Lower-class Kenyans could easily be dismissed as the dumbest segment of the country today. Their stupidity is infinite, or to say in Swahili, ujinga usio na kifani.

For instance, politicians know very well how easy it is to dupe low-class Kenyans in pursuit of votes. They easily bribe them with Kshs. 200 bob and the idiots are swayed by money, forgetting that they will endure the effects of bad governance most.

Look at for instance the fake churches. They easily convince their congregations to “plant a seed” or “drink holy water” for prosperity. Middle-class Kenyans for instance those who attend JCC Church operated by the Kyuna’s, are easily duped to worship money instead of God, committing their payslips to a pastor whose only promoting consumerism.

So in essence, the dumbest Kenyans are on the lower classes of society. Middle-classers are also not seeking to be out-done, as few bother to stay woke. Very few are socially-conscious of their society, the politics and international affairs. Many spend their days watching reality TV shows and posting selfies on social media. Students from these emerging private universities, who were exam-rejects in high-school are probably catching on this trend of 8-4-4’s institutional-stupidity quickest.

Today, I was shocked to receive a WhatsApp video where a commercial sex worker is destroying property, simply because she claims the vehicles’ owner had not financially compensated her for sex services.

Instead of stopping and lynching her, idle smartphone-owning Kenyans were busy filming, laughing and encouraging her to destroy property, as the idiots watched and laughed. Such a bunch of retards.

Instead of taking her to Central Police Station armed with video evidence, the useless Kenyans were busy filming it instead. Now I understand why they watch people being robbed in broad daylight without doing a thing. Kenyans have been dumbed-down by the establishment, with no spirit of brotherhood and compassion.

It’s the reason you see many comments negative directed at me due to this personal initiative of highlighting corruption, yet I’m helping the same bastards that are busy insulting me. 8-4-4 really fucked many of your heads up. Your stupidity is conditioned, and not even God can save you.

Murder In The Mara: Wenjie Li Associate Kills Tourists As Mafia Chinese Operative Is Deported

Moving on, Wenji Li was dramatically deported on Sunday night, and has arrived in China.

As this was happening, another “Li” who acts as a tour-guide/translator for Chinese tourists was arrested yesterday in the Maasai Mara.

Li who is part of the Chinese matrix who owned a racist hotel along Galana Road in Kilimani, was tasked with escorting a Chinese couple visiting Kenya on holiday, to visit the Maasai Mara and witness the Great Wildbeast Migration, happening at around this time of the year.

The translator-cum-tour guide then saw that the couple had a lot of money and jewellery, and he murdered the lady by stabbing her. Her husband is nursing wounds from the heinous attack.  Li has currently been detained at the Narok Police Station

It seems like it’s just another day in the office for mainstream media journalists and editors, soliciting bribes from Government officials and corporate thieves in-order to obscure the truth from Kenyans.

The Ministry of Defense headed by alcoholic Raychelle Omamo awarded the contract Ref. No. MOD/SYS/029/2012/2013 to a firm through direct procurement, at a contract sum of USD.51,584,235.00 on 15 October 2012.
The Ministry accepted that it used direct procurement method because APCs are Security items and are not ‘off the shelve’ items and therefore, have to be tailored and manufactured as per specifications and that the contracted firm is the only entity which could supply APCs being procured in accordance with Section 74 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005.

There is a reason why the Ministry of Defense fights to conceal their purchases claiming “sensitivity” in the purchase-regime, yet their main intention is always to mask their corrupt activities. Whats so sensitive about buying bogus equipment which endangers the lives of Kenyan service-men and women in the line of duty? Just so that Government officials can get bribes and build flats? This is truly a sick country!

The Ministry of Defense has failed to justify the relevance of the initial purchases which were done through restricted tendering as required by Section 133 of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005 for procurement of security items, while the subsequent purchases of the same material were procured through direct procurement method. Although, the Ministry has explained that the firm is the only one which could supply APCs and had been tried and tested by KDF for the supply of the same in a UN Mission to South Sudan, the audit observed that the firm had earlier supplied 32 APCs which had numerous flaws and deficiencies, a confirmation that it was more logical to subject the contract to a competitive bidding process in accordance with the procurement law.

The Department of Defense which is the hub of corruption scandals in the country, was ofcourse involved in a dubious deal, buying third-rate APC’s.

The Ministry of Defence headed by the alcoholic woman Raychelle Omamo did not undertake a market survey as required by Section 8 (3) Z of the Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations, 2006 which states that a procuring entity shall carry out periodic market survey to inform the placing of orders or adjudication by the relevant award committee. Instead, the contracted firm, also interested in winning the contract, purports to have established market prices for APCs which confirmed that its bid prices were cheaper.

It is clear that the tenderprenuer who supplied the Ministry of Defense with bootleg APC’s dictated prices of APCs and usurped the role and responsibilities of the Ministry’s staff. The Kshs.3,982,824,974.46 which has so far been paid is in excess of the prevailing market prices, meaning that Raychelle Omamo together with senior Military figures like Julius Karangi who was the Chief of General Staff by the time of purchase, could have pocketed over Kshs. 2 Billion in that fraudulent acquisition.

Peter Munyiri: An Arrogant Bastard Who Wants A School Closed Because Of Noise.

We were shocked to hear of a Kenyan or rather group of Kenyans, who have petitioned authorities to relocate a school in Karen, because it’s making noise for them. The arrogance and contempt towards young people by the old pompous bastards who think they own the air we breathe, is nauseating.

As a group of young progressive Kenyans, we decided to dig deeper and know more about this Peter Munyiri character, who has mobilised some neighbours to petition for the closure of St. Elizabeth’s school due to noise. I mean, shouldn’t any logical human being with a functional brain welcome the prospect of educated individuals?

Why do residents of Karen seem to imagine that they’re God’s gift to humanity? Because we were also informed that Karen residents petitioned to have Mamba Village stop hosting Blankets and Wine due to noise, which leaves us baffled. Isn’t hosting such events a plus to the neighbourhood? Wouldn’t the value of the land go up?

Karen residents need to get it in their thick heads that living there is not a Guinness record. White settlers moved from there and made another Karen in Nanyuki without making a fuss. Kenyans who stumble into stolen funds and buy houses in karen need to breathe easy. You’re not special species.

Peter Munyiri lives right next to St. Elizabeth Girls Secondary School right behind Karen shopping Centre and he has been pushing for the school to shut down claiming that the children make noise to him and they throw balls in his compound. The wealthy “born again” deacon at Nairobi Pentecostal Church (NPC) valley road is a big land owner in Kajiado and Juja and a real estate mogul hosting supermarkets tenants and Petrol Stations in Ngong town. The school madam and Munyiri went to court.

