Monday afternoon, students from Kenyatta University went on a rampage blocking sections of Thika Superhighway demanding the administration respects their welfare.

The students who demanded among other things the resignation of their Vice Chancellor Prof. Paul K. Wainaina, also wanted the deadline for fees payment extended and management stop suspending fellow students and casual staff over petty issues.

“Sacking of casual workers without notice, almost 700 workers lost their jobs which is unfair,” read a memo by Mr. Ayika, the Kenyatta University Students’ Association (KUSA) President.

One shocking thing is that the students also demanded that the administration stop forcing them to use the fly over within the institution.

The students were led by the Kenyatta University Students Association (KUSA) Boss Joshua Ayika.

For months, Rep. Ilhan Omar denied that her marriage was effectively over despite The Post’s reporting that she’d been named as the “other woman” in a divorce suit. She and her husband even put on a show of maintaining a common domicile.

But all that’s out the window now that the congresswoman has filed for divorce from husband Ahmed Hirsi, with whom she has three minor children, citing “an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage relationship.”

The two married in a religious ceremony in 2002, separated in 2008, then married legally in 2018. But August brought the divorce filing from Dr. Beth Mynett in Washington, DC, civil court — alleging that her political-consultant husband Tim Mynett had told her he was leaving her for Omar.

Omar’s lawyers now blame the breakup of her marriage on the media and her political opponents, conveniently overlooking the alleged infidelity that plainly came first.

All this is a matter of public concern because of a possible violation of federal ethics rules and election laws: Omar’s campaign has paid Tim Mynett’s firm $230,000, including $70,000 after his wife sued for divorce.

According to the paper, the man is said to have impregnated his house help a few years ago and is now embroiled in child upkeep tussle with the woman.

The paper added that the senator is said to be so afraid of running into the child’s mother and getting a tongue-lashing in public, that he has ordered the assistant clerk of the committee he sits in never to schedule a meeting in the Red Cross building, which is adjacent to the court which handled the child’s upkeep case.

Panic At Victoria Commercial Bank As State Moves To Recover Goldenberg Saga Proceeds Of Crime

There is panic mode at the Victoria Commercial Bank as the state seeks to recover the Goldenberg saga proceeds of crime.

According to media reports, auctioneers have attached assets belonging to Goldenberg scandal architect Kamlesh Pattni (pictured) over Sh2.2 billion tax arrears.

Auctioneers appointed by Kenya Revenue Authority last week entered the warehouse of Suzan Duty-Free within the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and attached several assets, including assorted alcoholic beverages and a truck.

An inventory of office equipment and electronic appliances was also done pending a public auction.

The taxman is seeking to recover Sh2,207,884,743 from Pattni’s company, an amount that includes unpaid principal taxes of Sh748,427,763 and interest of Sh1,459,456,980.According to KRA, Suzan Duty Free is linked to Diplomatic Duty Free Ltd that is owned by Pattni.

A lot has been said about the Goldenberg scandal but all the blame and the axe fell only on Kamlesh Pattni, while other people that made a cameo appearance in the scandal walked away unscathed, some opening money laundering outfits like Victoria Commercial Bank.

Kamlesh Pattni never committed these crimes alone, he used bankers, partners and one of the most important people of his cabinet was none other than Kanji Damji Pattni.

According to close associates of Kanji Damji Pattni Kamlesh Pattni’s wife Minal Pattni and her mother, Anjana Morarji are always the Victoria Commercial Bank founder’s house.

In 2003, during an inquiry on Goldenberg, Kanji Pattni was immensely mentioned as the courier to Kamlesh Pattni, revealing how he made money to open a bank just after the scandal. It is suspected that Kamlesh Pattni is a faceless owner of the Victoria Commercial Bank.

Mr Pattni had indicated that the Sh10 million a month was to go to his cousin, Mr Kanji Damji Pattni so he could pay “the authorities” to obtain the licence.

Mr Justice Aganyanya, the inquiry’s vice chairman said: “We have checked the Hansard report and are satisfied that names of Prof Saitoti, Gideon Moi and June Moi were not mentioned as the persons who demanded Sh10 million to assist Aurum Ltd to get a licence to deal or export gold. It is actually a man called Kanji Damji who mentioned the figure of Sh10 million which was required for those who intended to assist that company to acquire the requisite licence.”

There was gun drama at an event attended by Indian High commissioner after goons hired by Victoria Commercial Bank CEO Yogesh Pattni tried to follow one guy whom they suspected had taken their photos.

According to the victim, the guy they sent to harass them He followed them around the whole Pattni Community Hall and had a gun in his pocket.

This happened on Monday night at Pattni Brotherhood in Parklands.

It was during the 8th Day of the Hindu Navratri festival.

Bipin Mawjee’s wife Jayshree Mawjee and Yogesh Pattni’s wife Azmina Pattni were spotted attending community religious functions together.

The guy who took the photos was intimidated and forced to delete them by the goons that refused to let him off.

The bodies of a woman Mariam Kighenda and her daughter Amanda Mutheu (4 year old) that died after their car plunged into the Indian Ocean on 29th September, 2019 has been recovered.

The recovery effort was led by the Kenya Navy and some foreign experts.

How it happened

On Sunday evening, their Toyota ISIS KCB 289C veered off the rear ramp aboard the MV Harambee and sank into the ocean headfirst.

They were coming from a shamba trip in Kwale.

A local media reported that lifting bags were lowered at around 2 pm and something retrieved from the water and taken away.

The government spokesman however maintained that bodies have not yet been retrieved and assured Kenyans that checks to ascertain if the car belongs to Mariam were ongoing.

An unfortunate incident happened at our place of work.

