Aga Khan: After Killing Most People In His Hospital, See His Manipulative Tricks On Kenyan Public

If there is any expensive hospital in Kenya which has caused the death’s of many, it is the Aga Khan hospital. The so-called “his highness” opened a facility whose main objective is to watch Kenyans die a slow and painful death, while they reap millions incurred in hospital fee’s.

As regards to medical murders in Kenya, Aga Khan can be termed as the biggest murderer in Kenya. But since he controls media houses like the Nation Media Group, banks like Diamond Trust Bank, and Forex Bureau’s scattered across Nairobi, Aga Khan is untouchable.

Infact, Government officials kneel down to suck his dick, anytime he visits the country.

Today, a very bizarre occurrence caught our attention. Daily Nation on the same day, had two different headlines and angles to a similar story.

Nation Media Group has turned out to be a mouthpiece for the Jubilee regime, meaning even the misguided idea of imposing toll-stations on major highways, has been supported by NMG bribed journalists.

His so-called “highness” has been contracted by Government, to undermine democracy and free-speech.

See below and judge for yourself.

Use This Nyakundi Checklist To See If You’re Dating Or Married To A Hoe

Tupac said in his song that “You Can’t Make A Hoe A Housewife” and no truer words have ever been uttered since the beginning of life, than those ones.

Many men have tried breaking the Guinness Book of World Records by wifing hoe’s, like Moses Kanene, Denis Okari, and the results of their experiments have been catastrophic. Trying to wife a hoe is like trying to tame a lion. You will succeed in the short-term, but eventually it’s animal instinct will prevail.

img_0453

CAPTION: Moses Kanene thought he would achieve the impossible, but learnt the hard way. It’s nothing personal bro. You were just a victim of a pyramid-scheme.

So here is a collection of attributes that we have observed over the years, which we believe will prepare you incase you find yourself in unfamiliar waters.

1. If she is a drama-queen and is always causing beef with other women in the club, or with waiters or with you as a man, my brother, that’s a Type 1 hoe. If she slaps you publicly or pour a drink on someone, that’s a sure sign. At first it may look exciting to have that drama in your life, but it soon starts to take a toll on you.

2. If she raises her voice in a room full of strangers while discussing with her friends or even on the phone, please don’t wait for the registrar of persons to tell you that she’s a hoe.

3. Normally make-up should complement a woman’s natural beauty but if the make up turns her into a character straight from a horror movie, then that’s a hoe.

4. If she has multiple off-springs (children) from different Sperm-Donors, and she isn’t married to or settled with the father of her last-born, then that’s definitely a hoe. Actually the musician “Sticky Fingaz” writes in his song “Can you be rich and be ghetto” that if she has 3 kids from 3 different guys, then that’s a hoe.

5. If she gives you the best sex of your life, then suddenly goes missing, or cancels dates, becomes unavailable, is suddenly “busy” my brother, she is done with you and has gone to look for another mark. Tembea na Yesu.

6. If she has no girlfriends of her age-group, or childhood friends, or a legit social-circle involving women she grew up or schooled with, and claims that she gets along more with males, huyo ni malaya my friend. Especially if her closest friends are older women. They probably are mentoring her on how to best exploit her vagina for financial-recompense.

7. If she flirts with your friends, makes suspicious eye-contact with other men in the club, or expresses interest in meeting some top politician to pitch an idea or look for a tender to supply stuff, that’s a high-level prostitute my brother.

8. If she knows Jubilee politicians Paul Kobia or Mike Sonko, or lawyer Donald Kipkorir, you don’t need to be a rocket-scientist to tell that she’s a hoe.

9. If she likes being the center of attraction in any setting, if she likes dominating the debate, if she can’t have a functional lifestyle or attend normal events like weddings, baby-showers or birthdays, then that’s a hoe. Hoe’s only function properly in bar-settings and taking one to a decent even will leave you embarrassed.

10. If her Instagram pictures are 80% taken at night, in the clubs or in some car, then my brother, don’t wait for Jesus to come back. Leave at once.

11. If the only dancing style she knows is leaning on a wall and bending over, malaya huyo!img_0454

CAPTION: If this is the only dance-style that she knows, my brother ebu chomoka. That’s a malaya A1.

CAPTION: The deceased Caroline Atieno Odhiambo pictured here with the person suspected of murdering her, C-Jay Alpha.

An officer with the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) has been linked with the murder of a woman. The incident which is being spoken about in low tones occurred last Thursday in Chogoria.

In what is being suspected of a crime of passion, Caroline Atieno Odhiambo was found dead after being shot. The man only goes by the name C-Jay Alpha on Facebook.

Our source who requested anonymity is afraid that the murderer will walk away scot free because police are said to be slow in investigations and apprehension of the suspect.

Armed forces individuals are often disturbed and conflicted characters, who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. There has been a high number of related incidents in the country and around the world.

It’s high time the Kenya Defence Forces and the National Police Service invest in proper external psychology/psychiatric capacity, to help mitigate such often disastrous calamities. Incidents of police or army personnel shooting each other, murdering their lovers or having altercations with civilians have been on the rise.

#CockBlockers : Unmasking The Hypocrites Who’ve Blocked The Most People On Twitter

$

They pretend to be geniuses and hate being challenged intellectually on Twitter. They masquerade as contrarians, but essentially these are people who thrive under the status-quo.

Meet the Kenyans on Twitter who’ve blocked individuals that challenged their intellect, for fear of being exposed as fraudsters and impostors.

As you know, social-media had become a vehicle of individuals to insult our collective intelligence. By crowd-sourcing generic bounce-back of content, these individuals had managed to posture as the brightest Kenyans alive.

But upon being slightly challenged by the real grand-masters, these sensitive bunch of fraudsters resorted to the easy way out, blocking instead of engaging with their critics.

We hereby attach screenshots of those who hate being challenged to an intellectual argument, and instead hide behind the veil of censorship, playing to a crowd of inferior 8-4-4 graduates, peddling their little knowledge and pretending to be intensely knowledgeable.

Many have simply opted to block their so-called “twitter antagonists” because of being questioned over their roles in various scandals. For instance Dr. Alfred Mutua the Machawood conman, has been using Taxpayers money to entertain his young wife, like a young infatuated silly boy.

Our list has “cock-blockers” ranging from corrupt corporates, bitter and sexually-frustrated feminists Betty Waitherero and Gatwiri, plus bogus AU candidates who want to chair a pan-African association, yet they can’t secure the release of a few Kenyans in South Sudan. Bitch please!

Others like the nauseating Julie Gichuru, whose screen theatrics are tantamount to criminality, used their lightskin appearance to conspire with corporates and loot money donated by Kenyans, in support of philanthropic projects like Kenyans4Kenya and BringZackBack. She also stole money from the Kenya House project at the London 2012 Olympics, where over 200 Million was embezzled by former Sports Minister Ababu Namwamba.

Despite attending the prestigious Harvard University, Ory Okolloh is scared of encountering more superior brains than hers, in the false misconception that she’s the smartest brain North of Limpopo and South of the Sahara.

Another hilarious character is Peter Kenneth. Banking on his light-skin attributes, the idiot goes on sabbatical for 4 years, then resurfaces in some church, claiming he’s supporting Uhuru in 2017 and is pondering on which County to vie for Governorship.

Nigga, please! Raila Odinga got more votes than you in your home-town Gatanga at the last General Election when both of you were Presidential Candidates. Like what do you take us for? Simply because you think you’re beautiful, you imagine that you’re God’s gift to humanity and that everyone was just waiting for you to announce your candidature?

Willy Paul & Size 8: The Systemic & Structural Dumbing Down Of Society Through “Gospel” Music

street

CAPTION: Reformed street-urchins like this lot are dominating the airwaves and being allowed to spread the disease of anti-intellectualism.

As you may have all figured out by now, 8-4-4 criminalised exceptionalism in any form. The fusion of religion into education has been globally linked to the growing strain of anti-intellectualism in the country. Countries that have completely eradicated religion from their educational curriculums, have leaped on all fronts.

