobody can control a narrative. Once you choose to do something, be prepared for the consequences. And Jacob Juma’s murder won’t surely be in vain.

Whatever that man did, he has a wife and family. He didn’t deserve to be murdered. Jubilee bloggers didn’t need to celebrate his death.

Members of the Kalenjin community who are the key athletes and would largely be the biggest casualties should Kenya be banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency are crying foul over President Uhuru Kenyatta’s and his Deputy William Ruto’s callous manner with which they are handling this case.

On focus is the fact that President Uhuru has dispatched two members from the pastrolist community to discuss weightly matters that will have a longterm effect on Kalenjins.

President Kenyatta in his characteristic emphy-rhetoric signed a faulty bills with much pomp and hype at Statehouse, largely living up to his King of PR title, whilst Solicitor General Njee Muturi together with Sports CS Hassan Wario had made alterations that weren’t conforming with WADA requirements.

Whilst WADA doesn’t want any Government official represented in the local agency, Njee Muturi and Hassan Wario cheekily sneaked in amendments to include Government officials, as if that would have gone unnoticed. They seem to imagine that the mediocrity they run the Kenya Government with is the same nonsense on a global stage.

Because of how Jubilee mandarins were able to bulldoze the International Criminal Court (ICC) into dismissing their charges, Kenyan officials have developed an arrogance on the level of flirting with an athletics ban.

Matters are further compounded by the fact that President Kenyatta and DP Ruto have submitted the fate of the Kalenjin community, to two members of the pastrolist community Hassan Wario and Amina Mohammed who have been scrambled to quickly dash to Canada and rectify what should have been completed months ago.

“Do you see us attending Pastrolist conferences on behalf of the Northerners?” a Kalenjin asked. “Why is Uhuru trying to insult our intelligence? What interest does the President have in Kenya being banned by WADA?” he posed.

In 2002, it will be remembered that Kenya was banned from hosting the prestigious Safari Rally by FIA, after the Government failed to pay a measly Kshs. 1.5 Million affiliation fee. President Uhuru Kenyatta was by then an influential cabinet member in the Moi regime, and he was privy to all these details, yet he oversaw Kenya’s exit from the world rallying platform.

Safari Rally gave Kenya a lot of publicity and foreign investment as the television footage would capture the beauty and splendour of the country, concurrent with the racing cars. Losing it was a big blow to Kenya.

And almost 15 years later, President Uhuru has flirted with a doping ban, whilst being cheered on by his Deputy who hails from the community that lives and benefits from Athletics.

These are two individuals who care less about the plight of ordinary Kenyans because their main interest is power, not the well-being of citizens. Reason why members of the Kalenjin community feel insulted by Jubilee for dispatching two members of the pastrolist community, who know no value of athletics to the country and can afford to play around with people’s livelihoods.

Other than a few forward thinking Kalenjins who can detect the implications of a ban on their community, many like blogger Abraham Mutai together with journalists from Kass FM are still campaigning for DP Ruto, oblivious to the catastrophe that’s facing them, should the ban be effected.

Other officials like DP Ruto’s pointman and NYS thief Kipchumba Murkomen are busy being engaged in porn scandals , whilst the future of their community has been conceded to two pastrolists who have little or no interest in Athletics and sports in general.

They claim they are “youthful” leaders but these are just power-hungry crooks, out only to fill their pockets with looted taxpayer money.

Celebrated radio host Maina Kageni known to use subliminal messaging while endorsing brands to his large audience and fanbase. He is especially popular with women, who tend to believe his editorial content largely favours them.

Maina Kageni has been known to work with companies to sell land, by creating a fake or generic hype and manipulating the costs. Gullible Kenyans who have made Maina a must-listen, then fall prey into the conniving schemes and end up being extorted, buying cheap land at very exorbitant prices.

Property Reality Inc. and Thika Greens Limited are some of the land projects that Maina Kageni has hyped out of proportion, where gullible Nairobians have been duped into buying rural land at Nairobi prices. Many of these projects may take a 20-year lifespan to complete, and with the inevitable housing market crash, the buyers will remain shortchanged because the value of their investment will greatly depreciate once the property market bursts under the weight of fake publicity stunts and grossly overstated prices.

It is this culture of Kenyans trusting anything that appears on the mainstream media that has seen even the political structure being tainted, because people now vote for those who bribe Daystar journalists the most, and not those who have something to offer the country.

Maina Kageni has also made two other prominent endorsements, for those who can spare a minute to remember. He has endorsed both Tamasha/Buffet Park which was once his local spot, and also Galileo Bar where the owner is his close friend.

Whilst the messaging is not outrightly direct, it’s layered with a lot of gibberish and he would accidentally throw in the names of the aforementioned establishments in between random conversations during his toxic morning shows.

