#CocaineBankCBA Uhuru’s Bank Stands Surety For British Drug Trafficker

CAPTION: Cocaine Trafficker Jack Wolf has been guaranteed to the tune of Kshs. 140 Million by Uhuru’s bank CBA. Go figure!

A bizarre story appearing in The Star yesterday, said that the Uhuru Kenyatta Family-owned Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA) has agreed to stand surety for a white Briton arrested and charged for drug trafficking, after 100 KG’s of Cocaine was discovered at the port of Mombasa.

Commercial Bank of Africa is willing to issue two guarantees of Sh70 million each for Jack Wolf (not to be confused with Jack Wolf who sells opinion-polls to interested parties). Jack Wolf is a drug trafficker who has connections with the high and mighty in Kenya.

According to The Star, Anne Mumbi of CBA told the Kibera court on Thursday that if Wolf fails to appear, the bank will pay Sh140 million to the State. Mumbi, who works in the trade section department of guarantees, appeared on behalf of her boss.

If he jumps bail who can a bank stand surety – apart from opening up the floodgates of similar moves – sureties are individuals who will compel the attendance in court of an accused person – it is not a corporate affair – the silly girl Anne Mumbi who presented herself in court could find herself in serious issues needlessly, that is if the court even dignifies this idiotic move.

Finally, which genius wants the scuttlebuttlers to start saying the President of Kenya stands surety for drug offence suspects? And coming at a time when John Kerry is expected in the country? This is really insane, and the worst move a bank can make.

We keep telling you that banks and real-estate sectors in Kenya are conduits for laundering proceeds of crime from drugs, corruption, piracy and terrorism, but nobody listens. We have called on FBI to probe Kenyan banks and real-estate firms like Hass Consult, Knight Frank and Cytonn Investments for laundering proceeds of crime, but they still fail to do so.

However Kenyans have seen which banks are guaranteeing drug-traffickers. They also know who owns them.

Uber Rivals Engage In Smear Campaign

uber-800x800

Today we received a clip anonymously from an unverified source, who wanted us to tarnish the name of Uber Kenya and it’s representative.

The clip was meant to trigger us into action, engaging on a hate-speech campaign against the revolutionary taxi company, in light of its growing demand and popularity.

Other than a major mobile telephone service provider has also launched a taxi-service, which we will not dignify with a mention since they are led by a bunch of dimwits who should have thought about this idea before Uber made an entry in Kenya.

Digital-disruption is the new way of life in Kenya. It has made hitherto unknown players, join the fray and participate in nation building. In skewed economies as we have here, the mainstream business atmosphere is not conducive for innovative technologies, a reason why start-ups like Uber are giving them sleepless nights.

Screen Shot 2016-08-19 at 16.09.03

Caption: The email we received

The video, obviously produced with the help of the company competing with Uber, claims that the country manager for Uber Kenya is Nate Anderson is a racist, then goes ahead to show victims, who arent bold enough to reveal their names.

We are 100% that Nate Anderson isn’t a racist, and that this video was produced by Uber’s competitor. So over and above bribing journalists, this notorious competitor is trying to subliminally-influence us into a hate campaign against Uber with a bunch of third-rate workers? Pathetic!

We’d like to advise comfort zone-corporates who have thrived in this toxic and skewed business environment which doesn’t accommodate merit, but only rigs standards to create an illusion of success, that the digital-era is here, where even a bedroom start-up can conquer the world.

Watch this mediocre video produced by Uber’s competitor, a leading telecommunication firm notorious for bribing Business journalists, and witness first-hand the corporate mediocrity in Nairobi.

Caption: Protestors in London call on Vodafone to investigate Bob Collymore on allegations of corruption and fraud.

Along the sidelines on the on-going international conference against corruption in London convened by British Prime Minister David Cameron, protesters and individuals of goodwill held up banners calling for Vodafone to investigate Mr. Bob Collymore with a view to sacking him.

Mr. Collymore was barred from attending the London Conference last week by Vodafone, after this website leaked excerpts from a damning KPMG Audit Report, which implicated Bob and nearly all senior staff in grand corruption.

Collymore was due to attend and speak at the London conference, in his capacity as the so-called “private sector champion” against corruption in East Africa, but the plug was pulled after it emerged that he has been participating in the very vice that he purports to fight against. He was replaced as a speaker by the CEO of Unilever.

It is now becoming evident that when Bob Collymore announced that he was going to blacklist suppliers allegedly linked to corruption, he wanted to intentionally block those who did not toe his line and offer either handsome kickbacks or stakes in their companies.

Matters are further compounded by the fact that media in Kenya is already compromised by the money that Safaricom uses to advertise. Others are intimidated by his links to Statehouse, as he is an advisor to President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Bob Collymore has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, beginning with a controversial wedding to a woman who was said to have been in a previous marriage. He has also been under the radar after a suspect deal where Safaricom was tasked with the Nairobi integrated security CCTV system, which turned out to be a fraud that doesn’t work.

He has been accused of using his position to reward cronies and sycophants, largely single-sourcing and not basing his suppliers on merit. He has been said to meddle in nearly every facet of the company, planting his loyalists and only working with vendors who promise him and his lieutenants kickbacks.

The culture of demanding bribes by senior Safaricom staffers begun during the tenure of Michael Joseph who was popularly referred to as “Mr. 10%” in Nairobi circles. Every vendors had to part with 10% of the value of contract, many being forced to adjust cost of goods and services upwards, to meet this deficit.

Bob Collymore has now gone ahead and demanded stakes in companies that are supplying Safaricom, through a network of proxies. The reason why companies like Huawei were single-sourced for large contracts, despite competitors offering an even more superior product.

The latest dossier implicated ScanGroup who are said to have delivered late on various components a whopping 10 times, a matter that Safaricom never raised issue with.

Only two days ago, Safaricom suspiciously “split” ScanGroup’s massive 2.1 billion tender into two, incorporating Saracen who will now be the media buyer for Safaricom. The process was undertaken after the audit revealed massive discrepancies in the manner with which ScanGroup was appointed, yet Transcend Media had topped all technical and financial evaluations

image

Caption: Newspaper article which was suspiciously low-key, announcing the split of ScanGroup’s business to a competitor, that was announced 2-days ago.

The question is, why did Safaricom have to wait for the KPMG audit, in-order to split the ScanGroup contract? Did they just wake up and realise that the contract was too big for one party to execute, and the existence of overlapping conflicts of interests?

Clearly Bob Collymore and every senior manager in Safaricom need to go. And protesters in London are hoping to get the attention of Vodafone officials, plus investigators at the Serious Fraud Office (SFO).

Today, the entire country has been shamed by the actions of one psychotic bastard, who hung onto a helicopter.

The man who hung onto the chopper carrying Jacob Juma’s body, got injured as his bizarre actions further mortified Jacob Juma, making him continue trending far beyond what his killers had expected.

Without a shadow of doubt, Jubilee killed him because they didn’t immediately offer condolences, nor distance themselves from his allegations.

Deputy President William Ruto has been at pains to explain why he took so long to even comment on his abnormal delay in distancing himself or meeting the family.

Those who killed him, imagined that we are in the Moi era where summary executions and extra-judicial killings will be covered up by a partisan media.

However, we are in the social media age ladies and gentlemen. Even William Ruto’s children will forever be hounded by Jacob Juma’s allegations wherever they go.

Remember this Jubilee assasins, that nobody can control a narrative. Once you choose to do something, be prepared for the consequences. And Jacob Juma’s murder won’t surely be in vain.

Whatever that man did, he has a wife and family. He didn’t deserve to be murdered. Jubilee bloggers didn’t need to celebrate his death.

Nobody deserves to be murdered. Jubilee, you have blood on your hands.

Kalenjins Read Mischief In Uhuru/Ruto WADA Debacle

Wario-Amina-555x305

Caption: The old junks that are supposed to spearhead Kenya’s sporting agenda, including former Sports PS James Waweru who stole Kshs. 500 Million using the Kenya House project.

Members of the Kalenjin community who are the key athletes and would largely be the biggest casualties should Kenya be banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency are crying foul over President Uhuru Kenyatta’s and his Deputy William Ruto’s callous manner with which they are handling this case.

On focus is the fact that President Uhuru has dispatched two members from the pastrolist community to discuss weightly matters that will have a longterm effect on Kalenjins.

President Kenyatta in his characteristic emphy-rhetoric signed a faulty bills with much pomp and hype at Statehouse, largely living up to his King of PR title, whilst Solicitor General Njee Muturi together with Sports CS Hassan Wario had made alterations that weren’t conforming with WADA requirements.

Whilst WADA doesn’t want any Government official represented in the local agency, Njee Muturi and Hassan Wario cheekily sneaked in amendments to include Government officials, as if that would have gone unnoticed. They seem to imagine that the mediocrity they run the Kenya Government with is the same nonsense on a global stage.

Because of how Jubilee mandarins were able to bulldoze the International Criminal Court (ICC) into dismissing their charges, Kenyan officials have developed an arrogance on the level of flirting with an athletics ban.

Matters are further compounded by the fact that President Kenyatta and DP Ruto have submitted the fate of the Kalenjin community, to two members of the pastrolist community Hassan Wario and Amina Mohammed who have been scrambled to quickly dash to Canada and rectify what should have been completed months ago.