One would expect that feminists and so-called girl child-activists like Janet Mbugua or the sexually-frustrated Betty Waitherero or the betting guru who’s laundering proceeds of crime Julie Gichuru would be concerned that a girls school is under threat, but we have come to discover that they only heckle when paid by corporates. Never for the sake of public interest, truth or justice. It’s all about the money for them. Such a cosmetic lot.

So who is this Peter Munyiri?

No significant corruption can occur in this country without banks and the NYS Mobsters both in government and in the outside knew this very well and therefore searched the home boy’s networks for a banking system for a business partner who would be willing to facilitate for a fee. They quickly arrived at the hopelessly greedy and restless Peter Munyiri, then Managing Director Family Bank.

Peter Munyiri is a greedy small man with an unbridled ambition for raw power and wealth. He had been hanging around Karen Golf and Country Club hoping to catch the eyes of the power brokers. But without the financial muscles, getting to be noticed or accepted as an equal was a tall order for the skinny but skimming man from Mathira.

As he was craning his neck around town, Munyiri caught the eye of his friend and mate, Benson Gethi from a dusty village in Karatina where they both hailed from. They were on a similar mission, quick and easy money. Benson had connections in government from which they could steal funds and Peter Munyiri had a bank that they could use to launder the stolen funds.

Munyiri hastily introduced Benson Gethi to open fraudulent accounts at the family bank, and the money laundering game commenced. The fraudulent accounts that Munyiri helped open were used to Launder the Billions of poor Kenyans funds from NYS.

As a banker with over 15 years experience, Peter was clearly a key architect of the money laundering scheme and as a senior banker and CEO, There was no way illegal transactions of this magnitude would have taken place without his knowledge. There is also no possibility that a chief executive officer of a bank, Like Family Bank, would naively allow himself to be used and dumped by the political crooks in the NYS saga in the name of collecting deposits for his bank. Peter had joined the party and as part of these connections he quickly got himself a firearm license and today has a gun that he lets anyone who cares to listen to know he has.

Peter Munyiri was the linkman to the politicians and shadowy figures around NYS who would call him directly anytime they needed the looted NYS bucks withdrawn.

All these transactions were done against very crystal clear Central Bank of Kenya prudential guidelines and Peter Munyiri personally authorized them to pass through Family Bank so that the stolen funds would be shared between the involved politicians and the mob. In return, Peter Munyiri as CEO Personally received huge cash payments in brown envelopes as facilitation.

The Multi-Billion money transfers were all illegal as has now been confirmed by government auditors who revealed that nothing had been supplied to NYS. Any serious bank should always ask what the payments are for. In Munyiri’s bank, documentation didn’t matter because Munyiri’s word was the required documentation.

If he hadn’t accepted to be compromised, he wouldn’t have let this blatant theft take place as a senior banker with 15 years experience. Inside the family bank, Munyiri earned the Mr. 10 % title because he always asked for 10% of any fixed amount he facilitated.

This was not the first time Peter Munyiri had been crooked. At Kenya Commercial Bank, Where he was the Deputy CEO to Martin Oduor, and before his attempts to throw out Martin Oduor Exploded, He had micromanaged the Triton Scandal. In the Triton Scandal, Munyiri also received millions of shillings from the now fugitive Devani and an all-expenses paid holiday for himself and his family in Dubai, as a Bonus. The Board at KCB was quick enough to see his schemes. They had to cut short his tenure and paved way for Mr. Joshua Oigara to clean up Peter Munyiri’s mess.

As they worked on NYS looting, to quench his greed, Peter was promised CEO Post at National Bank of Kenya and, therefore, didnt care much about Family Bank sinking since he would make money in the scheme then move his successful looting Career to NBK.

After the explosion of the NYS Scandal, as it is the norm with many officials, many Jumped boat abandoning Munyiri and those in the political world blocked his number and never responded to his messages. The only friend he has is Erastus Mureithi the former MP for Ol Kalou.

Many Celebrated at Family Bank when he was sent packing. Staff bought beers and celebrated his exit. Now oxygen is free for people at Family Bank.

The Biggest question is why EACC is taking too long to arraign Munyiri in court, yet his file is ready, and all evidence shows he was the key architect in the whole theft. He has damaged family bank reputation and should pay for his sins.

Munyiri used the bank for personal gain, and that was not a good example. Was he competing with  those that were stealing from Uchumi?

Peter Munyiri is now running his micro-finance institution after being fired from Family Bank . Why is he using stolen money to run a micro-finance institution as Kenyans watch ? Is this not another pyramid scheme ? Shouldn’t he be in Kamiti?

A man who seems to be called Mutai (not to be confused with Abraham Mutai, the Jubilee blogger) is now making a debut and hitting the National limelight, thanks to his sexual exploits.

Mutai was busted by his wife, who recorded him in the throes of love-making at a boarding and lodging. The wife sounds very bitter and is questioning Mutai on why he opted to go down that route.

We had once written that First lady Margaret Kenyatta’s “Beyond Zero” project was an intellectual-heist by Statehouse from a young St. Andrews Turi student called Erica Njeri.

In Kenya, there seems to be an anemia of ideas by 8-4-4 educated managers, who often in their zeal to justify their jobs and salaries, embark on widespread intellectual property-theft. Kenya is a country that doesn’t recognise intellectual-input, meaning brain-oriented functions are not considered as commodity, and rewarded.

For young creatives and geniuses like the group of contributors to this side, we have opted to let our ideas rot inside our computers, because any meeting with a corporate will end up being stolen and implemented in a mediocre way.

We warned Kenyans with good ideas to totally stop engaging corporates and big groups in Kenya, because all the managers you see in senior positions in the country, didn’t ascend to them by merit, but by either bribery, parting their legs or family relations.

It’s the reason why you see for instance, pathetic adverts being produced by ALL ad-agencies, which are choking with 8-4-4 educated retards. Our mediocrity is woven into the country’s fabric, meaning that the redundant education system created a false sense of equality. The result means that Gacheru will split the money he is paid with senior EABL executives, which is basically how Nairobi operates. One toxic ecosystem of mediocrity and big talkers who then bribe Daystar journalists to always appear on mainstream media.