The countries in the far-east are a shining example. As 10-year old students here recite Bible verses, Japanese children are assembling computers. Which is the reason why I won’t consider Fred Matiang’i as a genius because he’s just an institutional-fucker who’s playing to the gallery of mediocrity. Not unless he demolishes 8-4-4 and completely removes religious studies from the curriculum, we aren’t going to make any headway as a nation.

Teachers who were mostly low self-esteemed individuals from rural backgrounds, criminalised co-curricular excellence and secularism in these 8-4-4 schools was mostly regarded as “Devil Worshipping” . These are teachers who have been raised watching Nigerian movies, and believe every sort of stupidity contained therein. If a student pierced their ears, or danced exceptionally, he was publicly shamed by the mediocre teachers as a Devil Worshipper.

But sticking to the theme of religion, Gospel music found a niche in high-schools, as the mediocre 8-4-4 rural-bred teachers would readily endorse any co-curricular project that had “Gospel” themed around it. Meaning that this so-called Gospel culture we’re witnessing today, was nurtured from high-school level.

gospel

CAPTION: Mediocre 8-4-4 teachers allowed any co-curricular project as long as it had “Gospel” in it. They allowed mediocre morning shows like this to be hosted in their schools, helping entrench anti-intellectualism in the country.

Slowly, we started seeing morning Gospel TV shows being hosted live from High Schools, in collaboration with the mediocre mainstream media stations like Citizen and NTV.

Those pathetic rural-bred Gospel hosts like DJ Soxxy, Njugush, who when they open their mouths, one would easily tell that they have nothing in-between their ears, inspired a new generation of “Gospel” musicians like Willy Paul and Size 8.

The content of Gospel music went from bad to worse, with the release of pathetic songs like “Asusu” , “Itakuwa Ngori” “System ya Kapungala” “Mwikulu” “Mateke” “Furi Furi” and the likes started getting unlimited airplay. The music was then accepted in high-schools, conditioning the strain of mediocrity and anti-intellectualism in students, who just had no choice but listen to that crap.

Intellectual Gospel artists like Kanji Mbugua who are real composers and not a bunch of wankers like Daddy Owen, were kicked to the curb by jealous morning Gospel show hosts, who go out of their way to suppress real talent and elevate mediocrity.

kanjii
CAPTION: Intellectual Gospel artists like Manji were shunned by jealous radio and TV hosts, because they would expose their lack of talent.
When you look at Size 8 and Willy Paul, and listen to their new song “Tiga Wana” , you won’t fail to see just how dumb the country has become. It’s twice as worse as Jimmy Gait’s “Hello” rendition.
But because of these cartels created between Deejay’s, morning show hosts, content controllers and the likes, the song is being stuffed down the throats of Kenyans who perhaps may have no avenue to vent against the structural dumbing-down of our society.

Why would any Kenyan lend their ears to for instance, these two hoodrats? Size 8 could probably be a prostitute, were it not for the timely intervention of her “salvation” and marriage to a Deejay. Her husband is equally an uninspiring Fucker who needs to be removed from TV, to pave way and create space for more intellectual hosts.

Willy Paul on the other hand clearly looks like a rehabilitated street-urchin, together with his arch-nemesis Bahati. The people responsible for the manipulation of such gross talent into national figures like Churchill are characters we should distance ourselves from; the few of us with brains that is.

Believe it or not, Sauti Sol’s “Kuliko Jana” and Nyashinski’s “Mungu Pekee” are much better Gospel songs, from predominantly secular artists. Because these are acts in a competitive secular environment, they cannot then be as mediocre as their Gospel industry-counterparts. Perhaps the solution is to have more secular artists singing Gospel, so as to edge out these street-urchins we are seeing today, purporting to sing.

But because the so-called Gospel industry has conditioned it’s clientele to accept mediocrity, we expect that the bogus Safaricom sponsored Gospel awards will rig and continue conditioning the strain of anti-intellectualism, by rewarding the mediocre musicians we are talking about.

It is us as citizens who should reject these substandard acts masquerading as talents. Let’s stop watching shows hosted by Deejay’s who cannot compose solid sentences with good diction and voculburary.

In previous years, Deejay’s were outcasts in society, who weren’t allowed to spread their stupidity to humanity. Their work was confined to their places of work; discotheques. But today, pieces of shit like Wachira Waruru and Linus Kaikai have elevated Deejay’s into national figures, all because they can do something that kids can do with ipads.

Shall we peg the growth of this economy on mediocrity by Dj’s and street-urchins masquerading as Gospel artists? Do you now see just how mainstream media has fucked this country?

#UthamakiEconomics : Between Wambui Mukenyi & Chris Kirubi, Who Is More Important To The Economy?

$

max

CAPTION: Design-genius Wambui Mukenyi.

Today we use two examples of business persons, to profile what the Kenyan economy has become. A combination of factors has led to the current state we find ourselves in, but mostly it’s the redundant 8-4-4 Education System which has produced stale graduates who cannot reason out issues, and a retarded mainstream media set-up, which has glorified and set the wrong examples to judge our failed economy.

Wambui Mukenyi is a modest designer, who thinks up her own unique creations which she sells to her mostly female clientele. She maximises on the use of Instagram to display her designs, which caught the eye of our analysts.

Chris Kirubi is the flamboyant, arrogant so-called “industrialist” whose first public assignment was heading the Kenya National Taxi Corporation (KENATCO), which he ran to the ground, and used the proceeds of crime to open up a few franchises dealing with cosmetics, and mathematical-instruments. He’s also an economics advisor to the Uthamaki establishment.

But if you looked at our mainstream media, Kirubi is more glorified than Wambui Mukenyi, obviously because he’s in a better position to bribe journalists from the Daystar School of Mediocrity. He also owns a media house and uses it to push his brands to a borderline dumbed-down and conditioned public, who continue offering their ears to third-rate content.

But is Kirubi really an industrialist?

Well unfortunately if you ask these Daystar journalists, an industrialist is someone who buys a franchise from the rights holder, begins by distributing the foreign brand, and becomes an overnight sensation who has the ear of policy-makers.

Indeed, Kirubi has never created a brand and has either acquired a Franchise, stolen an idea or bought out an on-going concern.

For instance, Kirubi is not the person who created the Bic brand or the Motions cosmetics he distributes under license. He simply acquired a franchise to distribute locally. Koroga Festival is an ideal he stole after years of partnering with Muthoni Ndonga’s Blankets and Wine Festival. The coffee Franchise he’s currently pushing called Rockbern is an American brand. Despite him owning a coffee farm in Muranga County, which he purchased from the late politician George Mwicigi using proceeds from crime after the Uchumi heist, he doesn’t pack his own coffee and instead imports Brazilian Coffee under the “Rockbern” Franchise. Finally, Capital FM was not his start-up, but formerly owned by Linda Holt who unfortunately acquired a drug habit and had to sell it off.

rockbern2-1024x683

CAPTION: Rockbern Coffee is actually imported Brazilian coffee from an American brand. Kirubi is lazy and doesn’t create things from scratch. His only skill is looting, or acquiring franchises.

What I’m trying to show you is that a combination of tricks, media antics, lies and misinformation has mistakenly positioned a merchant into the level of industrialist, simply because he has some machines from China which repackage brands under license.

On the flipside, Wambui Mukenyi is a meticulous designer who custom makes her creations after thorough brain-work and an active thought-process. She has cleverly studied her niche market, seen the gaps, and delivered a product which can readily compete at any world stage.
screen-shot-2016-11-28-at-08-24-06
CAPTION: One of Wambui Mukenyi’s fabulous designs.
But because the people who have money in Kenya are obsessed with the idea of building flats or going to China to buy products for retail, then Wambui Mukenyi will forever have a financial deficit, to build the capacity for mass-production of her brilliant designs.

It’s the story of Kenya today; banks and media have shunned the thinkers, creators, authors, bloggers, techies, and have focused on merchants, transporters, bar-owners, Deejays, event-organisers, distributors, and the likes.