“Do you see us attending Pastrolist conferences on behalf of the Northerners?” a Kalenjin asked. “Why is Uhuru trying to insult our intelligence? What interest does the President have in Kenya being banned by WADA?” he posed.

In 2002, it will be remembered that Kenya was banned from hosting the prestigious Safari Rally by FIA, after the Government failed to pay a measly Kshs. 1.5 Million affiliation fee. President Uhuru Kenyatta was by then an influential cabinet member in the Moi regime, and he was privy to all these details, yet he oversaw Kenya’s exit from the world rallying platform.

Safari Rally gave Kenya a lot of publicity and foreign investment as the television footage would capture the beauty and splendour of the country, concurrent with the racing cars. Losing it was a big blow to Kenya.

And almost 15 years later, President Uhuru has flirted with a doping ban, whilst being cheered on by his Deputy who hails from the community that lives and benefits from Athletics.

These are two individuals who care less about the plight of ordinary Kenyans because their main interest is power, not the well-being of citizens. Reason why members of the Kalenjin community feel insulted by Jubilee for dispatching two members of the pastrolist community, who know no value of athletics to the country and can afford to play around with people’s livelihoods.

Other than a few forward thinking Kalenjins who can detect the implications of a ban on their community, many like blogger Abraham Mutai together with journalists from Kass FM are still campaigning for DP Ruto, oblivious to the catastrophe that’s facing them, should the ban be effected.

Other officials like DP Ruto’s pointman and NYS thief Kipchumba Murkomen are busy being engaged in porn scandals , whilst the future of their community has been conceded to two pastrolists who have little or no interest in Athletics and sports in general.

They claim they are “youthful” leaders but these are just power-hungry crooks, out only to fill their pockets with looted taxpayer money.

The Dangers Of A Maina Kageni Endorsement

maina-kageni

Caption: Maina Kageni in one of the dubious land-marketing adverts. He has conditioned simple 8-4-4 educated minds into buying rural land at Nairobi prices, while toying around with their aspirational greed.

Celebrated radio host Maina Kageni known to use subliminal messaging while endorsing brands to his large audience and fanbase. He is especially popular with women, who tend to believe his editorial content largely favours them.

Maina Kageni has been known to work with companies to sell land, by creating a fake or generic hype and manipulating the costs. Gullible Kenyans who have made Maina a must-listen, then fall prey into the conniving schemes and end up being extorted, buying cheap land at very exorbitant prices.

Property Reality Inc. and Thika Greens Limited are some of the land projects that Maina Kageni has hyped out of proportion, where gullible Nairobians have been duped into buying rural land at Nairobi prices. Many of these projects may take a 20-year lifespan to complete, and with the inevitable housing market crash, the buyers will remain shortchanged because the value of their investment will greatly depreciate once the property market bursts under the weight of fake publicity stunts and grossly overstated prices.

It is this culture of Kenyans trusting anything that appears on the mainstream media that has seen even the political structure being tainted, because people now vote for those who bribe Daystar journalists the most, and not those who have something to offer the country.

Maina Kageni has also made two other prominent endorsements, for those who can spare a minute to remember. He has endorsed both Tamasha/Buffet Park which was once his local spot, and also Galileo Bar where the owner is his close friend.

Whilst the messaging is not outrightly direct, it’s layered with a lot of gibberish and he would accidentally throw in the names of the aforementioned establishments in between random conversations during his toxic morning shows.

Afterwards, the 8-4-4 educated simple minds would take the bait, and mistakenly assume that the establishments are the place to be, and many throng the joints.

Many of you will be shocked to know that both establishments have since shut down, Tamasha earlier in the year while Galileo more recently this week. Because the moment Maina Kageni stops endorsing your joint, you’re headed for trouble.

Galileo was largely patronised by Jubilee thugs who never missed the opportunity to posture and grand-stand on how President Kenyatta has awarded them tenders and hooked them up with shoddy deals.

Speculation is rife that Maina Kageni now owns Malibu, that’s off Uhuru Highway next to Nakumatt Mega, as he has been publicising it on radio as  often as he can. The overlapping conflicts of interests in his modus operandi are nauseating to say the least, and it’s a pity that Patrick Quarcoo cannot sack him because his radio station and media empire would collapse without Maina Kageni.

If you would not like your establishment or land project to collapse or stall like everything Maina Kageni has touched with his cursed hands, we’d advise you not to pursue his endorsement.

Uhuru and Ruto: Sensitive Thugs Who Just Need Hugs

rutoandkenyatta

Everyone in Kenya has an idea that William Ruto murdered Jacob Juma. And being a stupid politician, Ruto let the matter spin out of control, without visiting the family, sending condolences or asking police to expedite investigations. We know that he was murdered at a different location and dumped at Lenana Road as a cover-up, by the police hit-squad known as KweKwe.

KweKwe is a notorious squad within the Police that doesn’t get instructions from the Inspector General of Police Julius Boinett. Infact, Boinnet doesn’t know the identities of rogue Flying Squad officials. If Boinett were to go against the wishes of the status-quo, the Jubilee leaders would probably use his own KweKwe assasins to eliminate him. They are formed to serve the status-quo, by eliminating what they perceive as “threats” for a fee.

The KweKwe thugs are worse than ordinary criminals because they are highly trained. Their work is simply to eliminate a target and cover it up. In their vehicles, these and other rogue policemen travel with fake weaponry to plant at scenes of crime and distort investigations.

According to senior CORD politicians, KweKwe officers are attached at Pangani spend their days drinking in bars while waiting for their next targets.

Jubilee bloggers had alluded to CORD politicians and neutral bloggers as myself as the next victims of KweKwe’s bullets. We welcome straight policemen to stand up and reveal the identities of KweKwe assasins. So that Jacob Juma’s family can get closure.

Jacob Juma was a blackmailer. He had spent the afternoon at the office of Nairobi Kenya’s No. 1 lawyer Ahmednasir Abdilahi, perhaps seeking legal advise on how to pursue a lead he might have stumbled on, with regards to corruption by the prime suspect in his murder.

He must have telephoned the prime suspect and informed him that he possessed the incriminating evidence, and that he had convened a press conference. And the prime suspect must have scrambled KweKwe to execute Jacob Juma in cold blood.

So we now ask ordinary God-fearing police officers in the Kenya Police Service to expose the identities of KweKwe Squad members, on any channel they so wish. They can even deliver the details to CORD’s Secretariat. KweKwe cannot kill everyone in Kenya so they should also have the mental frame to decline some of these demonic assignments.

Many ICC witnesses were killed or remain missing to date. Those who died didn’t do so out of suicide or other self-induced causes. A whole Minister of Internal Security George Saitoti died when his chopper went down.

One of the common denominators in this toxic Web of deceit and blind ambition is Jimmy Wanjigi. Many claim that he could have planned the whole Juma story to launch his get-back plan on the Government which has denied him deals. He had also supplied the Kenya Police Eurocopter that went down with George Saitoti and Orwa Ojode crushed in.

It’s going to be a long and messy period ahead, as vested interests jostle for the money us taxpayers commit in good faith to the Government. They are killing each other because of our money. Jimmy Wanjigi had once jailed Tony Gachoka and Jeff Koinange for exposing his deals on “The Bench” which shows the power that the man wields. It’s said he controls nearly all security facets of the country, because he is the only one who handles all high-level security contracts.

So for now, Uhuru Kenyatta vs Jimmy Wanjigi is ON! Who will win?

Caption: Quote on exceptionalism by the United States President, whereas in Kenya, the Presidency has entrenched mediocrity, tribalism and bullying of exceptional individuals in the country, a by-product of the flawed 8-4-4 system.

There exists tangible evidence showing that this website is making a difference in Kenya. And despite the fact that both President Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto are fabulously corrupt, many other sectors in Kenya are also in dire need of intervention by way of exposure.

Our hard-hitting opinions are intentionally drafted with a view to disputing constructs propagated by those who control the mainstream media. Doesn’t it baffle you when all mainstream media outlets ran near-identical news articles and editorials without any alternative viewpoint?

This is the reason why we have consistently requested employers to shun graduates from the mediocre Daystar University because the calibre of journalists that have been graduating leave a lot to be desired. Their thinking isn’t analytical. And their output is grossly compromised with little or no research.

Mediocre institutions like Daystar University became an extension of the redundant 8-4-4 system as espoused by the Former President Daniel Arap Moi, who wanted Kenya to be a nation of slaves that follow the paths laid out by the ruling and corporate elite, without question. So journalists have become today’s celebrities and managed to draw focus onto themselves and not the issues at hand.

Tv Channels have even gone ahead to sell sex in a bid to dramatise news, where hoe’s or ladies of suspicious sexual indoctrination masquerading as anchors, use the newsroom as a fashion catwalk, parading their wares to a largely helpless rural mass of Kenyans, contravening every journalistic procedure and glamorising a very serious activity.

All other international news outlets do not show anything below the waist but Kenyan media owners who are should all be in jail, continue to exploit sex appeal in a cheap attempt at driving sales for their key news bulletins. Media owners in Kenya can also be described as perverts for allowing this horrible behaviour to take root in Kenya.