Kenya Redcross today will launch a campaign dubbed “Treeathon 2016” whereby the Society will claim to want to plant 5 Million trees. To endorse this intellectual property-heist will be Environment CS Professort Judy Wakhungu who is a corporate bootlicker, and speaks in one of those fake accents that Uhuru likes to associate with, Kenya Redcross boss Abbass Gullet who was heavily involved in the Kenyans4Kenya pyramid scheme, Steven Githaiga the CEO of Tana and Athi River Development Authority (TARDA), Emilio Mugo director at the Kenya Forest Services, Fatoumata Nafo-Traore International Federation of Redcross and RedCrescent and Thiery Meyrat, Head of Delegation from International Committee of the Redcross.

These are just a bunch of sorry intellectual thieves who will be launching a project that was pitched to them by Greyfos Consulting’s John Ambuya, in April this year. According to information in our possession, Elijah Muli and Halima Saado both of Kenya RedCross may have been directly involved in the intellectual property-heist as they were to initially jointly pitch it at a seminar and as part of the wider Go Green Kids Festival. Greyfos wanted to incorporate the Red Cross logo as partners.

Halima Saado and Elijah Muli ofcourse with the blessing of the Kenyans4Kenya thief Abbas Gullet simply hijacked this idea, altered it slightly and is now presenting it as an original idea to the public. The two thieves kept evading the signing of an Memorandum of Understanding, signalling their intent to steal the idea from Greyfos Consulting.

Greyfos had developed a very succinct proposal to Kenya RedCross with the same partners that the Society has opted to go alone with. The My Tree App is an ingenious way of integrating technology with the environment. If seen to its conclusion by the originator, the project would have probably met it’s objectives in flawless delivery instead of the copy-paste mediocrity that Judy Wakhungu will be launching today.

Kenyans from all walks of life need to join hands as we get rid of this scourge of intellectual property-heist. Let’s crowd-source to encourage corporates and mediocre institutions to only engage the real concept-creatives. Let’s encourage corporates to desist from engaging copy-paste firms like ScanGroup and instead scout for brilliant/exceptional individuals who have so much more to offer than the mediocre ad-agencies in the country.

Is it possible that going to a local university is a guarantee for impeccable marketing ideas? Are ideas nurtured in university? Ofcourse not. Kenyan Universities stifle creativity. Recruiting content-generators from university or using university-degrees as a threshold is the cause for the death of the media industry.

Shame on Kenya RedCross for stealing Greyfos idea.

Why we always tell Kenyans never to believe the Kenyan media that thrives on Lies and propaganda. Brown envelope Journalists like TerryAnne Chebet and Wallace Kantai have terrorized this nation for brown envelopes. That is why a Kenyan journalists will say Munyiri was the real deal because of a brown envelope.

To mock poor Kenyans, Peter Munyiri started operating a Microfinance lending institution immediately he was fired from the family bank because of the NYS Scandal.

That is how dumb some Kenyan thieves are. Even before the NYS Scandal is over, this Looter has already started operating a microfinance institution. Anybody can connect the dots dear Kenyans. The asset recovery agency was also bribed by Munyiri to be mute on this issue.
But what is going on? Why is EACC not ready to deal with Peter Munyiri?

The Besieged EACC Chairman Philip Kinisu who has refused to go despite being embroiled in many scandals is the man covering up for Peter Munyiri as he fights for his life not to face money Laundering and NYS Fraud charges.

Peter Munyiri is using the money he got bribed by brokering NYS deals to bribe parliamentary committee members investigating the matter to ensure that Philip Kinisu remains at EACC So that he can go on with the cover up. Why we have always told you that our members of parliament (Mpigs ) are like prostitutes. For instance, the Mpigs have been bribed by betting companies to shoot down a bill that would have allowed the probing of betting companies because many of them are being used to launder money.

Reports that cannot be independently verified have alluded that Munyiri has bribed all accountability institutions . The Scheming and sly former family bank CEO is a man under siege as many people have started questioning why he is walking free yet small fish like Kabura are being harassed.

We now urge EACC to tell Kenyans why Munyiri is a free man, yet his file is ready. How much did he bribe Kinisu? Should we continue living this way? Why is EACC promoting corruption instead of fighting it? Why must we always remind them to do their Job?

Kenya has an emerging scourge of “sensitivity” where individuals block those who confront them with truth and facts. The noisy folks who are forever flooding our TimeLines with garbage or talking from a moral high-ground, cannot accept criticism in equal measure.

If you want to be given the respect, or have the street-credibility that you desire, then be ready to post what you can defend. When challenged with facts, don’t resort to blocking as a means of escapism. Be a man. Stand-up for yourself. Don’t seek validation from ass-kissers who don’t have analytical minds.

For instance, the sexually-frustrated feminist Betty Waitherero is a perennial blocker of those she deems as critics. It’s not our fault that we see through your bullshit Ms. Waitherero. If you’re truly a defender of truth and facts, then be ready to face your critics with confidence and flair. Not hiding in the periphery, blocking them.

For instance, Vera Sidika and Huddah Monroe must be the most criticised Kenyans on social-media, due to their career choice of being socialites and hoe’s. They never block anyone. They’re clear in their minds what they’re after meaning that no amount of critic will derail them from their objective.

But the characters like Betty Waitherero want to masquerade as one thing, yet we can see through their tweets. We can tell their desperation to acquire wealth, we can tell their bitterness at being born in the wrong families and greed to ascend the social ladder of Nairobi. But they still want to act like they’re part of “The People” as activists.

It’s just like Ory Okolloh. She blocks us because we saw through her constant rants against Government as not being honest/genuine. Clinical Officers have undergone great suffering in this country, both from employers and the fucked-up Jubilee Government led by thieves and pathological liars. Their problems range from poor pay to intimidation and stagnation in their careers. It is worth noting that the Ministry of Health started training this cadre of health workers over 50 years ago, when there was a gross shortage of doctors in the country. Indeed,today, there is still a massive shortage of doctors in the rural areas for public access.

The training of clinical officers began much earlier than that of medical officers, fondly referred to as doctors, yet now, the said Clinical Officers have been relegated to pursue their education up to and only at a diploma level. The reason being that they were technicians, or assistants to doctors. Only recently, and with the forceful entry of private universities have we seen a shift and acceptance of these workers as people capable of pursuing higher education in their own field.

The wankers and old idiots at the Kenya Medical & Dentists Board worked round the clock to ensure that despite excellent training, these clinical officers could not pursue further medical education, unless they quit their jobs and started out afresh. Many opted to quit the profession altogether, as is evidenced by the chairman of the clinical officers council who holds a PhD in a totally different field not related to clinical medicine.