It’s the reason why our shilling continues to weaken against major currencies, because we import more than we export. Our shilling is always buying the dollar to enable our exhibitions buy more phones from China, clothes from Turkey and cars from Japan. We have nothing to sell apart from our agricultural products, which are also under threat because the Jubilee Government lied about giving farmers subsidies.

Local manufacturers who attempt to set-up shop locally are frustrated by the Government in the form of punitive taxes, harassment from the taxman, insecurity, and low buying power due to corruption. For instance, President Uhuru Kenyatta at the instigation of the East African Brewing Company, used MPigs in Central Kenya, to raid manufacturers of what was referred to as “second-generation” alcohol manufacturers. These were businessmen who had borrowed loans and created employment to open those factories.

But lo and behold, the collective stupidity of Jubilee Government’s Uthamaki Economics was visible after they were bribed by a foreign company to undermine local manufacturers, and being the dumb person that he is, Uhuru mobilised MPigs, who then vandalised those industries using hired street-urchins.
naomi5
CAPTION: Wambui Mukenyi even makes fat BBW women look fabulous.
Over and above that, punitive licensing measures were ratified, forcing manufacturers to seek licensing from a retarded fuck-tard like Internal Security Minister Joseph Nkaissery, who demands bribes from firms that want to be allowed to produce the so-called “illicit” alcohol.

But shouldn’t the Government have invited all the manufacturers for a seminar on how to manufacture hygienic drinks, of export quality? Didn’t brands like Jameson, Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, and the likes, start small and expanded to be global brands? If Kenyans can own banks like Equity or KCB which have gone regional, are we saying that our alcohol brands which were demonised by media bribed by EABL, cannot be international brands?

In the same light, shall we continue glorifying Chris Kirubi’s of this world, whose only claim to fame is buying franchises and repackaging products for sale? How long shall the course and destiny be charted by nincompoops masquerading as journalists, who have sacrificed their ethics and principles in the interest of advertising revenue?

Look at our talk-shows and newspaper column. They are managed by egotistical maniacs, who consciously block interviews with specific people, for fear that they will be more successful than themselves. That’s why Larry Madowo hosts Deejay’s, Socialites and Hoe’s, Jeff Koinange was obsessed with Moses Kuria, Miguna Miguna, and Presspass has become Dennis Itumbi’s home. These are television shows that should be shunned as we Kenyans seek a reset from the Moi era of mediocrity.

It’s time we elevate our creators, inventors, innovators, thinkers, to the next level. Since the old thieves in Kenya only know how to invest in flats, us young people have to create avenues to support ventures, whose return on investment is quicker than land or real-estate. Those chama’s that you’re all part of, can raise funds to buy stakes in operations like Wambui Mukenyi’s fashion company, or this blog.
1165213
CAPTION: Muthamaki Uhuru Kenyatta sanctioned MPigs to hire street-urchins to raid and vandalise factories deemed to manufacture 2nd Generation Alcohol. These were investments that cost millions of shillings.

For long, we have been duped by the old generation of retarded wankers to disregard the thinkers and creators in our country. 8-4-4 conditioned the construct that schools were a conveyor belt to produce workers, and creators have been shunned by society. People who work in the house are not considered as being part of the nation-building process, and those who work 9 to 5, then spend another 4 hours in traffic are the country’s heroes.

Despite being awash with cash from donors, venture-capitalists and shareholders, banks like Equity Bank of thieves and Kenya Commercial Bank have no products tapping the creative industries. They simply want more merchants buying crap from China, or Landlords to build flats. Infact, Barclays Bank has a business-club which arranges trips for its members to travel to China and become merchants. Barclays then facilitates credit-lines to people who want to import Chinese shit to Kenya. These are the banks that we should be campaigning to shut-down for creating and supporting merchants and shunning the creatives. Barclays Business Club is basically an extension of Uthamaki Economics, which wants everyone to be a merchant or trader.

cqqiwjcwuaakcu2
CAPTION: The Barclays Business Club in Kenya is one big incubator of mediocrity, as it actively encourages people to be merchants who buy stuff from China to resell in Kenya. These are the types of Banks we don’t need in the country.
This construct was intentional messaging by the Moi-regime, who wanted to destroy all sources of income because he imagined he would rule Kenya forever. Slowly, we are seeing a reincarnation of Moi-sm in his “project” Uhuru Kenyatta, whose corrupt ways have precipitated an economic recession of epic proportion. Uhuru will be extremely surprised by the backlash from the Kikuyu community, if he imagined that impoverishment them would draw them closer to him even more.

It’s time our generation flips the script. These creators, innovators, inventors, artists, manufacturers are the key to unlocking the potential of the economy. They need tax incentives, they need capital and more jobs will be created.

Let’s all join hands and say no to “Uthamaki Economics” .

#BoycottBarclays : Clarion Call To Shun Banks That Only Support Landlords & Merchants Of Chinese Crap

barclays

CAPTION: Barclays Bank’s Jeremy Awori uses over Kshs. 30 Billion to fund so-called “SME’s” whose main preoccupation is importing Chinese products to be dumped in Kenya. Retarded St. Mary’s alumni and an extension of “Uthamaki” economics.

Despite being awash with free money given by venture capitalists, donors, corporate social-responsibility funds and shareholders, we have noticed discrimination in the products offered by local banks, which only seem to favour the service sector of the economy.

We have identified Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited, which has a so-called “Business Club” whose main objective is to incubate merchants. Infact every quarter, the Barclays Business Club arranges for trips to China by local “investors” and facilitates credit-lines to support them dump Chinese counterfeit products in the country.

Barclays is extremely hostile to local investors, creators, techies, and even small operations like bloggers, and has no viable products which can target this untapped market.

Many of Kenyan banks actually don’t consider creatives, thinkers, authors, bloggers, techies as humans who can be included in the formal economy. Kenyan banks only concentrate on transporters, matatu-owners, bar-owners, merchants who import counterfeit products to dump in Kenya from China, landlords and the likes.

We now petition all global institutions that support local (Kenyan) banks to cease henceforth, because that money is only going to support traditional products targeted at the service sector, turning Kenya into a gross importer and not an exporter.

Global institutions who support banks, like the way Mastercard Foundation supports Equity Bank, should stop wasting their money, channeling it to reinforce constructs and foundations laid by a redundant economic set-up which has basically created no new prospects for the emerging middle-class.

Yes Equity Bank’s “Wings To Fly” program supported by MasterCard Foundation pays school-fee’s for needy children, but why have 10,000 educated students, who would be products of a flawed 8-4-4 education system, that was developed by former dictator Daniel Arap Moi, for the sole purpose of creating a redundant workforce of slaves?

Mastercard Foundation is better off focusing on quality, by sponsoring fewer high-school students to study abroad, as they would be the cornerstone of a new Renaissance in a few years, untainted by the mediocrity that is the 8-4-4 education system.

mobile-banner

CAPTION: Quality over Quantity: Mastercard should directly airlift 100 students to study high-school abroad, as 10,000 8-4-4 graduates won’t add any unique-value to the economy.

Banks like Equity have the clout to call for the scrapping of 8-4-4 education system using the massive kitty provided by MasterCard Foundation, but have opted to celebrate the retarded Moi-era education mantra, producing workers/slaves and not critical-thinkers. Indeed, anyone not talking about the overhaul of 8-4-4 to eliminate religious education and focus on sciences and humanities whilst focusing of isolating talents from an early age, is an enemy of progress (EP).

Our so-called “economists” bogus “professors” and pathetic “analysts” are so obsessed with macro-economics and pro or anti-establishment rhetoric, that their inherent stupidity has blocked them from focusing on the continued mental-genocide being perpetuated by 8-4-4 and it’s inferior curriculum plus rural-bred teachers of low self-esteem, whose only purpose in life is to deplete the self-confidence of students.

While schools in the first world invite leading scientists, writers, thinkers, inventors to inspire students, Kenyan high-schools have opened their doors to so-called “Gospel” intellectual-dwarfs who only serve to dumb-down students.