Like we singled out advertising as having died at the hands of the biggest player ScanGroup, where employment is largely based on cronyism or sex, the media establishment has also overseen a general neglect forcing owners to be comfortable with shoving Nigerian movies, Mexican soap-operas and sketchy local programming down our throats. It’s a deliberate effort at dumbing-down the Kenyan population.

Due to the suspicious education being offered in so-called institutions of higher learning, we urge employers who require results to completely do away with the university degree requirement, like large recruiters e.g. Google and Ernst & Young who have announced that degree’s won’t no longer be the main criteria for employment.

Employers need to move from generic human resource algorithms where mediocre HR practitioners like @GicheruGicheru sit in their offices, achieving sexual response by self-stimulation, whilst spending days on end, ranting on social media whilst taunting their would-be future employee’s and pretending to be better/superior than them by using bully-tactics.

Companies need to invest in talent scouts, who go out of their way to search, identify and nurture exceptional talent, without no inhibitions or personal interests, in the same manner that foreign agents scout for the best athletes in the country.

In America for instance, the system has been built to elevate those who are exceptional in any field while in Kenya it’s the opposite. Those who are exceptional in Kenya are largely booed down by pretenders, a by-product of the flawed 8-4-4 system that targeted and criminalised exceptionalism.

President Barack Obama has hosted the most exceptional individuals at the White House, from Hip Hop gurus like Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, to top sports legends like Steph Curry. He has also hosted kids like Ahmed who made a clock, to the blind brilliant Harvard-educated lawyer. In Kenya it’s the direct opposite; Statehouse has become a epicentre of mediocrity that has cemented tribalism, hate-speech and stifled any form of exceptionalism even when it doesn’t threaten the status-quo.

Barack Obama never tires to say that “exceptionalism is what makes America great” something which other countries fail to see. In Kenya we have institutionalised mediocrity that begins from the top and spreads like a malignant cancer to permeate all sectors of the economy. Reason why Kenyan educated human resource is not globally competitive.

May we endeavour to elevate the most exceptional individuals in Kenya. I as Cyprian Nyakundi am exceptional because I have gone out of my way to create this platform for everyone to benefit from, including those who choose to insult and denigrate, in a bid to massage their low self-esteem. It’s a by-product of the 8-4-4 system.

For instance we recently ran a piece about Tusky’s Supermarket and worker’s rights, where an attendant was made to sit for hours on an improvised chair. This is a supermarket chain where siblings are treating the country to petty sideshows instead of increasing the company’s value. We are glad our piece got acted on.
yyy
Caption: Mainstream media in Kenya have been reduced to flower-girls, who react to what has been posted on social media, like this Tusky’s article.

We also ran a piece where we boldly said that the Kenya Government was diverting attention from their corruption using refugee’s as pawns. We cautioned President Uhuru Kenyatta not to blackmail the international community using refugee’s.

Because Uhuru is a serial blunderer who thrives in chaos and disorder, he endorsed every loose-tongue statement that his hopeless Interior CS Joseph Nkaissery has made, showing Kenyans his usual contempt for fact and logic, just as he signed a flawed doping bill into law, whilst assuming that he can arm-twist the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), as they did to the ICC.

We are glad that former Deputy Speaker Farah Maalim picked our cue and called out the Jubilee regime for blackmailing the international community using refugees.

Kenyans on Twitter, a loose assembly that frustrated feminist and bonafide empty-debe Betty Waitherero once tried to hijack by imposing a fake logo, has been burning the midnight oil, trying to locate vehicles reported by the Kenya Revenue Authority as being under investigations.

We keep insisting that Kenya has adequate talent if onlu recruiters stop demanding for sex and mediocre Daystar degree certificates as the primary criteria of employment in top corporate and state agencies.

Most of these vehicles are meant for transit to neighbouring countries but are then diverted to Kenya. Others are sneaked in via open borders. But majority are stolen from England and dumped in Kenya which has been singled out by Interpol as the hub for stolen vehicles from England.

Some of the vehicles have been marked for sale while others are still being driven around Nairobi, a by-product of the impunity that has taken root in the country, since Jubilee thugs took over.

Kenya Revenue Authority has of late failed to meet its target, because in essence the economy is performing poorly. Our greatest export now is corruption, with Governors and the Central Government embarking on widespread looting, supervised by a corruptible Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission boss Halakhe Waqo.

The Judiciary is also riddled with crooks, like the Supreme Court Judges, who have been accepting bribes in order to pass favourable rulings.

Attached is the KRA List and some of the vehicles that have been busted by KOT Investigators.

Caption: Kamlesh Pattni is the biggest Indian crook in Kenya who walks scot free. Instead of Kwekwe shooting him, they killed our brother Jacob Juma. We see you Jubilee!

Kenya has for long been held hostage by thieving Indians who come into the country and abuse our hospitality by taking our kindness for weakness.

Government officials, especially our harlot-politicians get easily intimidated by foreign skin, and jointly register bogus companies with them to swindle the Government in fake tenders.

You will all remember that the Imperial Bank heist was a joint-effort by a cohort of Indian thieves including the Poppat family which is worshipped by senior Government officials. We are told that some of the thieving Indians used the share of the Imperial Bank heist to invest in real estate, using the Pam Golding Properties Group. Halakhe Waqo knows all these crimes and properties but still is bribed to go hush on apprehending these Indian crooks.

Former President Mwai Kibaki stashed his stolen loot in Devki Steel Mills operated by a shadowy Indian, reason why Kibaki’s retirement office was purchased in Nyari Estate where Devki also lives.

Gullible Kenyans were conditioned by 8-4-4 and former President Moi to fear Indians, the reason why thieves like Kamlesh Pattni walks around scot free and even preaches in a church. Instead of KweKwe Squad killing Kamlesh Pattni who burnt Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), they murdered our local hustler Jacob Juma.

Deputy President William Ruto is also said to be working with a network of Indian thieves, reason why Indians run around Nairobi thinking they are untouchable, whilst grabbing land and engaging in fraudulent deals.

Closer home, we also had another Indian crook Heshan de Silva who had captured the imaginations of mediocre Daystar journalists, who allocated acres of airtime to promote his concocted stories. Heshan had partnered with Jubilee thieves like Machel Waikenda to con young Kenyans into buying into his fraudulent schemes.

Heshan was given unlimited airtime by Daystar stalwart Larry Madowo on the trend because the low self-esteemed NTV anchor was intimidated by the white skin and fake accent. This 8-4-4 did not only stifle Kenyans thought process, but also took away their pride.

We now expose some Indian crooks from Parklands Yogeesh Soni and Meetesh Soni who run a company called MeetYog Enterprises Limited. They buy goods on credit and give bouncing cheques. Please beware!

PS: Don’t be surprised to see Larry Madowo interviewing them on “The Trend.”

Relief: Government Finally Caves-In, Agrees To Sack KQ CEO Mbuvi Ngunze

Caption: The Mainstream Media who have been in bed with Kenya Airways CEO Mbuvi Ngunze are too proud to admit that the pilot’s strike forced the sacking of top managers.

After finding his continued stay untenable, Transport CS James Macharia has conceded that they will overhaul Kenya Airways top management in July a move that was precipitated by a pilot’s strike led by members of the Kenya Airline Pilots Association (KALPA).

But the move is being viewed with suspicion, and could be a form of public relations by the pathological liars in the Jubilee Government, because Mbuvi Ngunzes brother is the CEO of Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA) owned by the Kenyatta family.

KALPA members still remind Transport CS James Macharia to stick to the June 1st schedule, because Mbuvi Ngunze is still looting from the National Carrier even as we speak.

You will all remember that KALPA officials led by their Chairman and Secretary General had signed a bogus deal which was declined by members after allegations of bribery emerged.

With the help of this website, forward thinking KALPA members lifted the lid and exposed the officials as frauds, who conspired with Government officials and incompetent senior managers to help bring down Kenya Airways.

President Uhuru Kenyatta is baffling and sometimes confused. He defends Mbuvi Ngunze yet the same thief is bringing down Kenya Airways. He defends Bob Collymore yet Safaricom is being looted by the man from Guyana and his lieutenants. Uhuru then signs a defective doping bill, that will see Kenya banned by the International Olympics Committee (IOC). Surely Kenyans, what does this man Uhuru want with us?

Transport CS James Macharia and Attorney General Githu Muigai had been sent to intimidate pilots into calling off their strike, but they stood firm and game the Government until June 1st to effect the sacking of Mbuvi Ngunze and still maintain that they are sticking to that timeline.

“We know Uhuru’s Government is full of lies and PR-antics and we promise that the next strike will be prolonged if they decided to retain Mbuvi Ngunze for longer than the stipulated period,” pilots told this website.

One of the pilots further urged KALPA members who know the role played by this website during the strike, to help support this blogger keep his platform up, so as to assist other sectors that require such forms of intervention.

“We have realised that we can’t trust mainstream media because they are mouthpieces of corporate and state interests. The last bastion of truth remains blogs like this one, and I encourage my colleagues to contribute to Cyprian Nyakundi’s blog” said one Pilot who requested anonymity.