It got worse; the said board has been visiting higher learning institutions with the sole aim of convincing them to water down the content being taught to Clinical Officer graduates, because they ought not to know what the medical officers know. The institutional-mediocrity has gripped every sector and the cancer needs to be eliminated simultaneously.

The practice and scope of medicine is too wide. Indeed, established universities worldwide have faculties and departments solely for the training of these numerous micro specialties, clinical medicine included. The question then begs, of what purpose will it serve a few individuals if less highly skilled health workers are trained? The answer is simple. Cartels that drive and manipulate healthcare costs. By curtailing clinical officer training, they hold the sole certificate to overcharge poor Kenyans while enjoying the market economy of scales.

Today, highly trained graduate clinical officers are able to perform complex procedures and manage illnesses that used to cost people hundreds of thousands, at an affordable cost and in health facilities closer to them. The clinical officers act 2016 revised edition,sponsored by Bureti MP Leonard Sang is currently in Parliament. It is worth noting that there is intense lobbying to water down this bill by law. The Government is aware that 90% of all sick patients in this country are first seen by a Clinical Officer. And that a further 80% who seek specialized care are also referred first by Clinical Officers. 95% of HIV/AIDS patients are under the direct care of clinical officers with great strides having been achieved in the decline of the scourge thanks to these dedicated workers.

It is thus unfortunate that the government of the day has chosen to remain silent on matters raised by the said cadre. Recently, the Registrar of Trade Unions threw out an application seeking to have clinical officers register a body to address their concerns, citing adequate representation by the Kenya Hoteliers and Allied workers union. What an idiot! How does hoteliaring and health matters connect?

A tragic twist has also seen the Salaries and Remuneration Commission led by the retarded Sarah Serem turn a blind eye on the remuneration cries of specialist clinical officers who have pursued postgraduate studies in cataract surgery, anesthesiology, accident and emergency medicine, etc.

More voices must rise up and say no to high costs of healthcare.

We need to start a campaign to force the boards of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission and the Registrar of Trade Unions to resign, because they are clearly nursing a nasty Moi-era hangover, where Government officials had a lower reasoning capacity than autistic children. These retarded Government officials need to know that they occupy constitutional offices and are therefore accountable to the PEOPLE; not vested interests.

We cannot have the Registrar of Trade Unions being Bribed by the Kenya Medical and Dentists Board to block the registration of the Clinical Officers Union. The Registrar should explain himself or face the wrath of social-media. And we won’t stop until you resign.

I moved back to Nairobi and with the help of my mother I was able to raise my daughter. I never saw Mr. Chi again and the restaurant was closed down the last time I checked. I’m reliably informed that it was bought out by a new Italian owner and it’s called illcovo.

My daughter has grown up to became the most beautiful, intelligent, respectful young woman.She attended Aga Khan academy and later was accepted at University Of Toronto for Neuroscience but we couldn’t afford the fees so we came to a decision for her to attend another university which is cheaper but she would still end up as a doctor after her undergraduate degree.

She has been so kind to me because she has never asked about her dad but I do see it in her eyes she would be so happy to meet her biological father and that would give me peace of mind.

I have tried to trace him but I have not been successful and this is something that I carry with me everyday and I have never discussed it with anyone because I feel like I have failed for the stupid choices that I made when I was young.

I had no one to show me the right direction in life and that’s something I have done with my daughters because I never want them to feel alone that they can’t discuss anything with me as their mother.

The sad part is that I didn’t know him long enough before I fell pregnant so that made it it even harder for me to be able to trace him .Is there anyway you can help me and my daughter to be able to close this chapter?

Mr Steve Ruimuku was initially employed at TARDA as Stephen Maina Githaiga but later changed his name to Steven Githaiga Ruimuku. This anomaly was first discovered by Auditor General Edward Ouko in his account on the authority for 2013/2014 financial year. He was then 62 years and should have retired in 2008.

He threw away or perhaps burnt his old passport and ID and obtained a new ID and Passport but forgot to change his place of birth, names of his father and mother and his fingerprints.

This information is readily available at the office of the Registrar of Persons.

In the process, Mr. Steven Githaiga Ruimuku the fraudster has defrauded the Government Kshs. 10 million in salaries and allowances for the five years as MD.

He also employed 31 people without the consent and authority of the Board of directors and paid them over ksh12 million, including his wife, brother, new wife’s brothers and other relatives and friends.

These are the old wankers who keep saying that we youth’s are leaders of tomorrow, yet don’t want to retire and pave way for new and fresh ideas. They are stalwarts out to fatten their pockets and acquire new wives and clande’s.

Had it not been the launch of the Intellectual Property-Stolen project in conjunction with Kenya RedCross, we would have perhaps never known about this crime that Githaiga has committed. But because of his greed to associated with Abbas Gullet and Gina Din Kariuki, we have busted his sorry ass.

The National Transport and Safety Agency (NTSA) is another Government body formed by retarded Members of Parliament who seem to imagine that every problem in Kenya can be remedied through legislation and formation mediocre outfits that later turn out to be extortion-cartels.

We have seen Lee Kinyanjui using Alcoblow as an extortion checkpoint, whereby able motorists are way-laid by Government extortionists who are no different from highway robbers, and forced to part with cash. Kinyanjui and his wanker staffers then turn a blind eye on the flagrant corruption by public service vehicles which account for the highest number of road accidents.

These retarded Government officials need to be shot by a firing squad. Why do we allow NTSA to mount extortion checkpoints under the guise of enforcing road-safety, yet all the corruption happens at their motor vehicle inspection units? Pathetic.

We’re glad that Citizen TV sacked Evelyn Wambui who did a feature glorifying Alcoblow, after being Bribed by NTSA officials. We will continue to expose all mediocre journalists who portray NTSA in positive light, because they’re equally culpable in glorifying corruption by this unnecessary agency that should be wound-up.

The NTSA Kisumu motor vehicle center has for instance become a center of wheeler-dealing and corrupt practices where for a vehicle to pass and get a sticker one has to bribe the inspectors.

All of the inspectors are working with agents, intermediaries and brokers who bring in the vehicles and pay a specific amount.

For instance, this here is the price list;

Tuk Tuk at Kshs. 1000,
Matatus at Kshs. 2000,
Trailers at Kshs. 4000,
Lorries at Kshs. 3000,
Pickups at Kshs. 2000.

No vehicle gets a sticker without paying the above prices. All vehicles that pay are never inspected but only photographed to look like they were inspected.