What business do high-schools have with opening their doors for Deejays masquerading as merchants of the Bible, to supposedly inspire young students? Infact religion should be completely scrapped from the education curriculum and it’s presence in school be minimised like in colleges or military barracks, whereby it’s purely optional.

4500202_orig

CAPTION: These street-urchins have been allowed to taint the brains of high-school students. In a competitive environment, this lot would be wiping feaces off old people in retirement homes due to the hollowness of their heads.

Deejays aren’t people who should be regarded in any positive-light in this economy. They aren’t creators. This is the continued over-glorified service industry, and this continued focus will have disastrous effects on the economy, if it goes unchecked.

Cartels whereby leading TV anchors like Larry Madowo and Churchill are managing talents of rehabilitated street-urchins like Bahati, Willy Paul, Size 8 and DJ Mo, and manipulating media to give them undue coverage, at the expense of intellectual Gospel artists like Kanji Mbugua, Julian, Holy Dave, has had catastrophic effects on the spreading of the strain of anti-intellectualism.

Churchill, Larry Madowo and TV bosses Wachira Waruru, Linus Kaikai deserve death-sentences.

Join us as we urge for a boycott of Banks like Barclays that have used their financial position to undermine the creative industry, and offered their unconditional support to the service industry, elevating people like matatu-owners, bar-owners, transporters and landlords into the cornerstone of the country’s economy.

Producers, creatives, inventors continue to be shunned by a toxic establishment that only glorifies and elevates mediocrity, at the expense of merit.

And while we have gone out of our way to expose corrupt corporates and overrated bullshit-artists like Vimal Shah, we are glad that the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) have reviewed their risk-assessment reports when admitting/endorsing Bidco. We believe global bodies who support Kenyan banks to make this a service and not production oriented economy, will also heed our call.

Previously we had Joe Wanjui who was head of Unilever, and locally revered as the cooking oil King – they come and they go – don’t weep for Vimal Shah’s PR demise – nature abhors a vacuum and another charlatan will surely arise. Actually, this need not be the case. A new ethical framework for Kenyan business is possible if its is demanded by the spending (customer/ investor) base. And we hope this year-long social-experiment we have conducted has prepared the so-called “giants” to wake up.

wanjui

Joe Wanjui was previously the Cooking-Oil King in Kenya as head of Unilever. His exit led to the rise of Vimal Shah. Now with Vimal’s PR demise, another charlatan will arise. Natural selection.

CAPTION: Farouk Kibet pictured here with Deputy President William Ruto.

There was an incident where activist Boniface Mwangi was contacted by a man claiming to be part of the hit-squad assembled by Deputy President William Ruto, to murder businessman Jacob Juma.

Through a sting operation, the man was recorded and arrested, and is currently locked up at Kilimani Police Station.

In the confession letter, the man says that Cheryl Kitonga, the university prostitute and basic bitch who slept with Jacob Juma for cash, was indeed part of the script, and was used to lure the late, into a trap. Mentor of Nairobi whores Caroline Mutoko had once defended her.

Mentioned in the letter was Deputy President William Ruth’s aide, Farouk Kibet.

Both President Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto seem to be linked to Farouk Kibet, as a video emerged from a fundraiser, where their contributions were delivered together. The stunt suspected to have been pulled using our looted Eurobond proceeds, has sparked outrage on social media, due to the large amount.

President Uhuru and his deputy each “donated” Kshs. 34 Million while their aide Farouk gave out Kshs. 3 Million.

President Uhuru Kenyatta is poised to make history in Kenya, as the first one-term President, like Nigeria’s ex-President Goodluck Jonathan. He has presided over grand-corruption and subdued state agencies from investigations, since many of his friends and family members are involved.

Please read the confession letter here below.

Director Of Immigration Bribed To Overlook OiLibya MD Professional Impropriety

The Department of Immigration is again under the spotlight, for ignoring concerns raised by Kenyans as regards to unethical practices engaged by the heads of top corporate companies.

Recently, it was revealed that Bidco Group has been using illegal immigrants as footballers, to play in their football team Bidco United FC.

We have now received letters sent to the Department of Immigration, regarding the professional impropriety of the General Manager of OiLibya Kenya, a Zimbabwean by the name of Duncan Murashiki.

Perhaps conditioned to the apartheid structure of South Africa, Duncan has been treating his workers with contempt, not knowing that Kenyans are “woke” these days. Duncan has been linked to undermining tax collection activities, and also sexual harassment.

Hereby attached, are the letters of complaint send to various offices in Kenya, without any response or action.

Oh No, Not Safaricom Again! Fresh Controversy In Notorious Telecoms Firm

bob-collymore32

CAPTION: The CEO of Safaricom Bob Collymore during his wedding to Wambui Kamiru.

Safaricom the bitter option has once again done it.

A bitter campaign targeted against the editor of this website Cyprian Nyakundi has erupted on social media, spearheaded by Jubilee blogger Abraham Mutai. Mutai was the character who was saved by Kenyans after being wrongfully detained, for linking first mother Mama Ngina Kenyatta, to poaching.

Mutai has since turned his back on the same Kenyans, and is now working with the same establishment thieves he spoke against.

It is normally not our position to respond to struggling bloggers who extort corporates, lying to them that they can launch smear campaigns against Cyprian Nyakundi, because he has nothing to lose. He is not answerable to any power, and only seeks to inform Kenyans about information sent to him anonymously.

But for the people this website has exposed, they are answerable to their shareholders, to the regulators, to the laws of the land, to their clients and to posterity. Paying struggling bloggers to launch smear campaigns isn’t confronting reality; it’s escapism.

One way or another, the truth eventually comes out.

After a two month rigorous interview process involving on-phone recording, aptitude tests, oral interviews, medical and a background/reference check, Safaricom engaged and contracted over 200 candidates in there Customer Experience Executive (C.E.E) program on the 15th Nov 2016 with an initial training program of 8 weeks.

To the surprise of over 10 candidates, their training was discontinued barely 2 weeks into the program with no explanation except issuance of a letter citing preconditions and unsuitability of credentials.

Is Safaricom claiming to not have done proper background checks and vetting prior to engaging these 10 candidates? This is hypocrisy of the highest order!

Efforts to get an explanation from the HR department have been unsuccessful.

What is disappointing the most is that people left/resigned from other jobs, contractual engagements and businesses to take this offer only to be disappointed a fortnight later.

Bob Collymore is turning out to be a heartless moron.

The questions were intense that we can’t imagine whats going through the minds of these candidates right now.

The following is an official Hansard on the discussion of the on-going probe by parliament, into labour violations by Bidco Africa.

Meanwhile misguided donors are still funding Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) founded by Vimal Shah, to launch bogus seminars, trying to condition Kenyans to accept whatever results IEBC cooks up, for the sake of peace and their business interests.

Corporate interests do not supercede the collective wishes of the citizenry. There can be no peace without justice.

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
OFFICIAL REPORT
Thursday, 24th November, 2016
The House met at 2.30 p.m.
[The Deputy Speaker
(Hon. (Dr.) Laboso)in the Chair]
PETITION
VIOLATION OF LABOUR PRACTICES BY BIDCO (AFRICA) LIMITED

Hon. Deputy Speaker: Hon. Members, Standing Order No.225(2)(b) requires that the Speaker reports to the House any petition other than those presented through Members of Parliament. Therefore, I wish to convey to the House that my office is in receipt of a Petition signed by seven citizens of the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of former employees of BIDCO (Africa) Limited commonly referred as “BIDCO” regarding violation of labour laws.

The petitioners allege that BIDCO (Africa) Limited has continued to violate the labour laws by exercising discrimination in employment, denying employees their right to join workers’ unions, failing to offer workmen compensation insurance to its employees as required in law, and failing to submit statutory deductions to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF).

The petitioners pray that the National Assembly investigates and inquires into the matter and makes recommendations to the relevant agencies to take appropriate action against BIDCO (Africa) Limited.