Yesterday 9th October 2019 we had an unfortunate case where an employee fell sick and unfortunately was pronounced dead on arrival to the hospital.

In this case the HR manager and immediate supervisor to the employee (Production Manager) are to blame.

On the side of the production manager it was very sad for him to deny him the chance to go to the hospital. The employee had come to the manager seeking for permission the day before so as to go to the hospital but the production manager denied him permission and the employee reported to work sick. This is negligence on his side. How can a manager deny an employee permission so as to go seek for medical services. What sort of leadership does it portray? The employee struggled to come to work sick and never made it to the end of the day.

As for the HR manager at a point in time permanent employees were to be given medical cover. It is unfortunate in this case the employee had worked over 8 years in the company and to date does not have medical cover. Only a select few of the permanent employees have medical and the unfortunate part is that that the medical cover when one goes to the hospital one has to pay with their own money for the services then make a claim which normally takes so long to be refunded. With the pay some of us get even if we were included in the medical cover it’s impossible for one to pay medical services our salary doesn’t allow us to do much.

We were promised changes but to date nothing has happened, we cannot afford to have incompetent people as managers in the company to the point where an employee dies in the company grounds this cannot just happen.

The spark of the row is the planned recruitment of a senior assistant human resource manager. The position recruitment process is on.

Insiders well versed with the recruitment process revealed to our investigative team that those who applied and are eagerly waiting for competitive process may be in for a rude shock.

The parastatal management in an internal memo has embarked on changes in finance, administration, human resource and supplies department.

The move to fill the position of assistant human resource manager has seen the powerful head of department, human resource Everlyn Koech openly lobby for her family friend Moraa Munaweza to land the position for reasons well known to her.

“Evelyn Koech is one of the heads of department feared at Rerec and get it from me if she has decided Moraa will land the position, the matter is gospel truth and already sealed,” our sources claimed.

Moraa is currently at Geothermal Development Corporation. At GDC, due to her unpopularity, celebrations are already on after she told her colleagues she is headed to Rerec in a bigger position and better salary. Koech and Moraa worked at GDC.

But at Rerec, those who worked with Moraa at the other station are a worried lot. They are seeing a reign of terror once Moraa arrives at the human resource department.

They’d be invaded, their president hanged and left to the whims of militias for years. Not to mention the sanctions of weapons purchase.

Why do I say this, you have always colluded to pacify Kenyans, you also sponsor programmes that are intended to be seen as promoting democracy, why are you silent then?

We need a beneficial partnership. The one which involves humanity, Kenyans are humans too.

Speak up when human rights are violated, stop taking pictures.

Speak up when democracy is under threat, stop taking pictures.

Speak up when unemployment is at a record high, stop taking pictures.

See, unemployment, underemployment and slavery are detrimental to your war on terror agenda. You know how Al Shabaab can have a Kenyan Youth at Ksh30, 000 per month salary straight out of High School, whereas the Criminal aristocracy that is the Kenyan leadership, supported for years by the UK government, cannot even provide jobs or conducive environment for the university graduates.

The Kenyatta University VC “Prof” Paul Wainaina has been linked to a social media campaign aimed at maligning the name of Kenyatta University Student Union President Joshua Ayika.

The campaign involved dishing out Ksh. 500 each to many social media influencers and leaking the academic results of Ayika alleging that he is an academic dwarf.

As the hashtag #AyikaTheAcademicDwarf trended, a fake memo generated by the university IT hitmen was doing the rounds on social media as they struggle to link it to the KUSA president to push for his arrest.

On the 7th of October, Students of Kenyatta University disrupted learning activities at the institution and the flow of traffic along Thika Superhighway after a planned ‘peaceful’ demonstration turned chaotic.

It all started at 10 am when Kenyatta University Students Association (Kusa) president Joshua Ayika mobilized students at the university’s shopping centre, where he addressed them over a range of complaints against the administration, before leading them in disrupting classes which were in progress.

Curiously, it appeared there were sharp divisions within the student leadership with Ayika being the only Kusa official who addressed the students with reports that the administration had pocketed the others.

Uhuru Kenyatta, the tribal bigot shortchanged Prof. Nathan Ogechi for KU VC and instead appointed his tribemate and relative Paul Wainaina after the exit of Olive Mugenda.

When Wainaina wanted to be named as the new Vice-Chancellor by Uhuru Kenyatta, he spent money meant for developing Kenyatta University facilities, to kiss Uhuru’s ass by paying expensive ad-space.

The Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) Customer Service Week didn’t go as planned. Cases of Non-Payment still bedevil the agency ans some of the aggrieved who are on social media spoke their minds.

We have learnt that some have been paid, while others are still waiting for their monies.

The reasons for the haphazard paymebs are many and varied as you will see in the attached screenshots.

Self-pity has taken toll on the youths and most of them are blaming themselves for broken screen, missing chargers etc as reasons they thbbk they haven’t been paid.

This is bullshit and the Ministry knew better that the gadgets would suffer tear and wear.

Why penalise the kids? Isn’t this a conduit for looting their money?

In September 20, 2012, Sam Kruschev Shollei joined Standard Group as Chief Executive Officer. In the first month as CEO, Shollei visited all the Standard Group Bureaus and surprised many when his first move as head of the giant media house was not even meeting journalists, but transferring from Eldoret a petite young beautiful kuku kienyeji girl, Faith Rono.

A heavy drinker, it was astounding that Shollei could keep up the marathon of sex with several women in the company but in his own house, things were different. He wasn’t marking the register of conjugal rights. His wife Gladys, the registrar of the judiciary was growing restless and soon sought comfort in the hands of a Kisii farmer who soon started ploughing her field, clearing weeds and bushes.