#FuckThePolice : 1988 Dr. Dre Hit Inspires Powerful Hashtag Against Police Brutality In Kenya

$

Monday the 16th of May 2016 was a dark day in Kenyan history as all the gains that were made in getting rid of a dictator by the name of Daniel Arap Moi, reincarnated and manifested in the most gruesome of images that trended both locally and internationally.

Opposition activists were simply calling for the resignation of the Electoral Commission, which has been marred by a series of corruption scandals, most recent being the “Chicken Gate” scandal, where a British Court has sentenced a firm that was doing fraudulent deals with officials of the electoral body.

Many (apart from the United States Ambassador to Kenya Robert Godec) believe that the commission is not partial, and is involved in systematic rigging processes using its own returning officers, plus manipulating information released via a leading mobile service provider Safaricom, which is also dogged in a fresh scandal.

Kenyans of goodwill took to the streets to protest, in what should have been a routine process as enshrined in their constitution, but the police unleashed the most brutal of attacks against their own citizens.

The irony is that the same Kenyans have been spearheading the fight against corruption, overseen by an incompetent Head of State Uhuru Kenyatta, plus his assassination-linked Deputy William Ruto, who has been in the news for allegedly masterminding the death of Jacob Juma, a top businessman in the country.

Kenyans have been fighting against corruption, a vice that has equally denied police their rights, with many working long hours without equal financial recompense. Many police officers also have to bear with the indignity of sharing flats with colleagues, meaning two families share one room, separated only by a bed-sheet.

The police in Kenya have also been denied the right to a union, and instead have a Savings and Credit Cooperative, which is headed by thieves that engage in corrupt scandals. The irony is that instead of improving police welfare, the Government has embarked on big purchases so as to line pockets of suppliers, like the CCTV project and the recent acquisition of crowd control vehicles.

The Kenyan Police have got to be the dumbest creatures on planet earth, as they were busy victimising and brutalising Kenyans who have been busy agitating for their rights. Indeed, we now understand that Kenya Police are worse than criminals or terrorists.

These Kenyan Policemen are the same nincompoops who instead of going to save students at the Garissa University last year during a terrorist attack, instead using their official aircraft to ferry the daughters of the Police Airwing boss, whom blogger Robert Alai has been doing PR for.

Tired of the brutal violence, sexual assault, rape and selective application of justice by the police, citizens of Kenya would now like to welcome other citizens of the world in condemning the attack on citizens by police, who instead of arresting those who may have committed a crime, resorted to instead kill and maim right infront of the camera’s.

We ask the Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPOA) to immediately interdict the policemen caught on camera maiming Kenyans, and have them suspended and names presented to the public. Without their uniforms and state-issued weapons, we would like to confront those cowards.

The attacks on civilians by those who are supposed to protect them, shows that the police are the criminals who way-lay motorists or individuals going about their businesses. These are thieves not police officers.

“Fuck the Police” was a protest song by the gangsta rap group N.W.A that appears on the album Straight Outta Compton as well as on the N.W.A’s Greatest Hits compilation. Protesting police brutality and racial profiling, its lyrics express approval of violence against police. It highlights many of the tensions between black urban youth and the police.

In 1996, during massive opposition street protests in Belgrade, former Yugoslavia, “Fuck the Police”, along with Public Enemy’s “Fight the Power” was continually played for 2 days on a Belgrade American-funded radio station B92.

With this hashtag #FuckThePolice, we are simply following the cue of our Black American brothers who have transgressed from physical confrontation to art and music in the struggle against police brutality.

The Kenya Police will not maim taxpayers who pay their salaries. Those simple cops should be arrested and lynched by members of the public for not only disregarding our constitution, but tainting the image of Kenya internationally.

Join us as we #FuckThePolice

Below are photos showing the brutality of Kenyan Police, who instead of arresting those who may have broken the law, opted to maim and kill. These same useless policemen are nowhere to be seen during terror attacks or criminal acts.

We call on Kenyans to stand firm against police brutality.

#SoGoneChallenge Tiny Comparison Of Distance Between Our Mediocrity & The Modern World

We continue to force down the fact that 8-4-4 is a flawed system created by retarded and retired President Moi to dumb-down the country and turn citizens into dysfunctional robots, who serve the ruling and corporate class as servants. Reason why on their idle time, many Kenyans prefer to discuss about other people’s wealth and achievements, instead of focussing on their own.

Secondly, religion has been interwoven within the 8-4-4 curriculum, meaning that students are forced to attend pastoral sessions. When intertwined with education, the hybrid of Moi’s stupidity demonised students that were exceptional especially in the arts. Those who could sing, act, draw, and the likes were bullied by their peers who thought that simply because they passed exams, they were the SI unit of intellect.

8-4-4 stifled all co-curricular exploits like sports, because all the free-time in schools was exploited for remedial classes in shit subjects like Mathematics, where mediocre 8-4-4 teachers derived pleasure from robbing the childhood from students. Because teachers had a miserable life while growing up themselves, they opted to extend their misery to students and denied/continued to deny them the freedom to explore the talents and gifts outside books.

Many people claim that Gospel music is popular in Kenya, but the real truth is that it’s largely Gospel musicians who are allowed to visit schools. Students who then lack an avenue to exploit their talents end up being drawn into the Gospel craze as it’s the only outside contact with a co-curricular musical activity during school sessions.

Mediocre parents are happy to concede the burden of raising their children to teachers and house-helps, so that they can live the lives their parents didn’t give them. So they drink every evening, they go out with their boys to play golf on weekends, and on Sundays spend entire days in churches and third-rate outings, not bothering to have one-on-one discussions with their children.

Recently, school fires had become a subject of national concern, where again, the mediocre teachers and even religious leaders had the nerve to blame devil-worship as the root-cause of the fires. Nobody even the Jubilee wankers was proposing the complete scrapping of 8-4-4 which is an outdated model of learning that doesn’t make Kenyans competitive globally.

For instance, visit the UNEP office in Gigiri and see that the Kenyans who work there are largely in low-grade positions. Burundians, Rwandese, etc are very marketable internationally because they’re multi-lingual plus their work-ethic and output especially in positions that require trouble-shooting, is visible.

And until the day you mediocre parents stop agreeing to every delusional proposal by these low self-esteemed teachers who want to deprive your children off their youth, by even embarking on holiday-tuition, the mediocrity will continue.

On Twitter, Chance The Rapper launched the #SoGoneChallenge where he welcomed his fans to freestyle bars using beats from Monica’s 2003 song So Gone. And to freestyle and compose lyrics that rhyme is true intellect, something that’s becoming extinct in Kenya.

I have sampled one from a lady who is rapping about love and her ex-boyfriend which is relevant on two fronts. One shows her intellect and ability to drop bars, while still look decent without showing boobs or booty. The second observation is that she is talking about a real relationship with a boyfriend her age, unlike in Kenya where the “sponsor” scourge has grown exponentially, driven by media personalities who sort of find it funny.

We recently called on employers especially those working in result-oriented firms whereby content generation is evolving everyday, to desist from employing graduates from some select universities which embodied the mantra of the 8-4-4 system in totality. 8-4-4 stifles creativity and impedes intellect, reason why we have dumbed-down masses who get Bribed to vote or are conditioned to engage in post-election violence by radio personalities.

The older generation who went through 7-4-2-3 will admit that they were a better lot of graduates than the crap that’s being churned out from these religious-based universities like Daystar. Just like radical islamism as taught in schools has enabled terrorism to thrive, so has Christianity made students who studied through it, made them one-sided and semi-retarded.

Teachers or lecturers at Daystar would for instance, find the lady in this YouTube video as committing a “sin” due to their religious conviction which gives them the illusion that Christianity is the only religion that makes Christians supreme beings over the rest. Yet the lady is exhibiting intense creativity, artistic expression and intellect. And she is doing this from her bedroom.

Today I was saddened to see someone with a degree walking around the streets with a big banner begging for employment, yet he has an accounting degree with a CPA-4. Our mediocre universities train students for employment and not necessarily incubating the next thinkers, inventors, innovators and the likes.

You can either choose to insult me, or you can atleast admit that you’re products of a flawed education system, and thus take the necessary steps to safeguard the future generations from Moi’s mediocre 8-4-4 system. Otherwise prepare for schools getting burnt every term.

Watch this video shot by a teen, and tell me if our education system can churn out such talent. It can’t!

Kenya Power MD Ben Chumo Ignored This Report So That He Can Continue Looting

Caption: President Uhuru Kenyatta with Kenya Power MD Ben Chumo at Chumo son’s wedding . The corrupt Chumo has looted KPLC to the ground but nothing can be done to him because he is Uhuru’s friend. They are partners in crime.

Recently we have zeroed in on institutional-stupidity by Government officials as being the root-cause of the country’s problems. For instance, we noted that Muhammad Swazuri has been running a cartel that steals land, making Kenya unattractive to bother local and international investors. Indeed, the Land Commission is an unnecessary baggage that parliament brought on us, in their characteristic simple-mind modus operandi of thinking every problem in Kenya will be solved by legislation and constituting a commission.