Hon. Members, I am aware that the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare is considering a similar petition on alleged violation of labour laws by BIDCO (Africa) Limited presented to this House by the Member for Kiambu County, Hon. Jude Njomo. I urge the Committee to consider this Petition alongside the earlier one and report its findings to the petitioners and the House in accordance with Standing Order No.227(2). Therefore, the Petition stands committed to the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare.

Hon. Nicholas Gumbo.

Hon. (Eng.) Gumbo: Hon. Deputy Speaker, I wish to thank the presenters of this Petition, especially coming so soon after almost a similar petition on violation of labour laws and other laws, particularly obligations of corporate entities with regard to tax payment by the East African Breweries Limited.

As Members of Parliament, it will amount to dereliction of our duty if our people petition us in vain. The National Assembly addresses matters that are of concern to all Kenyans, irrespective of the constituencies they come from. As you commit this Petition to the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, I urge that this House must be at the forefront in instituting those measures that will ensure that the dignity of Kenyans is preserved. You will recall, for example, that one of the silent abuses that go on in our country is where foreigners and expatriates take up jobs which should be done by the people of Kenya. I admit that as a country, we cannot exist in a vacuum and we are part of the global community. The laws governing what work foreigners can do in this country are very clear. We are abusing those laws.

Hon. Deputy Speaker, even as we look at these petitions particularly the ones that relate to abuse of Kenyans by foreigners, I am a believer – and you and I are well travelled – that one of the requirements that anybody who comes to work in this country as a foreigner must comply with is to respect the people of Kenya. That is an irreducible minimum. You have gone to many countries and when you go to those countries, the people there have to be respected. We are seeing widespread abuses of our people by foreigners. We are not in any way trying to suggest that we do not want other people to come and work in our country. Kenya too has very many people who work in other countries. What we are saying is that anybody, particularly foreigners who come to work here, must recognise that the dignity of the people of Kenya must be upheld.

One of the ways of ensuring that that dignity is upheld is by paying our people a living wage. Many of our people who work in these companies are doing no more than servitude and it is unacceptable. I would encourage the Committee to look into this matter and ensure that anyone who comes to work here, whether it is a local company or a company that has its origin in another country, upholds the dignity of the people of Kenya and they are paid a living wage.

Hon. Deputy Speaker: Hon. Sunjeev, do you want to contribute on the same?

Hon. (Ms.) Sunjeev: Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to contribute to the Petition that has been brought by some petitioners who are well within their right to bring petitions to Parliament. I have absolutely nothing against people who feel that their rights have been violated, especially in areas where they have been mistreated.

The previous speaker mentioned people who come from abroad and set up shop here. I would like to mention that in this particular case, specifically as far as BIDCO is concerned, we are all aware that many of these cases are in court. I would just urge the Committee to look into these cases very seriously and make sure that they are not already in court. I have a feeling that somebody has a personal vendetta against BIDCO. But that is just my feeling. I hope they are not out to get some personal interest out of people who contribute a lot to our society.

Hon. Deputy Speaker: Hon. Junet, do you want to contribute on the same? Give him the microphone.

Hon. Oyoo: Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to report to the House that I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare.

Hon. Deputy Speaker: Hon. Koyoo, I called on Hon. Junet. I do not know when you became Hon. Junet. It is Junet that I called. Hold your horses.

Hon. Nuh: Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am sorry, Hon. Koyoo is a sugarcane farmer. I stand to support the petitioners. The matter that the petitioners have raised is very important for this country. These are some of the benefits that Kenyans gained through the new Constitution that they achieved in 2010, where Kenyans can petition Parliament on an issue that is so important to them.

I do not want to discuss the Petition, but I expect the Committee that you have committed this matter to, to deal with the matter expeditiously. I am aware that these matters that the petitioners have raised are of grave importance to them. There are people who have been employed in certain sectors for the last 10 years as casual labourers where 50 per cent of the workers in some of those companies remain perpetual casual labourers, so that they do not gain any rights. This country is very friendly to investors. We would like to attract investments, but we cannot do that at the expense of Kenyans. Kenyans’ rights must be safeguarded as enshrined in the Constitution.

So, I take these few minutes to support the petitioners and tell the Committee that BIDCO is a big problem and they need to look at it carefully.
Hon. Deputy Speaker: Hon. K’oyoo, you may have your turn.

Hon. Oyoo: Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. I am afraid that my Chairman and the Vice-Chairman are not here. I wish to formally report to the House that we have delved into this issue. This morning we had an engagement with the Petitioner and we have charted the way forward.

As a Committee, we intend to use this as a launching pad for massive investigations into various powerful employers who are fond of breaking rules and who do not operate within the law as required by the Constitution of this country.
As a Committee, we will ensure that they are brought to book and are not sympathised with however big or highly connected in the political class they are. We will make sure that they are dealt with properly. We will use the BIDCO case as a launching pad.

I want to assure this House that many of us have relevant experience in requisite labour law and we will ensure that the truth prevails and Kenyans workers, who are, by extension, contributors of the taxes that we enjoy, are treated with dignity as opposed to the stated case. I will personally take this up because in my constituency, there is a sugar miller who has become an influence peddler. He is bringing in raw sugar to ensure that he brings down the entire sugar industry. We will not allow that and we know that he is very highly connected politically. We will not allow this to happen.

Hon. Deputy Speaker: Do not debate and give us other extraneous issues.

Hon. Oyoo: Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker.

Police Corruption: How Thika OCPD Oversee’s Sexual Abuse In Thika Police Cells

CAPTION: Inspector General Julius Boinnet. The Thika Police cells are a haven of sexual abuse, according to this letter sent to us. Could this practice be rife in other cells around the country?

A shocking letter that arrived in our inbox details the rotten Kenyan Police, who constantly top the bribery-indexes as the most rotten institution in the country.

Does Kenya have a curfew? You mean young people are not allowed to walk at night for fear of arrest?

Kikuyu’s continue getting the short-end of the stick even after claiming that “Uthamaki” Is theirs. They are probably the dumbest community in Kenya. Jubilee promised to improve police housing/welfare and rehabilitate cells, but it was all lies.

Read this horrible experience from young people, who might probably vote for JAP in the next General Elections.

Hello Cyprian,

I hope this finds you well. I would like to get help in getting fair justice on what the police officers in Thika did to me on 25th November. I was expected to be speaking at a youth overnight event at a church in Kabati. And since I reside in Nairobi I knew I would make it by 10pm when it begins.

On arriving I didn’t get to walk for long to Kabati stage I encountered a man who seemed to me like he would politely ask me for directions only for him to hold my hand and put it in handcuffs. I told him where I am going and that I couldn’t miss what’s happening in Kabati.

He could hear nothing of it. I was led to a bigger group of handcuffed people sitted on the floor awaiting the right quorum to begin matching to the station. I insisted to get a him to talk to my church host who was on phone but he avoided. I was put in a cell full of bhang smoke without me knowing why I was arrested in the first place.

I was physically and sexually harassed in the cell full of drug addicts.

The pastor and his colleague had to drive to come and get me out of that place but they were told the arresting officer has left and only the OCS will be able to release me in the morning. With my chest problem, staying in a cold and wet environment was really uncalled for.

What surprised me is that I didn’t get the OB number nor was my ID number requested for documentation. Meaning there is no proof that I was locked up. I have tried to call the station to give me the OB number for proof to the company that indeed I didn’t make it up for not making it to work on Saturday, it has been fruitless.

All they wanted from each in the innocent crowd was Ksh.3,000 for their freedom .
They picked every one including old grey haired sober man. How are we to feel safe if 9pm is too late to be termed a suspect?
I see the boys in blue as legalized criminals.

There is no ‘Utumishi Kwa Wote’ ideal when it comes to enforcing law and order when extortion and lack of freedom is routine. I came out troubled and traumatized because sadly the police on patrol seemed to be in good relations with those elements in the cell who already felt at home, supplying them with substance. I resolve to apply for Police Chaplain if not I will daily post ‘Luke 3:14‘ on their twitter handles until they change it into their slogan.