All of the matatus or lorries are unroadworthy as most do not even meet the requirements but still get stickers. Most of these matatus and lorries that are fitted with speed governors are required to provide data in soft copy. If one doesn’t bring the soft-copy data, then you required to part with Kshs. 500 -1000 bob in order for your document to be verified.

To retrieve a number plate that had been removed, one is charged Kshs. 1000 bob.

To order a sticker you just email your document and vehicle picture where it’s downloaded and edited then verified and the specific inspector then sends you the report and sticker.

We continue to force down the fact that 8-4-4 is a flawed system created by retarded and retired President Moi to dumb-down the country and turn citizens into dysfunctional robots, who serve the ruling and corporate class as servants. Reason why on their idle time, many Kenyans prefer to discuss about other people’s wealth and achievements, instead of focussing on their own.

Secondly, religion has been interwoven within the 8-4-4 curriculum, meaning that students are forced to attend pastoral sessions. When intertwined with education, the hybrid of Moi’s stupidity demonised students that were exceptional especially in the arts. Those who could sing, act, draw, and the likes were bullied by their peers who thought that simply because they passed exams, they were the SI unit of intellect.

8-4-4 stifled all co-curricular exploits like sports, because all the free-time in schools was exploited for remedial classes in shit subjects like Mathematics, where mediocre 8-4-4 teachers derived pleasure from robbing the childhood from students. Because teachers had a miserable life while growing up themselves, they opted to extend their misery to students and denied/continued to deny them the freedom to explore the talents and gifts outside books.

Many people claim that Gospel music is popular in Kenya, but the real truth is that it’s largely Gospel musicians who are allowed to visit schools. Students who then lack an avenue to exploit their talents end up being drawn into the Gospel craze as it’s the only outside contact with a co-curricular musical activity during school sessions.

Mediocre parents are happy to concede the burden of raising their children to teachers and house-helps, so that they can live the lives their parents didn’t give them. So they drink every evening, they go out with their boys to play golf on weekends, and on Sundays spend entire days in churches and third-rate outings, not bothering to have one-on-one discussions with their children.

Recently, school fires had become a subject of national concern, where again, the mediocre teachers and even religious leaders had the nerve to blame devil-worship as the root-cause of the fires. Nobody even the Jubilee wankers was proposing the complete scrapping of 8-4-4 which is an outdated model of learning that doesn’t make Kenyans competitive globally.

For instance, visit the UNEP office in Gigiri and see that the Kenyans who work there are largely in low-grade positions. Burundians, Rwandese, etc are very marketable internationally because they’re multi-lingual plus their work-ethic and output especially in positions that require trouble-shooting, is visible.

And until the day you mediocre parents stop agreeing to every delusional proposal by these low self-esteemed teachers who want to deprive your children off their youth, by even embarking on holiday-tuition, the mediocrity will continue.

On Twitter, Chance The Rapper launched the #SoGoneChallenge where he welcomed his fans to freestyle bars using beats from Monica’s 2003 song So Gone. And to freestyle and compose lyrics that rhyme is true intellect, something that’s becoming extinct in Kenya.

I have sampled one from a lady who is rapping about love and her ex-boyfriend which is relevant on two fronts. One shows her intellect and ability to drop bars, while still look decent without showing boobs or booty. The second observation is that she is talking about a real relationship with a boyfriend her age, unlike in Kenya where the “sponsor” scourge has grown exponentially, driven by media personalities who sort of find it funny.

We recently called on employers especially those working in result-oriented firms whereby content generation is evolving everyday, to desist from employing graduates from some select universities which embodied the mantra of the 8-4-4 system in totality. 8-4-4 stifles creativity and impedes intellect, reason why we have dumbed-down masses who get Bribed to vote or are conditioned to engage in post-election violence by radio personalities.

The older generation who went through 7-4-2-3 will admit that they were a better lot of graduates than the crap that’s being churned out from these religious-based universities like Daystar. Just like radical islamism as taught in schools has enabled terrorism to thrive, so has Christianity made students who studied through it, made them one-sided and semi-retarded.

Teachers or lecturers at Daystar would for instance, find the lady in this YouTube video as committing a “sin” due to their religious conviction which gives them the illusion that Christianity is the only religion that makes Christians supreme beings over the rest. Yet the lady is exhibiting intense creativity, artistic expression and intellect. And she is doing this from her bedroom.

Today I was saddened to see someone with a degree walking around the streets with a big banner begging for employment, yet he has an accounting degree with a CPA-4. Our mediocre universities train students for employment and not necessarily incubating the next thinkers, inventors, innovators and the likes.

Kenya Power MD Ben Chumo Ignored This Report So That He Can Continue Looting

Recently we have zeroed in on institutional-stupidity by Government officials as being the root-cause of the country’s problems. For instance, we noted that Muhammad Swazuri has been running a cartel that steals land, making Kenya unattractive to bother local and international investors. Indeed, the Land Commission is an unnecessary baggage that parliament brought on us, in their characteristic simple-mind modus operandi of thinking every problem in Kenya will be solved by legislation and constituting a commission.

Kenya remains unattractive to investors also largely in part due to the high power costs. Kenya Power, a monopoly run by thieves who grossly inflate power prices, has consistently failed to rise to the occasion and read the mood of the nation and readjust power tariffs. Because what is the cost of producing hydroelectric/geothermal power, other than the one-off cost of turbine acquisition?

Instead of idiots like Ben Chumo trying to undo the damage that was caused by the thievery of Julie Gichuru’s father-in-law Samuel Gichuru, he is an extension of the stupidity that ran the country during the Moi-era. For instance Chumo was handed this report over a year ago, and he is yet to implement it, for fear that it will curtail the loopholes he exploits to embezzle funds.

Kenya is run by a bunch of retards in nearly every sector, who cannot do the right thing for the sake of posterity.

 

CONDITIONS OF FIELD EMPLOYEES OF KENYA POWER: CASE IN POINT; METER READERS AND DISCONNECTION TEAMS

 

INTRODUCTION: 

The challenges that customer service employees undergo in the field of their duties is massive. The shocking part is that many of the supervisors don’t tend to see them as genuine and all the blame is usually directed to the members of the team. Most Field Technicians feel they are not fully engaged in the performance of the company. Engaged employees form the heartbeat of the company which increases the productivity, profitability and customer ratings, less turnover and absenteeism. More so to mention, customer service is the pillar that bring to life Kenya Power.

Managers who focus on their employee’s strengths can practically eliminate active disengagement and double the average of workers engaged nationwide.