Afterwards, the 8-4-4 educated simple minds would take the bait, and mistakenly assume that the establishments are the place to be, and many throng the joints.

Many of you will be shocked to know that both establishments have since shut down, Tamasha earlier in the year while Galileo more recently this week. Because the moment Maina Kageni stops endorsing your joint, you’re headed for trouble.

Galileo was largely patronised by Jubilee thugs who never missed the opportunity to posture and grand-stand on how President Kenyatta has awarded them tenders and hooked them up with shoddy deals.

Speculation is rife that Maina Kageni now owns Malibu, that’s off Uhuru Highway next to Nakumatt Mega, as he has been publicising it on radio as  often as he can. The overlapping conflicts of interests in his modus operandi are nauseating to say the least, and it’s a pity that Patrick Quarcoo cannot sack him because his radio station and media empire would collapse without Maina Kageni.

If you would not like your establishment or land project to collapse or stall like everything Maina Kageni has touched with his cursed hands, we’d advise you not to pursue his endorsement.

Everyone in Kenya has an idea that William Ruto murdered Jacob Juma. And being a stupid politician, Ruto let the matter spin out of control, without visiting the family, sending condolences or asking police to expedite investigations. We know that he was murdered at a different location and dumped at Lenana Road as a cover-up, by the police hit-squad known as KweKwe.

KweKwe is a notorious squad within the Police that doesn’t get instructions from the Inspector General of Police Julius Boinett. Infact, Boinnet doesn’t know the identities of rogue Flying Squad officials. If Boinett were to go against the wishes of the status-quo, the Jubilee leaders would probably use his own KweKwe assasins to eliminate him. They are formed to serve the status-quo, by eliminating what they perceive as “threats” for a fee.

The KweKwe thugs are worse than ordinary criminals because they are highly trained. Their work is simply to eliminate a target and cover it up. In their vehicles, these and other rogue policemen travel with fake weaponry to plant at scenes of crime and distort investigations.

According to senior CORD politicians, KweKwe officers are attached at Pangani spend their days drinking in bars while waiting for their next targets.

He must have telephoned the prime suspect and informed him that he possessed the incriminating evidence, and that he had convened a press conference. And the prime suspect must have scrambled KweKwe to execute Jacob Juma in cold blood.

So we now ask ordinary God-fearing police officers in the Kenya Police Service to expose the identities of KweKwe Squad members, on any channel they so wish. They can even deliver the details to CORD’s Secretariat. KweKwe cannot kill everyone in Kenya so they should also have the mental frame to decline some of these demonic assignments.

Many ICC witnesses were killed or remain missing to date. Those who died didn’t do so out of suicide or other self-induced causes. A whole Minister of Internal Security George Saitoti died when his chopper went down.

One of the common denominators in this toxic Web of deceit and blind ambition is Jimmy Wanjigi. Many claim that he could have planned the whole Juma story to launch his get-back plan on the Government which has denied him deals. He had also supplied the Kenya Police Eurocopter that went down with George Saitoti and Orwa Ojode crushed in.

It’s going to be a long and messy period ahead, as vested interests jostle for the money us taxpayers commit in good faith to the Government. They are killing each other because of our money. Jimmy Wanjigi had once jailed Tony Gachoka and Jeff Koinange for exposing his deals on “The Bench” which shows the power that the man wields. It’s said he controls nearly all security facets of the country, because he is the only one who handles all high-level security contracts.

According to Dhahabu, Safaricom has raised concerns over leaking of confidential documents of private organization and presenting them to Parliament stating that it impedes integrity practices in organizations.

In a media briefing, Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore took issue with a draft confidential report that was first presented in Parliament as a petition and later published by www.cnyakundi.com.

The report shared is a draft confidential document which I commissioned to establish good governance and integrity practices in the organization, he said

The draft document was presented in the National Assembly on Thursday and the Speaker asked that the Finance Committee looks into it. The document was a draft report by audit company KPMG who had been contracted to undertake the forensic analysis of various practices and decisions relating to contracts to companies between September 2013 and August 2015.

The petitioner in the document is Michael Ngugi. Safaricom said that they have not interacted with him, neither have they done business with him or his company to their knowledge.

Collymore explained that he personally commissioned the report and sought KPMG assistance because they had done a previous audit of the company and recommended certain measures. He brought them back to check whether they had complied with the processes and structures KPMG had recommended and any further recommendations they should work on.

As a draft document, its contents had not been discussed with the management and key personnel at the telco before sending them back to the auditors to author their final report. It was equally a privileged document that only a few people had access to it.

Safaricom’s Corporate Affairs Director Steve Chege took issue with the leaking of confidential documents stating that it will make private companies shy away from conducting forensic audits because those audits will be made public.