Kenya remains unattractive to investors also largely in part due to the high power costs. Kenya Power, a monopoly run by thieves who grossly inflate power prices, has consistently failed to rise to the occasion and read the mood of the nation and readjust power tariffs. Because what is the cost of producing hydroelectric/geothermal power, other than the one-off cost of turbine acquisition?

Instead of idiots like Ben Chumo trying to undo the damage that was caused by the thievery of Julie Gichuru’s father-in-law Samuel Gichuru, he is an extension of the stupidity that ran the country during the Moi-era. For instance Chumo was handed this report over a year ago, and he is yet to implement it, for fear that it will curtail the loopholes he exploits to embezzle funds.

Kenya is run by a bunch of retards in nearly every sector, who cannot do the right thing for the sake of posterity.

CONDITIONS OF FIELD EMPLOYEES OF KENYA POWER: CASE IN POINT; METER READERS AND DISCONNECTION TEAMS

INTRODUCTION:

The challenges that customer service employees undergo in the field of their duties is massive. The shocking part is that many of the supervisors don’t tend to see them as genuine and all the blame is usually directed to the members of the team. Most Field Technicians feel they are not fully engaged in the performance of the company. Engaged employees form the heartbeat of the company which increases the productivity, profitability and customer ratings, less turnover and absenteeism. More so to mention, customer service is the pillar that bring to life Kenya Power.

Managers who focus on their employee’s strengths can practically eliminate active disengagement and double the average of workers engaged nationwide.

The primary aim of this report was to gather employee’s general perception of their job as Kenya Power employees and also to provide an overview to the top management of what really is going on at the core of the company’s operations.

The report also provided an opportunity to collect information about the work experiences and demographic characteristics of the Kenya Power workforce.

SIGNIFICANCE

This study carried over a long period of time, (2013-2016); with real time field trips and interviews has the explanations and answers on what goes on in this discipline. This documented challenges also tend to explain and observe the reasons why there is poor revenue collection within the organization.  If the findings are to be further investigated and resolved, revenue collection would increase by double digits in less than one year.

It is also for this study that I tend to explain to the senior management team the real issues affecting Kenya Power with regards to meter reading department.

The study was conducted without prior notification to the company and without any sponsorship whatsoever to the relevant offices within the organization. It is a study conducted by myself covering the regions of Nairobi, Naivasha, Kapsabet, Machakos and Kitale on self-sponsorship.

Key Positive Findings

A few strengths were identified including:

The highest scoring concept was the belief that there will be better contract terms offered by the company among the 3-6 months’ contract employees despite the fact that most of them have had these contracts renewed for the past +6 years.

Other notable issues were the performance of these members: They keep going; they keep working no matter the conditions and challenges they face in the field and in the Office mainly.

Objectives

The objectives are:

1. Find and explain ways to Increase two-way communication between supervisors and employees and divert from the norm of one-way communication.

2. Explain ways to Increase efficiency in terms of customer satisfaction and customer relations to employees of Kenya power.

3. Clarify mission, goals, responsibilities, priorities and expectations

4. Identify and note down ways resolve performance problems

5. Recognize quality performance, which in the observations, tend to have been sidelined.

6. Enumerate a basis for administrative decisions such as promotions, succession and strategic planning, and pay for performance.

Scope of the study. This study was limited to the perceptions of full-time employees as to the negative effects that stress has on work performance and the steps that employers are taking to manage them. For the purpose of this study, what constitutes full-time employment is defined by the employer.  This study was restricted to employees operating in Nairobi, Naivasha and Kitale areas.  Nairobi area encompasses Northern and Southern regions.  Naivasha consists of the Naivasha town to regions close to Narok and Juja Road. Kitale area consists of Kitale town, running across Endebess area, Soy Mining, Kapomboi, Kapsitwet, Kobos, Kanyarkwat, Marinda, Kwanza, Maridadi, Namanjalala and Meza areas. For the purpose of this study, conditions and challenges the workforce faces can be termed as “STRESS”, which is defined as disruptive or disquieting influences that negatively affect an individual in the workplace.

Review of Related Literature Barden (2001), a freelance writer specializing in health care and a former managing editor of Commerce and Health, stated the importance of wellness programs and gave specific examples of corporations that are successfully implementing   such programs.  The Morrison Company currently saves $8.33 for every dollar spent on wellness by offering programs such as weight loss, exercise, and back care.  Axon Petroleum estimates that wellness programs will save $1.6 million each year in health care costs for its 650 employees.  In addition to Morrison and Axon Petroleum, Barden cited the savings for six other companies.  According to the Wellness Bureau of America, the success of these companies offers concrete proof that wellness programs pay off by lowering health care costs, reducing absenteeism, and increasing productivity.

Foster (2002), a professional speaker on stress-management, surveyed mid- level managers and found stress to be a major determinant in worker productivity.  According to the study, the primary areas affected by stress are employee morale, absenteeism, and decision making abilities.  By recognizing that a problem exists and by addressing the issue, managers can reduce stressful activities and increase worker performance in the business organization.

Harrold and Wayland (2002) reported that increasing stress affects morale, productivity, organizational efficiency, absenteeism, and profitability for both individuals and the organization. The problem for businesses today is knowing how to determine stressful areas in their organizations and how to use constructive confrontation methods to reduce stress and improve efficiency.  According to the authors, organizations that make a positive effort to deal with stress not only help build trust among their employees, but also increase the productivity of their employees and the organization as a whole.

Maurer (2002) stated that stress-induced illnesses are prevalent in the workplace today, and stress is the problem of the sufferer and the employer.  Stress causes absenteeism and can lead to other problems such as drug addiction, alcoholism, depression, and poor job performance.  According to Maurer, the annual Barlow Corporation Forum on Human Resource Issues and Trends reported that large numbers of companies noticed severe levels of stress exhibited by employees.  The forum’s panelists agreed that more needed to be done in the workplace to help employees manage stress.  Some of the suggestions were to expand wellness programs, offer stress-management seminars, and teach staff how to balance work and family life. Maurer also noted that Olympic TeamTech, a computer management company, has dealt with employee stress by providing training programs, monitoring employee concerns, and meeting once a month to be proactive instead of reactive.  Olympic TeamTech’s turnover is less than the industry average.

Schorr (2001), a stress-management consultant, stated that stress causes problems in the workplace which negatively affect employee health and organizational productivity.  Stress can lead to problems such as job dissatisfaction, alcoholism, absenteeism, physical ailments, and poor job performance.  If managers know how to prevent and cope with stress, productivity can be increased.  Many companies instituted stress-management programs that led to a decline in absenteeism, a decrease in sickness and accident costs, and/or an increase in job performance.  Schorr reported that a stress inventory, available from a stress management program, can assist executives and managers in assessing employee stress.  The inventory can identify the sources of stress, which may include physical elements as well as other factors.  Once these sources have been assessed, the program can provide the necessary skills for coping with the problems, and participants can learn that there are alternative ways of reacting to stress.

Methods of the Study

Source of Data for this study were collected using interviews done during interaction in the work area, meaning data collected was first hand from the field.

Sample Selection, the respondents, involved in this report were employees working in stated areas.  A nonprobability, convenience sampling technique was used to collect primary data.

Limitations of the Study

This study may be limited through the use of interviews and field trips as a data collection instrument because it is time-consuming.

Also, all programs that may be available to employees for managing stress may not have been included in the study.  The study may also be limited by the use of a nonprobability, convenience sampling method.  The sample of employees for the study was chosen for convenience and may not be representative of the total population of employees. Care should be taken when generalizing these findings to the entire population.

Further, lack of resources in conducting this survey was key since not all areas of the country are covered in this report. With time and as I gather more information, I will continue providing more reports on the same.

Finally, the use of simple statistical techniques may introduce an element of subjectivity into the interpretation and analysis of the data.  All attempts have been made to minimize the effects of these limitations on the study.

Potential constraints on performance before discussing performance, always assess the potential constraints on performance. Some things to look for:

  • Lack of proper equipment

  • Sexual harassment

  • Excessive workload

  • Inadequate working conditions

  • Inadequate clerical support

  • Absenteeism of key personnel

  • Slowness of action from internal or external sources

  • Inadequate performance of co-workers on whom individual’s work depends

  • Inadequate performance of subordinates or managers.

  • Unclear objectives or performance standards

  • Policy problems

  • Inadequate communication within the organization

  • Pressure from co-workers to limit performance

  • Lack of authority to get things done.

Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendations

Findings

Meter reading department in Kenya power forms the backbone of the operations and all authority given to the company. It is this department that keeps the company going in terms of revenue collection.

With it as the cornerstone of the company, it is a department that has to be well managed, properly observed, perfect communication and persistent and continuous positive appraisals. On the contrary, meter readers have traditionally been treated as people with no cause of work or people who don’t deserve the necessary respect from fellow work mates and customers at large.

A few points can be stated below of the frequent psychological and physical torture that meter readers face in the field and office (Stress):

  • Under staffed/Workload- Meter readers are usually understaffed and they are required to complete works loads of unimaginable proportions. In an occupational setting, dealing with workload can be stressful and serve as a stressor for employees. There are three aspects of workload that can be stressful.

  • Quantitative workload or overload: Having more work to do than can be accomplished comfortably.