The primary aim of this report was to gather employee’s general perception of their job as Kenya Power employees and also to provide an overview to the top management of what really is going on at the core of the company’s operations.

The report also provided an opportunity to collect information about the work experiences and demographic characteristics of the Kenya Power workforce.

SIGNIFICANCE 

This study carried over a long period of time, (2013-2016); with real time field trips and interviews has the explanations and answers on what goes on in this discipline. This documented challenges also tend to explain and observe the reasons why there is poor revenue collection within the organization.  If the findings are to be further investigated and resolved, revenue collection would increase by double digits in less than one year.

It is also for this study that I tend to explain to the senior management team the real issues affecting Kenya Power with regards to meter reading department.

The study was conducted without prior notification to the company and without any sponsorship whatsoever to the relevant offices within the organization. It is a study conducted by myself covering the regions of Nairobi, Naivasha, Kapsabet, Machakos and Kitale on self-sponsorship.

Key Positive Findings

A few strengths were identified including:

The highest scoring concept was the belief that there will be better contract terms offered by the company among the 3-6 months’ contract employees despite the fact that most of them have had these contracts renewed for the past +6 years.

Other notable issues were the performance of these members: They keep going; they keep working no matter the conditions and challenges they face in the field and in the Office mainly.

Objectives 

The objectives are: 

1. Find and explain ways to Increase two-way communication between supervisors and employees and divert from the norm of one-way communication.

2. Explain ways to Increase efficiency in terms of customer satisfaction and customer relations to employees of Kenya power.

3. Clarify mission, goals, responsibilities, priorities and expectations 

4. Identify and note down ways resolve performance problems 

5. Recognize quality performance, which in the observations, tend to have been sidelined. 

6. Enumerate a basis for administrative decisions such as promotions, succession and strategic planning, and pay for performance.

Scope of the study. This study was limited to the perceptions of full-time employees as to the negative effects that stress has on work performance and the steps that employers are taking to manage them. For the purpose of this study, what constitutes full-time employment is defined by the employer.  This study was restricted to employees operating in Nairobi, Naivasha and Kitale areas.  Nairobi area encompasses Northern and Southern regions.  Naivasha consists of the Naivasha town to regions close to Narok and Juja Road. Kitale area consists of Kitale town, running across Endebess area, Soy Mining, Kapomboi, Kapsitwet, Kobos, Kanyarkwat, Marinda, Kwanza, Maridadi, Namanjalala and Meza areas. For the purpose of this study, conditions and challenges the workforce faces can be termed as “STRESS”, which is defined as disruptive or disquieting influences that negatively affect an individual in the workplace.  

Review of Related Literature Barden (2001), a freelance writer specializing in health care and a former managing editor of Commerce and Health, stated the importance of wellness programs and gave specific examples of corporations that are successfully implementing   such programs.  The Morrison Company currently saves $8.33 for every dollar spent on wellness by offering programs such as weight loss, exercise, and back care.  Axon Petroleum estimates that wellness programs will save $1.6 million each year in health care costs for its 650 employees.  In addition to Morrison and Axon Petroleum, Barden cited the savings for six other companies.  According to the Wellness Bureau of America, the success of these companies offers concrete proof that wellness programs pay off by lowering health care costs, reducing absenteeism, and increasing productivity.             

Foster (2002), a professional speaker on stress-management, surveyed mid- level managers and found stress to be a major determinant in worker productivity.  According to the study, the primary areas affected by stress are employee morale, absenteeism, and decision making abilities.  By recognizing that a problem exists and by addressing the issue, managers can reduce stressful activities and increase worker performance in the business organization.             

Harrold and Wayland (2002) reported that increasing stress affects morale, productivity, organizational efficiency, absenteeism, and profitability for both individuals and the organization. The problem for businesses today is knowing how to determine stressful areas in their organizations and how to use constructive confrontation methods to reduce stress and improve efficiency.  According to the authors, organizations that make a positive effort to deal with stress not only help build trust among their employees, but also increase the productivity of their employees and the organization as a whole.             

Maurer (2002) stated that stress-induced illnesses are prevalent in the workplace today, and stress is the problem of the sufferer and the employer.  Stress causes absenteeism and can lead to other problems such as drug addiction, alcoholism, depression, and poor job performance.  According to Maurer, the annual Barlow Corporation Forum on Human Resource Issues and Trends reported that large numbers of companies noticed severe levels of stress exhibited by employees.  The forum’s panelists agreed that more needed to be done in the workplace to help employees manage stress.  Some of the suggestions were to expand wellness programs, offer stress-management seminars, and teach staff how to balance work and family life. Maurer also noted that Olympic TeamTech, a computer management company, has dealt with employee stress by providing training programs, monitoring employee concerns, and meeting once a month to be proactive instead of reactive.  Olympic TeamTech’s turnover is less than the industry average.             

Schorr (2001), a stress-management consultant, stated that stress causes problems in the workplace which negatively affect employee health and organizational productivity.  Stress can lead to problems such as job dissatisfaction, alcoholism, absenteeism, physical ailments, and poor job performance.  If managers know how to prevent and cope with stress, productivity can be increased.  Many companies instituted stress-management programs that led to a decline in absenteeism, a decrease in sickness and accident costs, and/or an increase in job performance.  Schorr reported that a stress inventory, available from a stress management program, can assist executives and managers in assessing employee stress.  The inventory can identify the sources of stress, which may include physical elements as well as other factors.  Once these sources have been assessed, the program can provide the necessary skills for coping with the problems, and participants can learn that there are alternative ways of reacting to stress.   

 

Methods of the Study

Source of Data for this study were collected using interviews done during interaction in the work area, meaning data collected was first hand from the field.   

Sample Selection, the respondents, involved in this report were employees working in stated areas.  A nonprobability, convenience sampling technique was used to collect primary data.  

Limitations of the Study

This study may be limited through the use of interviews and field trips as a data collection instrument because it is time-consuming.

Also, all programs that may be available to employees for managing stress may not have been included in the study.  The study may also be limited by the use of a nonprobability, convenience sampling method.  The sample of employees for the study was chosen for convenience and may not be representative of the total population of employees. Care should be taken when generalizing these findings to the entire population. 

Further, lack of resources in conducting this survey was key since not all areas of the country are covered in this report. With time and as I gather more information, I will continue providing more reports on the same.

Finally, the use of simple statistical techniques may introduce an element of subjectivity into the interpretation and analysis of the data.  All attempts have been made to minimize the effects of these limitations on the study.