However you will help me I will appreciate it. Let them know that even well meaning Kenyans who are minding their business are not safe seeing them around. With such practices there really is no difference but the uniform with the outlaws.

Kenya will be better if all officers esteemed the advice from the Baptist in Luke 3:14. I am confident that God has cursed such lot that acts unethically, His peace is not with them and their children.

Thank you.

Doctors: Get It Right This Time And Don’t Be Bribed Like Dumb KQ Pilots

CAPTION: KMPPDU officials Boniface Chitayi, Victor Ngani and Wambui Waithaka were bribed by Government to call off the 2011 Doctor’s strike. Traitors!

Dear doctors,

Kenyans are behind your industrial action. We know that your interests are intertwined with the general health policies of the country, and so we can never speak against your actions.

You will remember that in 2011, your union officials Victor Ngani (chairman), Boniface Chitayi (Secretary) and Wambui Waithaka (Treasurer) were bribed by the Government to call off your strike and sign a faulty return-to-work formula.

You had almost arrived at your destination, but unfortunately the greed of your elected officials blinded them, as to the long-term interests of the country.

As you may have noted, President Uhuru Kenyatta’s family-members were specifically linked to the pilfering of monies, meant to secure universal healthcare for all Kenyans. The same president has gone ahead and appointed a private-hospital CEO to handle this crucial docket involving public health.

Dear doctors, you’re dealing with a bunch of insensitive clowns, who only care about themselves and their families.

So as you embark on this journey, know that Kenyans are behind you, and that we will be vicious if reports emerge that your new union officials were bribed to call off the strike like the Kenya Airline Pilots Association (KALPA) did.

pilots

DUMB PILOTS: KALPA treasurer Andrew Nderu, assistant secretary general Peter Makau, secretary general Paul Gichinga and chairman Njoroge Murimi pictured here acting all serious, yet they were bribed by Transport Cabinet Secretary James Macharia, to endorse a bogus recovery plan.

You see pilots are extremely dumb people. You might see them talking with foreign accents, looking all spruced-up, but they are dumber than the ordinary Kenyan. They were lied to that the corrupt CEO of Kenya Airways Mbuvi Ngunze would be sacked by June, and after their union officials were bribed by Transport Cabinet Secretary James Macharia (who coincidentally entrenched the rot in the Health Ministry), they called off their strike.

The dumb idiots fell for it! If you thought aviation was for the exceptionally-brilliant “A” students, think again.

Mbuvi Ngunze’s so-called resignation, has been postponed indefinitely, and the looting in Kenya Airways continues. Flight delays, cancellations, over-booking are the order of the day, yet the airline continues to pay expensive leases to a shell company registered in Mauritius, said to be owned by among others, former KQ CEO and Maasai thief Titus Naikuni and the Kenyatta-family.

Doctors, don’t be bribed like pilots or like your predecessors Victor Ngani, Boniface Chitayi and Wambui Waithaka. Infact the trio should be deregistered as doctors for being traitors and compromising long-term interests, for short term narrow objectives.

We are behind you doctors!

Mediocre Mainstream Media: Please Don’t Ruin The Christmas Spirit Again!

$

CAPTION: Mainstream media charlatans Kiprono Kittony and Wachira Waruru.

This is a message to the mediocre mainstream media charlatans led by Waichira Waruru. If there is any station that has contributed to the collective-stupidity of Kenyans, it is Royal Media Services.

And the funny thing is if you meet Wachira Waruru in person, and try to front a proposal or idea for a different type of show, different from the rubbish he airs, he will tell you with conviction that Kenyans level of comprehension is low, and that is why he feeds us with River Road-type content like Tahidi High, Inspekta Mwala, Papa Shirandula and sexualized news bulletins.

So just as a message to Wachira Waruru and his equally-moronic counterparts in radio and TV, is that they shouldn’t ruin our Christmas.

How?

Well for many years when KBC was the only broadcaster, we came to associate Christmas with lovely melodies from American Country Music singers. I may not know their names off-head, but I bet Dolly Parton is on that list.

We were also accustomed to Christmas Carol’s sung by choirs in churches like the Mormon Tabernacle Choir or major events.

These days, mediocre mainstream media charlatans like Wachira Waruru have abused their dominant position, to spread the seed of stupidity, leading to Kenya having the dumbest people per square kilometer.

There has been this deliberate effort to “Tanzanianise” Kenyans, with the calibre of music from street-urchins like Willy Paul and Bahati, copying Tanzanian culture.

But why should we be Tanzanians? We are a British-colonised conservative culture, which is predominantly English-speaking. These days, the English language is under threat, indicating the dwindling communication skills using that very important language.

Wachira Waruru and Co., should cease henceforth, using local gospel artists to sing renditions of Christmas Carol’s. When people see them on TV, they get repulsed and this has contributed to the eroding Christmas spirit which we used to feel around this time.

The idlers at the content acquisition departments in channels like Citizen, KTN, NTV and KBC can instead use their retarded brains and cover the many choirs around Nairobi for instance the in Malls, or in Churches. High school students also have good choirs.

And please don’t bring us pathetic crap like wailing praise and worship-type Christmas programming from churches like Jesus is Alive Ministry (JIAM), or JCC or the likes. We are a conservative Christian country, that observes Christmas religiously.

We don’t want to see the overweight Mbuvi singing “Kwata Kawaya” on TV recreating and in the process murdering our old Christmas Carol’s. Such dumb entertainers should be confined to performing at kid’s birthday parties, not on the bloody mainstream media.

In as much as we want to support local, they must also be reasonable and act in the interest of prosperity. I don’t see how dumbing-down audiences with shit content like Inspekta Mwala, simply because in your mind you think they have no choice but to consume your mediocre product, will be beneficial to the country.

I’m pretty sure that Wachira Waruru’s children don’t watch Papa Shirandula, just as they don’t attend 8-4-4 schools. So what makes him imagine that we all want to watch content predominantly created targeting watchmen and househelps?

Previously when KTN was a viable alternative, with intellectual programming in the 90’s, didn’t we all watch English programs and enjoy?

Style up Wachira Waruru! We are tired of your nonsense.

#ArrestSwazuri : The Man With 4 Wives Will Cripple This Economy

Caption: The Most Corrupt Nincompoop Mohammed Swazuri . He helps Land Cartels Forge Titles to Grab Land at a Commission . This Idiot should be shot by firing squad

For all who didn’t know, National Lands Commission (NLC) Chairman Muhammad Swazuri has married four (4) wives. His insatiable greed for grabbed land is largely inspired by his wives, who are each pressuring him to give them land.

Swazuri is now at the grid of Kenya’s land registry, where he has taken it upon himself to steal every available parcel of land that has a slight discrepancy.

All these parcels of land are then off-loaded to cartels that involve individuals like Evans Kidero, Mike Sonko, Kiprono Kittony, Frank Nyagah Njeru and the likes. Swazuri prefers to take cash from the cartels who acquire the land from unsuspecting land owners.

How do you evict someone that has been living on a parcel of land since 1972? Well this greed, which has been incubated by the Jubilee regime, coupled with the wanton corruption by the Judiciary, has precipitated this crisis, which involves even members of the National Police Service.

The “leaked” audio from Nairobi Senator isn’t convincing because he seems bitter with the land-grabber, probably because he wasn’t given a his share of the loot.

Sonko cannot be trusted especially as regards to purporting to fight for poor people’s rights, because he’s part of the cartel that has been involved in land fraud.

Treat that “leaked” audio with the contempt that it deserves.

Moving on, Muhammad Swazuri has made Kenya unattractive to foreign and local investment, as his meddling with land issues in a bid to grab land has led to fear. Nobody wants to invest in a factor of trade which is subject to the erratic effects of corruption.

The land which is not conceded to cartels, is transferred to his many wives and children, and we cannot allow the greed of one man, to satisfy his idle wives, ruin this country. This economy cannot be controlled by Swazuri’s greed.