  • Qualitative workload: Having work that is too difficult.  Underload: Having work that fails to use a worker’s skills and abilities. (Bachelors’ degree holders reading meters is an underload.)

  • As a work demand, workload is also relevant to the job demands-resources model of stress that suggests that jobs are stressful when demands (e.g., workload) exceed the individual’s resources to deal with them.

Sample Cases to point:

  • Kangundo road, Nairobi South region. The area is vast, semi-arid and lowly populated. A meter reader covers an approximate distance of 3 kilometers between two houses he/she is supposed to take readings from. On average, a single itinerary with approximately 200 meters to be read has to be covered by one-meter reader on foot in a single day. With this figures in play, it becomes impractical for all those readings to be taken. It is either the meter reader has to be out of the place very late in the evening or needs at least 2-3 days to finish the task. The Ruai Office located is supposed to cover the Section from Ruai to slightly past KBC near Kangundo. Believe me, this area is supposed to be covered by only two Individuals. In other words, Only Two people read meters and disconnect this vast coverage. They don’t. Ben Chumo won’t answer to this and quashes any request to have more individuals employed. That whole area, readings are estimated. Wrong bills which Kenyans gladly pay without questioning. Pass by Donholm Station any morning: At the gate you will find people seated waiting for small manual labor from anyone willing to pay them. Interestingly, these individuals are also the ones working as emergency personnel but you would tell because they are always in full Kenya Power gear. Kenya Power teams walk in pairs of two only No matter the kind of jobs they do. This staff have no option but to hire laborers daily to complete a task and pay them from their pockets.

  • Sexual harassment was noted among many female employees who work on Contractual terms of 3-6 months; that supervisors were demanding sexual favors for employment on Permanent terms. Although Kenya is a country that every criminal will immediately call for proof, these ladies tend to talk about this issue mutedly for fear of victimization and/or intimidation. How do you demand for sex to get one’s employment terms changed? The substitute for this for male individuals is a bribe ranging from 50K-100K. A rampant undertaking this is in those offices of Kenya Power-Both Stima Plaza and Electricity House.

  • Kayole, Donholm, Umoja and other densely populated estates: these areas are characterized by very huge populations translating to very many meters to be read. On average, a meter reader has to submit in a single day an average of 1000 readings, sometimes 1300. The Trimble Nomad series sets can’t hold that battery capacity to finish this task in a single day.

  • Site arrival and office departure time-this observation has been made for a period of over two years. The approximate time of departure time from electricity House is 1000Hrs. Average travel time to Kamulu and Joska is 3 hours. This in turn translates to the meter reader starting his/her duties at around midday, works for 2hours and gets picked up again. That is so impractical on efficiency delivery on the part of the meter reader.

  • Why would the supervisors and the entire managerial team stack team members of the meter reading section in one bus and be delivered to the vast Kangundo road for work? I say this because there are so many vehicles on the car yards staying idle, or those responsible demand for pay offs for one to have a car. This is the sole most reason for in efficiency in the section. The bus has to deliver meter readers to Utawala, it has to deliver teams of the disconnection unit, and it has to deliver teams of two different zones of meter reading to both North region and South region along Kangundo road. Every team member travels several Kilometers inwards to the itinerary which he/she is supposed to work. With this case, you will find that these people arrive on site late into the day and they have to be picked up earlier because they are several members. At the end of the day, members have only worked for 2 hours. This questions how Kenya Power makes losses or profits.

 Screen Shot 2016-08-12 at 08.56.43

Caption : Compare and Contrast then be the Judge

This is a customer who pays approximately 100K per month. The interesting thing is that, from that bill, he is supposed to pay 62K for a consumption of 3000 units. The interesting bit is that even on his meter, the readings are nowhere close to the previous reading of 68222-They are at 64000.

    • The aspect of very unruly supervisors who have never stepped foot on site is so discouraging to the meter readers and members of the disconnection unit. Several cases of insult from the supervisors have been reported. Several cases of unjustified prosecution of meter readers.

    • It should also be noted that highly qualified members of this team should not be in the field meter reading. (Underload as stated above). I have few examples I can sight of individuals having 2nd class Honors Degrees in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) that wake up daily to go and read meters. Many more examples of Higher Diploma Individuals who do the same. This are highly qualified individuals who the company needs to keep close. I especially question the employment of individuals who never even completed High school education because Kenyans are competitive and I wouldn’t understand why a learned individual cannot read and write. These illiterate fellows are the Supervisors of Highly trained personnel and we wonder why we aren’t seeing any progress as a country. Let’s not wonder why there is so much jobless youth out here Gambling-It is because institutions like Kenya Power are considering “Family first”, or sex first, no matter your credentials.

    • Harsh climatic conditions- the team operates in conditions that are very harsh. The whole idea of pre-paid meters was corrupted and diverted to business opportunities. I believe the pre-paid metering system was supposed to be placed in areas where it is inaccessible like remote villages and remote areas, but not in township areas like Kayole, Donholm, and Umoja areas. Although the importance of individual differences cannot be ignored, scientific evidence suggests that certain working conditions are stressful to most people. Such evidence argues for a greater emphasis on working conditions as the key source of job stress, and for job redesign as a primary prevention strategy.

    • I have with me examples of Kenya Power staff members who even lack uniform while on duty. Others have their gear torn out, and they swallow their pride and put these gears on to work every day. A simple lab coat is what they lack. I once asked one why they can’t get gear, rather why can’t his coat be replaced and he had no answer for that. He responded to me a few days later that there is no supply from the stores; an answer he was given by his immediate boss. He is having the same, old lab coat he was given when he was employed in 2012. This is now four years since he was given this single lab coat. (I Will send to you Pictures of staff Uniforms today before you publish This-They are in the field)

    • Illegal connections: have you ever wondered why a whole institution like Kenya Power has failed to curb illegal connections? Despite having armed security teams? It is because the task of reporting illegal connections and/ or tampering cases is tasked with meter readers and not a single day will go by without them finding cases. Apparently these illegal connections are sanctioned by managerial staff sitting in high offices of the institution. I have practical examples of Meter readers coming across these illegal connections and if they report the cases, it turns against them and they are threatened to be sacked. Ask yourself why when there is a fault on a transformer in the Ghettos it is replaced with immediate urgency unlike a fault occurring in a residential estate or industrial estate. Because every downtime of a transformer in the ghetto means that someone (Supervisor, manager etc.) loses money from these individuals. We have examples of ghetto transformers being replaced on a record two hours after fault-And the same ghetto has under 10 registered accounts. How?? Meter readers can’t report this. They will be intimidated and/ or sacked.

    • With me also are examples of individuals with very high qualifications of degrees in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, who have been waking up every morning to read meters. There have been internal advertisements of the possible opening of even technicians, which they do apply for, but the selection process is incomprehensible. These individuals feel they are victims of systematic harassment from their immediate bosses. These omissions of a specific set of individuals have created very intimidating and oppressive working environments for such highly qualified professionals. Many of their colleagues with lower qualifications are promoted and are employed on a permanent basis while the said, highly qualified are left out of selection despite the fact they went through the interviews. It’s not fair for them. This is not what a corporate entity like Kenya Power should practice. We need to question why There are frequent blackouts, deadlier that we lose power countrywide. It’s also good to note that many are demoralized in the line of duty, I know of a few who quit without even writing a letter to indicate so, I know of others who are planning to quit before their 6 Months contracts come to an end. This people are not allowed to join the Kenya Power Union or even any Union of employees in Kenya-They are on their Own-They can’t complain of Anything-They can’t report Anything-They can’t access Anything-Not a soft Loan-Nothing-It is criminal to do so and you are immediately sacked. These allegations are true. This Is happening in a monopolist institution in 2016!

    • Bullying in the workplace can also contribute to stress. This can be broken down into five different categories:

      • Threat to profession status

      • Threat to personal status

      • Isolation/or hostile environments.

      • Sexual Harassment.

Case Example: Many of these individuals complain about this; for example, after a site work, the individual is expected to submit the readings collected, and this is done by use of a computer system. The computers are few, and the available ones are more of personal PCs in the office. These members at times have to leave the offices as late as 10 PM because the “owner” of the PC was on YouTube, Facebook watching music and porn.

      • Excess work.

      • Destabilization i.e. lack of credit for work, meaningless tasks, etc. Every meeting that the CEO has with this team is not a meeting: It is an insult to tell them there is nothing they are doing. He repeats this over and over again in every meeting.

This in effect can create a hostile work environment for the employees that, which in turn, can affect their work ethic and contribution to the organization.

Members of the disconnection team are high-ranking officials, who need to be properly appraised to effect tangible service delivery. This team is poorly appraised and or paid regarding their monthly allowances and salary. There is a very simple logic to how they work: They take a lot of bribes in the field during their disconnection endeavors. A salary of Kshs. 15, 000, which he uses to pay for daily bus fare to work, pay rent, eat, school fees and everything. His/her life is anchored on that Kshs.15, 000. By default, he/she will take bribes in the field because the code of ethics has failed all the way from the employer.  Many of them complain of the medical allowances they have on their cards. Research also showed that they get a maximum of Kshs. 5,000 as their medical allowances and hospitals that accept these cards are expensive that they can’t even afford a one-off treatment. A list of hospitals circulated by the company shows that a one off treatment costs an excess of Kshs. 8000. You wonder why a pre-loaded card with Kshs. 5000.