Potential constraints on performance before discussing performance, always assess the potential constraints on performance. Some things to look for: 

  • Lack of proper equipment 

  • Sexual harassment

  • Excessive workload 

  • Inadequate working conditions 

  • Inadequate clerical support 

  • Absenteeism of key personnel 

  • Slowness of action from internal or external sources 

  • Inadequate performance of co-workers on whom individual’s work depends 

  • Inadequate performance of subordinates or managers.

  • Unclear objectives or performance standards 

  • Policy problems 

  • Inadequate communication within the organization 

  • Pressure from co-workers to limit performance 

  • Lack of authority to get things done. 

Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendations

Findings

Meter reading department in Kenya power forms the backbone of the operations and all authority given to the company. It is this department that keeps the company going in terms of revenue collection.

With it as the cornerstone of the company, it is a department that has to be well managed, properly observed, perfect communication and persistent and continuous positive appraisals. On the contrary, meter readers have traditionally been treated as people with no cause of work or people who don’t deserve the necessary respect from fellow work mates and customers at large.

A few points can be stated below of the frequent psychological and physical torture that meter readers face in the field and office (Stress):

  • Under staffed/Workload- Meter readers are usually understaffed and they are required to complete works loads of unimaginable proportions. In an occupational setting, dealing with workload can be stressful and serve as a stressor for employees. There are three aspects of workload that can be stressful.

  • Quantitative workload or overload: Having more work to do than can be accomplished comfortably.

  • Qualitative workload: Having work that is too difficult.  Underload: Having work that fails to use a worker’s skills and abilities. (Bachelors’ degree holders reading meters is an underload.)

  • As a work demand, workload is also relevant to the job demands-resources model of stress that suggests that jobs are stressful when demands (e.g., workload) exceed the individual’s resources to deal with them.

 

Sample Cases to point:

  • Kangundo road, Nairobi South region. The area is vast, semi-arid and lowly populated. A meter reader covers an approximate distance of 3 kilometers between two houses he/she is supposed to take readings from. On average, a single itinerary with approximately 200 meters to be read has to be covered by one-meter reader on foot in a single day. With this figures in play, it becomes impractical for all those readings to be taken. It is either the meter reader has to be out of the place very late in the evening or needs at least 2-3 days to finish the task. The Ruai Office located is supposed to cover the Section from Ruai to slightly past KBC near Kangundo. Believe me, this area is supposed to be covered by only two Individuals. In other words, Only Two people read meters and disconnect this vast coverage. They don’t. Ben Chumo won’t answer to this and quashes any request to have more individuals employed. That whole area, readings are estimated. Wrong bills which Kenyans gladly pay without questioning. Pass by Donholm Station any morning: At the gate you will find people seated waiting for small manual labor from anyone willing to pay them. Interestingly, these individuals are also the ones working as emergency personnel but you would tell because they are always in full Kenya Power gear. Kenya Power teams walk in pairs of two only No matter the kind of jobs they do. This staff have no option but to hire laborers daily to complete a task and pay them from their pockets.

  • Sexual harassment was noted among many female employees who work on Contractual terms of 3-6 months; that supervisors were demanding sexual favors for employment on Permanent terms. Although Kenya is a country that every criminal will immediately call for proof, these ladies tend to talk about this issue mutedly for fear of victimization and/or intimidation. How do you demand for sex to get one’s employment terms changed? The substitute for this for male individuals is a bribe ranging from 50K-100K. A rampant undertaking this is in those offices of Kenya Power-Both Stima Plaza and Electricity House.

  • Kayole, Donholm, Umoja and other densely populated estates: these areas are characterized by very huge populations translating to very many meters to be read. On average, a meter reader has to submit in a single day an average of 1000 readings, sometimes 1300. The Trimble Nomad series sets can’t hold that battery capacity to finish this task in a single day.

  • Site arrival and office departure time-this observation has been made for a period of over two years. The approximate time of departure time from electricity House is 1000Hrs. Average travel time to Kamulu and Joska is 3 hours. This in turn translates to the meter reader starting his/her duties at around midday, works for 2hours and gets picked up again. That is so impractical on efficiency delivery on the part of the meter reader.

  • Why would the supervisors and the entire managerial team stack team members of the meter reading section in one bus and be delivered to the vast Kangundo road for work? I say this because there are so many vehicles on the car yards staying idle, or those responsible demand for pay offs for one to have a car. This is the sole most reason for in efficiency in the section. The bus has to deliver meter readers to Utawala, it has to deliver teams of the disconnection unit, and it has to deliver teams of two different zones of meter reading to both North region and South region along Kangundo road. Every team member travels several Kilometers inwards to the itinerary which he/she is supposed to work. With this case, you will find that these people arrive on site late into the day and they have to be picked up earlier because they are several members. At the end of the day, members have only worked for 2 hours. This questions how Kenya Power makes losses or profits.

This is a customer who pays approximately 100K per month. The interesting thing is that, from that bill, he is supposed to pay 62K for a consumption of 3000 units. The interesting bit is that even on his meter, the readings are nowhere close to the previous reading of 68222-They are at 64000.

    • The aspect of very unruly supervisors who have never stepped foot on site is so discouraging to the meter readers and members of the disconnection unit. Several cases of insult from the supervisors have been reported. Several cases of unjustified prosecution of meter readers.

    • It should also be noted that highly qualified members of this team should not be in the field meter reading. (Underload as stated above). I have few examples I can sight of individuals having 2nd class Honors Degrees in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) that wake up daily to go and read meters. Many more examples of Higher Diploma Individuals who do the same. This are highly qualified individuals who the company needs to keep close. I especially question the employment of individuals who never even completed High school education because Kenyans are competitive and I wouldn’t understand why a learned individual cannot read and write. These illiterate fellows are the Supervisors of Highly trained personnel and we wonder why we aren’t seeing any progress as a country. Let’s not wonder why there is so much jobless youth out here Gambling-It is because institutions like Kenya Power are considering “Family first”, or sex first, no matter your credentials.

    • Harsh climatic conditions- the team operates in conditions that are very harsh. The whole idea of pre-paid meters was corrupted and diverted to business opportunities. I believe the pre-paid metering system was supposed to be placed in areas where it is inaccessible like remote villages and remote areas, but not in township areas like Kayole, Donholm, and Umoja areas. Although the importance of individual differences cannot be ignored, scientific evidence suggests that certain working conditions are stressful to most people. Such evidence argues for a greater emphasis on working conditions as the key source of job stress, and for job redesign as a primary prevention strategy.