The information we are giving isn’t new, and the National Intelligence Service is aware. But the idiots at NIS spend their days tapping phones of bloggers, instead of sharing this information with other arms of the Government, to initiate his arrest and prosecution.

NIS needs to be disbanded/reconstituted or its budget cut to quarter of their current allocation, because those idlers only know how to bug the phones and whatsapp messages of bloggers.

We now launch this campaign #ArrestSwazuri calling on the security apparatus of the country to act with speed, and deal with this menace once and for all. The only common denominator in all these scandals is Muhammad Swazuri, and Kenya shouldn’t bear the burden of his greed to satisfy his 4 idle wives. Let those women work like the rest of us, not just sit at home waiting for Swazuri to steal land on their behalf.

Hypocrites: Kenyan Techies Let Their Colleague Rot & Die In An Ethiopian Jail

CAPTION: Sam Gichuru here pictured with President Uhuru Kenyatta. He has been shedding crocodile tears of the death of a techie in an Ethiopian jail.

The Kenyan “techie” community is shedding crocodile tears after letting one of their colleagues rot and die in an Ethiopian prison.

Being that techies in Kenya sold their democratic right to protest, after Uhuru Kenyatta visited them at their offices at ihub, now the same wankers are pretending to be concerned about this death.

Sam Gichuru wrote a long hypocritical post on his Facebook page, yet we never saw the piece of shit launch a campaign to call for the release of the individual known as “Zak” .

Gichuru whose rise to fame came after bribing Larry Madowo for successive appearances on his third-rate show “The Trend” , is actually vague in his post, refusing to divulge full details like the name of the individual and the company he worked for.

Obviously Gichuru doesn’t want to ruffle feathers and threaten his relationship with the status-quo establishment.

However it is wrong for him and other Twitter wannabes to feign sympathy because they never said anything during his hour of need. Unlike real patriots like Wanjeri Nderu who has tirelessly called for the release of Kenyans illegally-detained in South Sudan, Gichuru and his so-called “techies” remained mum.

CAPTION: Zak Muriuki who died in an Ethiopian jail. The Kenyan ambassador to Ethiopia needs to be recalled and jailed

These techies have been judging us bloggers from their moral high-ground, for our constant online activism, and even manipulated organisations like Bloggers Association of Kenya (BAKE) to disregard our views, whilst planting impostors that are clueless on what blogging entails.

Sam Gichuru shame on you! Go back to drinking wine with Caroline Mutoko. You’re a fake bastard who shouldn’t even purport to be the face of the new Kenya. Your fear of ruffling feathers so as to benefit from all sides of the ideological-divide is evident.

We the young people are charting a new course for Kenya destiny. And we don’t want people who are tainted with the strain of anti-intellectualism that has choked the creative space of corporate Kenya.

Nyakundi Keeping Struggling Nation Media Group Afloat

$

CAPTION: Joe Muganda the CEO of Nation Media Group, is reaping the fruits of Nyakundi’s online activism. Such a genius!

Dwindling revenues have been evident in local media houses, with them posting lower profits and many other smaller players facing imminent extinction.

And the situation would be worse for them, if the countrywide fibre-optic cabling had been implemented, because Kenyans would be streaming proper content for less, using providers like Netflix.

But because the mainstream media houses have bribed Government and the Ministry of ICT to hamper efforts by private players to roll-out the fibre-optic infrastructure, we are stuck to watching shit content like Papa Shirandula, Inspekta Mwala and The Trend.

Nation Media Group has joined the fray of struggling media houses, who moonlight on Twitter, waiting for Cyprian Nyakundi to break a scandal, then pitching to the exposed persons, on strategies to clean up their images.

Other companies which have benefitted from Nyakundi’s corruption exposè’s are Twitter and competing bloggers like Abraham Mutai, who extorts clients claiming he can run counter-campaigns against scandals.

Bidco has invested close to Kshs. 50 Million in a multi-platform campaign, aimed at cleaning up the image of the disgraced company. This involved documentaries, copy-paste writeups on Business Daily, Twitter campaigns and the likes.

Yet the same company wants bloggers to work for the for free. Like what do they take us for?

It’s almost like Transcend Media. The company has been “anonymously” sending us documents of their court-cases, begging us to provide coverage for it, yet they don’t want to pay. The same company duped us into their toxic campaign against Safaricom using the KPMG audit, and yet didn’t pay for the airtime we allocated the story.

Yet when the same companies go to mainstream media houses, they pay tens of million without flinching. I mean, what do they take bloggers for?

Bidco may pay all the money in the world to Nation Media Group, but the truth will always find a way to manifest itself.

It’s high time people wake up to the realisation that the Internet and the growing number of smartphones, are more effective tools of communication than generic mainstream media campaigns. Recent statistics prove that anyone ignoring this critical constituency, is someone living in their own world.

Influencers are shifting and more and more voices are finding their foot using social media tools at their disposal. The days when everyone had to say “Good Morning” to AlyKhan Satchu on Twitter are long gone.

So to the Nation Media Group, perhaps you need Nyakundi more than you imagine. What a shame that an over 50-year old company, has to reap fruits of the work done by a blogger. And yet you can’t let humanity breathe air in peace, claiming how you’re business-guru’s. Such rubbish!

Seriously? Sohos List-Of-Shame Group Linked To Extortion For Government Tenders

$

One of our first ever viral posts regarding some spoilt brats who had absconded their bills at the high-end Sohos Lounge in Nairobi’s Westlands area, are in the news again.

Jeffrey Kiboro, Tonnie Nyanja, Nyokabi Kamotho, Keriri Muya, Tony Kariuki and Joe Nyagah have been linked to a briefcase company known as “i-Tender” which purports to facilitate Government tenders in exchange for a consultancy-fee.

One victim recently posted on Buyer Beware page, operated by our brother Jackson Njeru, claiming to have lost a whopping Kshs. 5 Million with the hope of bagging lucrative Government tenders, which have been the cornerstone of Jubilee’s corruption tactics.

Jeffrey Kiboro was quoted in the comments as a “conman” who has been stealing from his friends since primary school. His stealing gene comes from his father Don Woods Kiboro, who made his money by bagging Government construction contracts, and failing to complete them with the intention of defrauding Government. Don Woods Construction was behind the Kenya Pipeline headquarters construction scam, and even charged for corruption crimes after failing to complete it, despite being overpaid for the project.

Nyokabi Kamotho is said to be romantically-linked to President Uhuru Kenyatta’s personal assistant Jomo Gecaga, who has been helping her grab a parcel of land in Thika Town. When her late father Joseph Kamotho died, he left them with nothing and now the children have to resort to these corrupt practices in-order to survive.

Joseph “JJ” Kamotho is former President Daniel Arap Moi’s cock-sucker, who once attempted to grab Karura Forest, a move which was thwarted by the late legend and Nobel Laureate Professor Wangari Maathai (God rest her soul in eternal peace). Grabbing is embedded in the Kamotho family genes. Today, Karura Forest is a heaven of peace and tranquility, and individuals from all over the country use it as a getaway or running trail.

Kamotho built his political career by sucking Moi’s Dick, and his children should lay low like envelopes because their father left them a tainted legacy. I mean, your fucking father was Moi’s right-hand man for over 15 years, and yet you’re still struggling to extort money and grab land? Bitch please! Pick another struggle. We hear you’re a lawyer, use those brains to get into gainful employment. Ask Jomo to get you a job or something.

Friends of Joe Nyagah claim that he’s a leech, who would do anything under the sun to have social success, including marrying a single mother from the wealthy family of Karen Hospital owner and renowned heart-specialist Dr. Gikonyo. Previously he was linked to a small events outfit called “Events Are US” but has since graduated to extortion and racketeering.

Keriri Muya is suspected to be the son of former Statehouse Comptroller Matere Keriri, while Tonnie Nyanja is said to be a single-mother who many suspect her child was fathered by flamboyant Nairobi Lawyer and custodian of the hoe culture Donald Kipkorir.