The document was presented to Parliament in record speed. It is critical that this practice of sharing confidential documents, which are privileged in private companies seizes because it threatens to root out corruption, he said.

The company read malice in the presentation of the report to the National Assembly questioning the speed with which it was presented and tabled on the floor of the House. Mr. Collymore was however quick to distance their competitors stating that it could be businesses who have unsuccessfully sought to transact with them and are seeking vendetta.

While declining to comment on the contents of the report, Collymore stated that he intends to take stern action against those found culpable in corrupt practices at Safaricom.

You can be sure that I did not commission this report to just sit on my desk. I am very clear and committed on instilling integrity practices and processes in Safaricom. My stand against corruption is also clear. I also promise that we will investigate and bring to book the person who leaked the draft confidential document.

KPMG has already presented their final report to him but he said he is still reading it. Collymore added that the access to the report has been very limited and investigations would easily find the individual who leaked it.

I do not shy away from consequence management. As a company we have always made public the number of people who leave the company every year by being fired, albeit we do not disclose their identities because it is a legal issue.

The company is a signatory of the Kenya Business Code of Ethics, a corporate sustainability initiative enforced through the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) and the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM).

The final report will not be made public because it touches on individuals and companies who could find it libelous. But Mr. Collymore was quick to add that its recommendations will be implemented to the latter. But don’t worry Mr. Collymore. We probably have the document already.

Kenyans on Twitter, a loose assembly that frustrated feminist and bonafide empty-debe Betty Waitherero once tried to hijack by imposing a fake logo, has been burning the midnight oil, trying to locate vehicles reported by the Kenya Revenue Authority as being under investigations.

We keep insisting that Kenya has adequate talent if onlu recruiters stop demanding for sex and mediocre Daystar degree certificates as the primary criteria of employment in top corporate and state agencies.

Most of these vehicles are meant for transit to neighbouring countries but are then diverted to Kenya. Others are sneaked in via open borders. But majority are stolen from England and dumped in Kenya which has been singled out by Interpol as the hub for stolen vehicles from England.

Some of the vehicles have been marked for sale while others are still being driven around Nairobi, a by-product of the impunity that has taken root in the country, since Jubilee thugs took over.

Kenya Revenue Authority has of late failed to meet its target, because in essence the economy is performing poorly. Our greatest export now is corruption, with Governors and the Central Government embarking on widespread looting, supervised by a corruptible Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission boss Halakhe Waqo.

The Judiciary is also riddled with crooks, like the Supreme Court Judges, who have been accepting bribes in-order to pass favourable rulings.

Along the sidelines on the on-going international conference against corruption in London convened by British Prime Minister David Cameron, protesters and individuals of goodwill held up banners calling for Vodafone to investigate Mr. Bob Collymore with a view to sacking him.

Mr. Collymore was barred from attending the London Conference last week by Vodafone, after this website leaked excerpts from a damning KPMG Audit Report, which implicated Bob and nearly all senior staff in grand corruption.

Collymore was due to attend and speak at the London conference, in his capacity as the so-called “private sector champion” against corruption in East Africa, but the plug was pulled after it emerged that he has been participating in the very vice that he purports to fight against. He was replaced as a speaker by the CEO of Unilever.

It is now becoming evident that when Bob Collymore announced that he was going to blacklist suppliers allegedly linked to corruption, he wanted to intentionally block those who did not toe his line and offer either handsome kickbacks or stakes in their companies.

Matters are further compounded by the fact that media in Kenya is already compromised by the money that Safaricom uses to advertise. Others are intimidated by his links to Statehouse, as he is an advisor to President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Bob Collymore has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, beginning with a controversial wedding to a woman who was said to have been in a previous marriage. He has also been under the radar after a suspect deal where Safaricom was tasked with the Nairobi integrated security CCTV system, which turned out to be a fraud that doesn’t work.

He has been accused of using his position to reward cronies and sycophants, largely single-sourcing and not basing his suppliers on merit. He has been said to meddle in nearly every facet of the company, planting his loyalists and only working with vendors who promise him and his lieutenants kickbacks.

The culture of demanding bribes by senior Safaricom staffers begun during the tenure of Michael Joseph who was popularly referred to as “Mr. 10%” in Nairobi circles. Every vendors had to part with 10% of the value of contract, many being forced to adjust cost of goods and services upwards, to meet this deficit.

Bob Collymore has now gone ahead and demanded stakes in companies that are supplying Safaricom, through a network of proxies. The reason why companies like Huawei were single-sourced for large contracts, despite competitors offering an even more superior product.

The latest dossier implicated ScanGroup who are said to have delivered late on various components a whopping 10 times, a matter that Safaricom never raised issue with.