      • Members of the disconnection team, some of them have to buy their equipment like climbing gear.

      • Members of the disconnection team never complete their monthly allocated jobs because they have to cover very large areas that are impractical.

      • They operate under very harsh weather conditions. Case in Point, Kitale region: frequent downpour, no vehicles, just a motorbike rendering a vast area inaccessible yet they have to deliver, at least as the supervisors want. Kapsabet was also noted to have the same characteristics. Sampling theorem from the two regions clearly shows that this problem is countrywide. Think of areas like Wajir, Lodwar etc.

It should also be noted that most of the stress levels in meter readers are a shared common to those in the disconnection team.

Kikuyu Council of Elders Should Publicly Apologise For This Sham Of A Mockery By Two Ratchets

It’s preposterous! Two Kikuyu women plus an unknown accomplice who is filming them, have put an entire community to shame.

Their horrible attempt at twerking may have caused Mugo wa Kibiru to turn in his grave because of the injustices committed and shared with the world.

We have always said that the Kikuyu community lacks culture, rhythm, color and diversity because they always listen and follow what their “muthamaki” says.

Kikuyu women are terrible cooks, often putting potatoes in every meal; including the food for thought.

With the amount of noise Kikuyu women generate on mainstream media, one would think that they are exceptionally great in bed. But complaints reaching this newsroom indicates that they’re awful, demanding more than they’re willing to concede.

When it comes to lacing drinks with “rice” or “pishori” Kikuyu women are legendary. Many a Kikuyu man have fallen victim to the Kikuyu Ratchets who lace drinks and look everything including wallets, cellphones and the likes.

It’s time Kikuyu men tamed their women. We don’t want to see such disturbing images coming to out wires.

We recently saw Kikuyu Council of Elders Chairman Wachira wa Kiago releasing a statement with regards to Eugene Wamalwa. Why dont you first clean up your house Mr. Wachira? Tame Kikuyu bitches who are everything that’s wrong with this society.

They’re the gold-diggers, drink-spikers, divorcee’s, husband-beaters, potato cooking on every meal, and the likes.

Change your ways Kikuyu women. Because this video is a travesty! An embarrassment to the nation.

Bootleg Jameson: This Is The Reason Why You’re Having A Hangover From Hell

CAPTION: Jameson counterfeits which were impounded at an illegal-distillery in Nairobi.

If there’s a product that has been counterfeited in Kenya, it has got to be Jameson. These days, Kenyans have started giving the drink a wide-berth due to the hangovers it precipitates.

The truth is that 60% of the Jameson in the market is Chang’aa which has been distilled in counterfeit outfits, many located in the Kariobangi area of Nairobi.

Due to lax enforcement of Standards, the drink is largely compromised which is the reason why many of you spend an entireSunday like today in bed, nursing a hangover, instead of being productive and visiting the outdoors like the museum, parks, giraffe center, etc.

This alcoholism-culture has drained the life out of Kenyans. You’re just a bunch of idiots that have no life in you. You don’t attend plays, don’t engage in sporting activities, don’t interact in settings outside bars; basically you’re just a bunch of sitting ducks.

But what if the Government largely comprising of stupid and retarded old men, re-thought their engagements with these cottage industries? I mean if people in Kariobangi can can make a near identical drink like Jameson, what more can they achieve if they were supported, trained, equipped, funded?

But the problem is this Government is littered with idiots who cannot use the white matter in their heads for its intended purpose. Their first instinctive reaction is to raid such distilleries and have them shut-down.

Government in Kenya largely preoccupies itself with frustrating efforts by independent creatives and entrepreneurs, due to their demonic obsession with foreign investors. Neo-colonialism.

But we all know that East African Breweries Limited (EABL) dispatched a delegation to Statehouse, imploring on the powers that be, to shut down the so-called 2nd generation brewers in counties, because they were threatening their business and bottom-line.

And Uhuru, being a neo-colonised bootlicker was only happy to dispatch MPigs to raid factories, which are big investments acquired abroad, so as to impress and make EABL happy.

The idiots who are in this Government are too many. Their reasoning capacity is worser than that of an autistic child. They’re quick to make the business climate favourable for foreign investors, but harass local investors all the time by sending Kenya Revenue Authority to harass them, or Kenya Bureau of Standards to extort them.

We have also seen retarded old pieces of shit like Muhammad Swazuri stealing land by local investors yet he’s an occupant of a constitutional office.

Kenyans arise! We cannot be paying taxes to a Government whose main preoccupation is to frustrate it’s own citizens. And the Government should be exploring ways to elevate our cottage-industries to go regional/global, instead of bootlegging Jameson.

And that can’t be achieved by harassment, intimidation, cheap threats by provincial administration and the likes. A fucked-up Jubilee Government.

Stupid KE Journalists: Nobody Asked Mya, Ginuwine & 112 About Their Political Stand

If you search Twitter about the recent visit by musicians Mya, 112 and Ginuwine, you’ll see the true extent that Daystar has contributed in fanning mediocrity in the Kenyan media and by extension, the Kenyan society. Many media houses and “alternative” blogs like Nairobi News and Mpasho (all being online extensions of mainstream media mediocrity) are focusing on Chris Kirubi’s invitation to Mya on a date, in what clearly looks like a Dam, but is being referred to as a lake.

We have for long spoken about the lack of global awareness by Kenyans, who prefer to spend their days tuning in to radios that play shit music, and listen to pathetic commentary by retarded radio show hosts, whose only agenda is to promote consumerism and dumb-down the general population by glorifying materialism.

We have asked Kenyans who want to be in-sync with the rest of humanity, to totally avoid any association with mainstream media operatives in Kenya, because they’re honestly extremely dumb beyond measure. Their inherent stupidity is contagious and those who associate with or lend them their ears, stand the risk of also being lumped up in the same cycle of stupidity.

For instance, America is at a cross-roads right about now. Black Lives Matter is a grassroot movement started in Ferguson Michigan after the killing of an unarmed black boy called Trayvon Martin. The movement has gained traction and is now being endorsed by many performers, the most prominent being Beyonce whose currently on tour for her “Formation” album, which features dedications to the movement.

Secondly, America is in the middle of a bruising elections pitting Donald Trump vs Hilary Clinton, both of whom subscribe to different political ideologies which will ultimately have an impact on America’s foreign-policy. This will directly affect the entire world as the United States is a global trend-setter and when they sneeze, the rest of the world catches a cold.

Thirdly, Mya has just been hob-nobbing around night-spots, after their aggressive and creative owners went out of their way to draft her for photographs with their loyal patrons and customers. The imbeciles at Brand Kenya Board and Kenya Tourism Board starting with the overrated Julie Gichuru haven’t thought about engaging Mya as a brand ambassador for our country and our products. By now, she should be posting Instagram pictures of her watching Olympics and cheering Kenyan athletes. She won’t do it for free though.

mya2
Caption: musician Mya in the company of owners of Kiza restaurant and lounge. courtesy Kiza Facebook Page.
So why is our tax money being used to fund sterile boards like BKB and KTB? Are we paying salaries for basic bitches like Julie Gichuru to self-actualise or serve the nation? While other countries are effectively using online influencers and prominent personalities to market, in Kenya, these institutional retards like Chris Kirubi who chairs the Brand Kenya Board only wants to have sex with Mya? Had he tweeted Mya that he wants her to endorse Kenya as an ambassador, would she have declined? Why must we objectify women? Why can’t that old asshole see Mya as an asset who can benefit the country?

And its pathetic because we have seen countries like South Africa engage bloggers like Joy Kendi to promote their country. So why should the dumbest assholes head the most important institutions in Kenya?

mya3
Caption: Joy Kenya as part of influencers marketing South Africa. Meanwhile KTB and Brand Kenya want to retain same model of marketing in tourism fairs, so that they can travel and earn par-diem at the Taxpayers expense. It’s what happens with you have a retarded fagget like Najib Balala as Tourism Cabinet Secretary.
The old assholes who are directors of Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA), the Tea Board of Kenya or even the makers of tea brands like Kericho Gold haven’t snapped the opportunity to have the beautiful Mya endorse Kenyan tea and be an ambassador of our tea in the United States. Remember that Diageo, drafted hip-hop legend P-Diddy as an ambassador of their brand Ciroc Vodka, a partnership that drove up the sales of the drink even globally.

It all boils down to the media, the Kenyan set-up and the institutional stupidity that has been entrenched in Kenya by the 8-4-4 education system which was a brainchild of the retarded former President of Kenya Daniel Toroitich arap Moi. People are genuinely dumb in Kenya, and they make no effort to hide that fact. And it also seems that the system is wired to block those who have some brains and can help elevate the country to the next level.

This is the reason why you will see the biggest advertising agency Scanad releasing the most pathetic advertisements, because employment in that public company isn’t based on merit but on who is having sex with the bosses.