These individuals are closely linked to the CEO of Kenyatta International Conference Center Nana Gecaga and Mathare MPig Steve “K1” Kariuki. Steve left his first wife so as to cohabit with Nana, with whom they have two kids with. Nana was in the news after hiring a nanny from England, and paying her a monthly salary of Kshs. 600,000.00, using proceeds of crime after bagging tenders from the then Tourism CS Phyllis Kandie. They launched bogus projects to “market” Kenya, efforts which have never bore any fruits since tourism numbers are at their lowest in history.

These characters are very visible in Nairobi’s night-scene, appearing in every joint, and operating as a pack. They prey on aspirational individuals who are desperate to join their clique, meaning that the victim who initially posted the complaint, also aspires to join their clique.

The admin of Buyer Beware seems to have cowed to Tonnie Nyanja’s cheap threats of jail, but we now ask her to post those here and we can see if her efforts will bear fruit.

Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) and Nairobi County Government are bribed to concentrate road projects in specific parts of the County, by the top real-estate firms like Hass Consult, Knight Frank and Cytonn Investments.

It’s the reason why roads in areas like Zimmerman are pathetic, because residents in those neglected areas have refused to rise up and demand for better service. The prosecuting authorities have also turned a blind eye on corrupt practices undertaken by KURA, meant to manipulate land and rent prices to remain high, in areas that the three (3) real-estate prices manage properties.

Until Kenyans wake up, you will forever remain shafted by the old men at KURA, who are on the payroll of people who own and manage properties in Lavington, Kileleshwa, and the likes, so as to concentrate all projects in that vicinity, leaving areas like Umoja, Innercore, Komarok, Ruaka, Zimmerman, Rongai, Kiserian, Syokimau looking like slums.

Kenyans must rise up and call for the immediate arrest of everyone working at KURA beginning with the bosses and corrupt engineers. Style up Nairobians! Take back the power and don’t stomach this bullshit again.

MIREMA HEIGHTS
MINUTES OF TENANTS MEETING HELD ON 13TH DECEMBER 2016 AT MIREMA HEIGHTS PREMISES ZIMMERMAN ESTATE.
MEMBERS PRESENT
ALL TENANTS

To Landlord,

This meeting was held due to the various issues with the tenancy service at Mirema Heights. The tenants have been communicating their grievances with the property management office (Paragon property consultants Ltd) for a long time directly and through the caretaker but none have been addressed. It is now that the tenants have decided to communicate formally to the landlord on their grievances as follows.

WATER ISSUE

This month, tenants were made to pay for water bills. This had not been captured in the tenancy agreement, and as such, the tenants required ample notice for this change to be made. This was not done since the water payment was effected less than a month after the notice. The water bills presented to the tenants are also ambiguous as tenants cannot tell the source of the purported water bills. They have no meter number, account number, official stamp or any unique identifier. The rates used therein are also exaggerated since tenants are charged KES 100 per unit of water, contrary to the Nairobi Water rates of KES 204 for up to 6 units and KES 53 for every additional unit. The alleged consumption is also questionable, since some tenants have been presented with bills of up to 10-11 units of water per month, which is not realistic for a person or two living in a one bedroom house.

Recommendations

Water bills should not be passed to the tenants since this was not part of the tenancy agreement.

If water bills have to be paid by the tenants, this has to be in the usual Nairobi water rates which are known to the public. The tenants should also be able to pay this amount directly to Nairobi Water and not through the property management office. We feel it is dubious, suspicious and manipulative to undermine the gains entrenched under our new constitution of openness, transparency & accountability.

FLOODING IN THE HOUSES

The houses flood during the rainy season. They let in water through the balconies which have no outlet. This causes water to flood the houses (including those upstairs) form the kitchen inwards.

Recommendation

The balconies to be fitted with water outlet pipes to allow water to flow outward and prevent the flooding. The kitchen entrance can also be raised to prevent water from getting in.

PAINT

We would also like to bring to the attention of the landlord that paint on the walls of the houses have chipped so much and the houses look pathetic and old. We have requested for a repaint in some houses which have been badly affected but this has never been effected. Houses continue to be in a dilapidated state and no action is taken.

Recommendation

The houses that are badly affected by chipped paintas forwarded to the caretaker be painted by end month.

KPLC TOKEN DEBT

All the tenants (names with caretaker) were asked to pay a KPLC bill of KES 550, with a promise that they would be refunded. Some tenants were refunded, but most were not.

Recommendation

Have all the tenants who paid the KES 550 reimbursed.

INSECURITY

There has been too much theft going on in the premises, and a few days ago, a thief was found. We however believe that he was not the only one. At the moment, the main entrance gate to the building is not lockable, and this exposes tenants to theft.Recommendations.

Fix the main entrance door
Fix the house doors with locks asa back up to the padlocks we use. This could make it harder for the thief to use master keys on the doors.

If possible, install CCTV camera at the entrance and one at the staircase of every floor to enhance security.

We would like this issues addressed with an ultimatum of 1 month failure to which the tenants will revert to holding monthly rental and not limited to legal redress to ensure justice prevails as per signed original tenancy agreement.

In addition tenants are requesting for an immediate meeting with the management to have their grievances resolved to ensure harmonious/cordial relationship co-exist as per contractual tenancy agreement.

Jaindi Kisero Exposed As Mainstream Media Journalist-For-Hire By Corrupt Corporates

CAPTION: An example of how Jaindi Kisero is paid by the status-quo to cleanse the image of corrupt companies or individuals. Here he was sanitising the appointment of disgraced former EACC Chair Philip Kinisu, who was embroiled in the NYS Scandal.

Our theories that mainstream media journalists are in bed with corrupt corporates with the sole intention of misleading the public for financial gain, continue to gain traction with the latest exposè on Nation Media Group’s Jaindi Kisero.

Kisero who makes a living from writing articles meant to craft narratives that secure positions of corrupt corporates, or Government’s detrimental policies as acceptable, has been nabbed and his career is just about to come to a screeching halt, following the damning revelations.

These so-called “analysts” you see on mainstream media, have no mind of their own, and rely on being fed information, to posture as intellectuals or deeply knowledgeable individuals. In real sense, pieces of shit like Jaindi Kisero, Kwendo Opanda, Kwamchetsi Makoha are just extortionists, who abuse the platforms they write on, to give false misgivings on national issues. Their paid opinions are meant to confuse the public, whilst fronting agenda that’s counterproductive to the economy.

Every analyst you see on mainstream media, be it on print and electronic, is a fraudster, abusing their image for personal gain. They use the position to solicit for PR jobs, in a widespread corruption scheme, that has been going on for decades.

Independent critical-thinkers have been kicked to the curb by media owners, who by now should be branded as homegrown terrorists.

Jaindi Kisero is in the news after a leak of an invoice he had sent to Rentco, a company involved in major corruption scandals in the country. Instead of retiring and going to lecture or reflect on his bogus career, Kisero is still actively pursuing jobs, and abusing the platforms he’s working on.

I don’t know at what point mainstream media fuckers will realise that Kenyans are growing increasingly fatigued by this recycling of analysts. We don’t want to read anyone who has been writing for more than two years, as their brains have been tainted by the toxic political and corporate narratives.

We would like a fresh new set of young analysts, who are a dime a dozen on Twitter. Forward thinking and critical analysts with perspective like @BeaYahus, @KenyaWest, @GicheruGicheru, @BelAkinyii, @Disembe, @KenyaFootball, @IkeOjuok, and the likes. We are tired of these old impostors misrepresenting our views for personal gain, and lying to corporates, donors, foreign embassies, that they are the custodians of public sentiment.

Alternatively, you can watch while we grow a new breed of young thinkers, who will not be reliant on mainstream media for any form of engagement. Already, all events are being marketed on social media, unlike yester-years where every Friday had an entertainment column where gigs and events were posted there. Don’t underestimate the capacity of us young visionaries, moving on from dependency on mainstream media which has become an extension of the status-quo.