Only two days ago, Safaricom suspiciously “split” ScanGroup’s massive 2.1 billion tender into two, incorporating Saracen who will now be the media buyer for Safaricom. The process was undertaken after the audit revealed massive discrepancies in the manner with which ScanGroup was appointed, yet Transcend Media had topped all technical and financial evaluations

The question is, why did Safaricom have to wait for the KPMG audit, in-order to split the ScanGroup contract? Did they just wake up and realise that the contract was too big for one party to execute, and the existence of overlapping conflicts of interests?

Clearly Bob Collymore and every senior manager in Safaricom need to go. And protesters in London are hoping to get the attention of Vodafone officials, plus investigators at the Serious Fraud Office (SFO).

Today, the entire country has been shamed by the actions of one psychotic bastard, who hung onto a helicopter.

The man who hung onto the chopper carrying Jacob Juma’s body, got injured as his bizarre actions further mortified Jacob Juma, making him continue trending far beyond what his killers had expected.

Without a shadow of doubt, Jubilee killed him because they didn’t immediately offer condolences, nor distance themselves from his allegations.

Deputy President William Ruto has been at pains to explain why he took so long to even comment on his abnormal delay in distancing himself or meeting the family.

Those who killed him, imagined that we are in the Moi era where summary executions and extra-judicial killings will be covered up by a partisan media.

However, we are in the social media age ladies and gentlemen. Even William Ruto’s children will forever be hounded by Jacob Juma’s allegations wherever they go.

Remember this Jubilee assasins, that nobody can control a narrative. Once you choose to do something, be prepared for the consequences. And Jacob Juma’s murder won’t surely be in vain.

Whatever that man did, he has a wife and family. He didn’t deserve to be murdered. Jubilee bloggers didn’t need to celebrate his death.

Members of the Kalenjin community who are the key athletes and would largely be the biggest casualties should Kenya be banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency are crying foul over President Uhuru Kenyatta’s and his Deputy William Ruto’s callous manner with which they are handling this case.

On focus is the fact that President Uhuru has dispatched two members from the pastrolist community to discuss weightly matters that will have a longterm effect on Kalenjins.

President Kenyatta in his characteristic emphy-rhetoric signed a faulty bills with much pomp and hype at Statehouse, largely living up to his King of PR title, whilst Solicitor General Njee Muturi together with Sports CS Hassan Wario had made alterations that weren’t conforming with WADA requirements.

Whilst WADA doesn’t want any Government official represented in the local agency, Njee Muturi and Hassan Wario cheekily sneaked in amendments to include Government officials, as if that would have gone unnoticed. They seem to imagine that the mediocrity they run the Kenya Government with is the same nonsense on a global stage.

Because of how Jubilee mandarins were able to bulldoze the International Criminal Court (ICC) into dismissing their charges, Kenyan officials have developed an arrogance on the level of flirting with an athletics ban.

Matters are further compounded by the fact that President Kenyatta and DP Ruto have submitted the fate of the Kalenjin community, to two members of the pastrolist community Hassan Wario and Amina Mohammed who have been scrambled to quickly dash to Canada and rectify what should have been completed months ago.

“Do you see us attending Pastrolist conferences on behalf of the Northerners?” a Kalenjin asked. “Why is Uhuru trying to insult our intelligence? What interest does the President have in Kenya being banned by WADA?” he posed.

In 2002, it will be remembered that Kenya was banned from hosting the prestigious Safari Rally by FIA, after the Government failed to pay a measly Kshs. 1.5 Million affiliation fee. President Uhuru Kenyatta was by then an influential cabinet member in the Moi regime, and he was privy to all these details, yet he oversaw Kenya’s exit from the world rallying platform.

Safari Rally gave Kenya a lot of publicity and foreign investment as the television footage would capture the beauty and splendour of the country, concurrent with the racing cars. Losing it was a big blow to Kenya.

And almost 15 years later, President Uhuru has flirted with a doping ban, whilst being cheered on by his Deputy who hails from the community that lives and benefits from Athletics.

These are two individuals who care less about the plight of ordinary Kenyans because their main interest is power, not the well-being of citizens. Reason why members of the Kalenjin community feel insulted by Jubilee for dispatching two members of the pastrolist community, who know no value of athletics to the country and can afford to play around with people’s livelihoods.

Other than a few forward thinking Kalenjins who can detect the implications of a ban on their community, many like blogger Abraham Mutai together with journalists from Kass FM are still campaigning for DP Ruto, oblivious to the catastrophe that’s facing them, should the ban be effected.

Other officials like DP Ruto’s pointman and NYS thief Kipchumba Murkomen are busy being engaged in porn scandals , whilst the future of their community has been conceded to two pastrolists who have little or no interest in Athletics and sports in general.