Why are corporates continuing to give huge contracts to these shit advertising agencies who don’t even sponsor events and concerts but instead choke our airwaves with shit adverts? Can’t corporates read the signs of the times? If a small outfit like PRC can draft good artists like Mya, 112 and Ginuwine, yet East African Brewing Limited (EABL) isn’t interested to bring us Jay Z or Kanye West simply because the brand managers or CEO wants a bribe, then they’re clearly going to find themselves stranded in the boulevard of mediocrity like mainstream media.

Expounding on the same, mainstream media still hasn’t caught the drift on how Kenyans have started disassociation with them. For instance, concert/event promoters are utilising social media 100% to hype and sell their events. Nobody is using mainstream media to hype their event. And this is only the beginning. Going by the precedent set with the advent of for instance mobile money, which almost crippled the banking sector, or a online betting which is the craze in Kenya, media will become totally irrelevant once smartphones become cheap and accessible to rural Kenyans.

Your stupidity of hiring third-rate journalists from mediocre religious-based institutions of “higher” learning, who can’t even conduct interviews from a global perspective, will be the end of your media houses dear media owners.

I was just about to sign-off then I remembered the town-hall meeting Obama hosted at Kasarani stadium, during his visit to Kenya last year. In the meeting, the “best” brains in Kenya had been selected by the US Ambassador to engage the visiting head of state. Instead of engaging him on matters of geo-political importance which would be a once in a lifetime to pin him down on his foreign policy, the idiots went to solicit for donor funding to support their struggling NGO’s. A real moronic bunch of so-called “activists” whose stupidity is infinite.

mya4
Caption: President Barrack Obama with a collection of kenya’s “top” brains as selected by the US Ambassador. Many were there to solicit for funds for their struggling NGO outfits and gave a horrible representation of Kenya.
This is the sad state-of-affairs in Kenya. We celebrate mediocrity and are even afraid to call it out. Such a shame!

World Exclusive Video: South Sudan Army Commander Sends Direct Threat To Obama

Screen Shot 2016-08-19 at 06.59.18

Blogging in Kenya has started taking shape with sources trusting to air their grievances on social-media than mainstream media, which has become riddled with overworked and underpaid journalists, whose meagre pay has left them susceptible to bribes, coercion and intimidation.

Today, we received a message that can be equated as a direct threat to United State President Barrack Obama, over piling pressure for foreign intervention in the South Sudan crisis.

And as the West mulls military intervention, Kenya continues to play a retrogressive role in fanning the flames of war in the war-torn country, by facilitating the passage of arms via the Mombasa port.

Kenya continues to give safe haven to families and assets of key protagonists in the South Sudan crisis including President Salva Kiir and rebel leader Riek Machar.

Despite the numerous photo ops and media events done at Statehouse Nairobi in the company of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Foreign Affairs CS Amina Abdalla, nothing seems to have materialised, and the war has threatened Kenyan citizens and interests in that Godforsaken country.

For those who may not be in the know, Juba the capital of South Sudan, is what you’d equate to a glorified-village, and despite the fact that the country has immense oil reserves, most of South Sudan’s money is looted by Government officials who invest in property in Kenya, with the help of key real-estate companies Hass Consult and Kight Frank. Instead of building their fucking country, South Sudanese thieves who plunder their coffers invest in ours.

At some point we have to ask ourselves, is a peaceful South Sudan more beneficial to us than a war-torn one? Because while a few establishments like the money-laundering real estate agencies mentioned above are gaining, the potential for small traders and immigrants has diminished.

For instance, we spoke to one of the car-hire businessman in South Sudan from Kenya. He informed us that they have encountered alot of problems in South Sudan and the Kenyan Embassy in Juba has not been of much help.

Since 2013 unrest they have experienced alot of economic hardships due to low business and harassment from the authorities in South Sudan, even as we in Kenya graciously welcome South Sudanese with open arms.

In 2013 they were being targeted because the Kenyan government didn’t send the army to assist the Salva Kiir-led dictatorship as Uganda did. They also raised issues with rebel-leader Riek Machar given a red carpet reception when he visited Kenya. On this current unrest they are saying that the Kenya Government is supporting the sending of protection troops and an arms embargo.

The Kenyans in the transport business are prohibited from picking passengers from the airport. Insecurity is still high as some of Kenyan friends have either lost cars or been robbed.

The Kenyan investors in South Sudan wish to come back to Kenya and continue their business but they can’t because they are not allowed to do business with their cars even after paying the roaduser and insuarance.

The National Transport and Safety Agency (NTSA) chaired by Jubilee wanker Lee Kinyajui and Traffic Police officers are harassing the South Sudan-based Kenyan transporters alot on the roads.

It’s extremely pathetic for them to be paying roaduser and insuarance in Kenya and yet they are not allowed to conduct business with the cars in the country.

The transporters in South Sudan have sent a passionate appeal to Cyprian Nyakundi, to ensure that their message doesn’t get lost, as they have previously tried to contact other bloggers but to no avail.

We are informed that the inflation rate is so bad, and is now at 700%. 1 South Sudan pound was 30ksh but is now 1 Ksh.

Over to you Inspector General Boinnet. Kindly as your traffic officers to stop soliciting bribes from transporters based in South Sudan. They are already having it rough already. You can sack the entire traffic department since they just seem like a bunch of jokers.

Secondly, the Jubilee wanker Lee Kinyanjui should stop charging outrageous levies to Kenyan investors in South Sudan, and also not bar them from working in Kenya. NTSA is now emerging as the parastatal hindering a lot of progress in the country, as we won’t take it lying down.

Attached here is the YouTube video of a South Sudan army commander threatening United States President Barrack Obama. Seems that if not checked, South Sudan may become a breeding ground for terrorists like Libya, now that they have weapons.

As Kenyans, we do support an arms embargo on South Sudan.

Many moons ago, we highlighted the endemic corruption in the JAP CashCow Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) where money is stolen in broad-daylight and without any Investigative agency taking action due to bribes paid out to DCI and EACC officials.

It’s high time Kenyans give Cyprian Nyakundi a good score card. He highlighted this issue on his site over two months ago and now is when mainstream media has picked it up with The Star recently covering the directive from the National Environmental Management Agency (NEMA).

John-Ngumi-GEKNIPTCaption : Kenya Pipeline Company Limited chairman John Ngumi. Crook par Excellence. Ngumi, who always bribes corrupt mainstream media journos is a scum of the earth.

Joe sang and John Ngumi of Kenya Pipeline Company have been bribing corrupt journalists so that they cannot exposed so that the duo can continue to loot kenya pipeline.

This company awarded the above tender EnvironServe did not have capacity to undertake the contract.

The company did not have NEMA license to operate yet Sang was so busy and interested in awarding the tender due to personal interest.

KPC did not have budget allocations. Initial allocation was Kshs. 40 million but due to greed by the psychopaths at Kenya Pipeline, the contract was escalated and inflated to Kshs. 300 million for looters to get kick backs, just like what happened to the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) where an overpriced but sub-standard single-track rail-line, with no electricity cost Kenya a quarter of its GDP.

All staff involved in initial tender evaluation chaired by Lucy Kariuki and members Robert Kamau, Nancy Ndathi and Wilkister Omondi were all transferred from Nairobi after failing to take orders from Joe Sang and his corrupt cartels. They raised all the issues and said no. But corrupt cartels had their way.

Joe Sang should be jailed and all monies paid to that company in the dubious contract recovered from him and all the people who were involved in the tender evaluation, led by his general manager finance Samuel Odoyo and procurement manager Nicholas Gitobu.

ruth

Caption: GDC communication and marketing manager Ruth Musembi . Crook per excellence. Should be at Langata women’s prison.

There is trouble at the Geothermal Development Corporation. Staff in the department of Corporate Communication are up in arms against their manager Ruth Musembi whom they are accusing of fomenting hatred in the department and the company.

Now they have collected signatures demanding that she desists from her devious behaviors. Musembi, a former high school teacher, who last year controversially resigned and was rehired under very unclear circumstances, is accused of high-handedness and disregarding the expertise in the department.

She has hatched a plot to hire a PR agency, suspected to be hers, to run the company’s PR activities when her contract ends in September. She is operating with the impunity of Vivianne Yeda Apopo, the boss at the East African Development Bank (EADB) who has outsourced the Human Resource function of her company to a company she has an interest in.

Now, the department which is bloated with 27 qualified staff has said enough is enough. It is not common to have staff collecting signatures in a corporate environment against their boss, but this one has happened. It is a record of sorts. It is thought that Musembi wants a soft landing in the event that her contract is not renewed.

Staff have however vowed to go to court should she be rehired. The law on public officers demands positions should be advertised and not unilaterally dished out. GDC is having a basketful of troubles ranging from corruption to sexual harassment. The new MD, Johnson Ole Nchoe has promised to clean up the company but observers say he is already charmed by Musembi who is a master boot-licker.

To prove that we are the most transparent blog in Kenya, we hereby attach 3 documents. One is the petition signed by staff calling for the probing of Ruth Musembi. Secondly, we will also attach the Request for Proposals for a Public Relations firm to do the work that an already bloated department of 27 workers can do. And finally, we will also present the Human Resource structure at GDC.

We hope the relevant authorities will move swiftly and rectify this anomaly, failure to which we will relaunch our infamous hashtags against GDC, that saw former CEO Geoffrey Simiyu arrested and charged.

We are the voice of the people!