    • I have with me examples of Kenya Power staff members who even lack uniform while on duty. Others have their gear torn out, and they swallow their pride and put these gears on to work every day. A simple lab coat is what they lack. I once asked one why they can’t get gear, rather why can’t his coat be replaced and he had no answer for that. He responded to me a few days later that there is no supply from the stores; an answer he was given by his immediate boss. He is having the same, old lab coat he was given when he was employed in 2012. This is now four years since he was given this single lab coat.     • Illegal connections: have you ever wondered why a whole institution like Kenya Power has failed to curb illegal connections? Despite having armed security teams? It is because the task of reporting illegal connections and/ or tampering cases is tasked with meter readers and not a single day will go by without them finding cases. Apparently these illegal connections are sanctioned by managerial staff sitting in high offices of the institution. I have practical examples of Meter readers coming across these illegal connections and if they report the cases, it turns against them and they are threatened to be sacked. Ask yourself why when there is a fault on a transformer in the Ghettos it is replaced with immediate urgency unlike a fault occurring in a residential estate or industrial estate. Because every downtime of a transformer in the ghetto means that someone (Supervisor, manager etc.) loses money from these individuals. We have examples of ghetto transformers being replaced on a record two hours after fault-And the same ghetto has under 10 registered accounts. How?? Meter readers can’t report this. They will be intimidated and/ or sacked.

    • With me also are examples of individuals with very high qualifications of degrees in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, who have been waking up every morning to read meters. There have been internal advertisements of the possible opening of even technicians, which they do apply for, but the selection process is incomprehensible. These individuals feel they are victims of systematic harassment from their immediate bosses. These omissions of a specific set of individuals have created very intimidating and oppressive working environments for such highly qualified professionals. Many of their colleagues with lower qualifications are promoted and are employed on a permanent basis while the said, highly qualified are left out of selection despite the fact they went through the interviews. It’s not fair for them. This is not what a corporate entity like Kenya Power should practice. We need to question why There are frequent blackouts, deadlier that we lose power countrywide. It’s also good to note that many are demoralized in the line of duty, I know of a few who quit without even writing a letter to indicate so, I know of others who are planning to quit before their 6 Months contracts come to an end. This people are not allowed to join the Kenya Power Union or even any Union of employees in Kenya-They are on their Own-They can’t complain of Anything-They can’t report Anything-They can’t access Anything-Not a soft Loan-Nothing-It is criminal to do so and you are immediately sacked. These allegations are true. This Is happening in a monopolist institution in 2016!

    • Bullying in the workplace can also contribute to stress. This can be broken down into five different categories:

      • Threat to profession status

      • Threat to personal status

      • Isolation/or hostile environments.

      • Sexual Harassment.

Case Example: Many of these individuals complain about this; for example, after a site work, the individual is expected to submit the readings collected, and this is done by use of a computer system. The computers are few, and the available ones are more of personal PCs in the office. These members at times have to leave the offices as late as 10 PM because the “owner” of the PC was on YouTube, Facebook watching music and porn.

      • Excess work.

      • Destabilization i.e. lack of credit for work, meaningless tasks, etc. Every meeting that the CEO has with this team is not a meeting: It is an insult to tell them there is nothing they are doing. He repeats this over and over again in every meeting.

This in effect can create a hostile work environment for the employees that, which in turn, can affect their work ethic and contribution to the organization.

Members of the disconnection team are high-ranking officials, who need to be properly appraised to effect tangible service delivery. This team is poorly appraised and or paid regarding their monthly allowances and salary. There is a very simple logic to how they work: They take a lot of bribes in the field during their disconnection endeavors. A salary of Kshs. 15, 000, which he uses to pay for daily bus fare to work, pay rent, eat, school fees and everything. His/her life is anchored on that Kshs.15, 000. By default, he/she will take bribes in the field because the code of ethics has failed all the way from the employer.  Many of them complain of the medical allowances they have on their cards. Research also showed that they get a maximum of Kshs. 5,000 as their medical allowances and hospitals that accept these cards are expensive that they can’t even afford a one-off treatment. A list of hospitals circulated by the company shows that a one off treatment costs an excess of Kshs. 8000. You wonder why a pre-loaded card with Kshs. 5000.

      • Members of the disconnection team, some of them have to buy their equipment like climbing gear.

      • Members of the disconnection team never complete their monthly allocated jobs because they have to cover very large areas that are impractical.

      • They operate under very harsh weather conditions. Case in Point, Kitale region: frequent downpour, no vehicles, just a motorbike rendering a vast area inaccessible yet they have to deliver, at least as the supervisors want. Kapsabet was also noted to have the same characteristics. Sampling theorem from the two regions clearly shows that this problem is countrywide. Think of areas like Wajir, Lodwar etc.

It should also be noted that most of the stress levels in meter readers are a shared common to those in the disconnection team.

If there’s a product that has been counterfeited in Kenya, it has got to be Jameson. These days, Kenyans have started giving the drink a wide-berth due to the hangovers it precipitates.

The truth is that 60% of the Jameson in the market is Chang’aa which has been distilled in counterfeit outfits, many located in the Kariobangi area of Nairobi.

Due to lax enforcement of Standards, the drink is largely compromised which is the reason why many of you spend an entireSunday like today in bed, nursing a hangover, instead of being productive and visiting the outdoors like the museum, parks, giraffe center, etc.

This alcoholism-culture has drained the life out of Kenyans. You’re just a bunch of idiots that have no life in you. You don’t attend plays, don’t engage in sporting activities, don’t interact in settings outside bars; basically you’re just a bunch of sitting ducks.

But what if the Government largely comprising of stupid and retarded old men, re-thought their engagements with these cottage industries? I mean if people in Kariobangi can can make a near identical drink like Jameson, what more can they achieve if they were supported, trained, equipped, funded?

But the problem is this Government is littered with idiots who cannot use the white matter in their heads for its intended purpose. Their first instinctive reaction is to raid such distilleries and have them shut-down.

Government in Kenya largely preoccupies itself with frustrating efforts by independent creatives and entrepreneurs, due to their demonic obsession with foreign investors. Neo-colonialism.

But we all know that East African Breweries Limited (EABL) dispatched a delegation to Statehouse, imploring on the powers that be, to shut down the so-called 2nd generation brewers in counties, because they were threatening their business and bottom-line.

And Uhuru, being a neo-colonised bootlicker was only happy to dispatch MPigs to raid factories, which are big investments acquired abroad, so as to impress and make EABL happy.

The idiots who are in this Government are too many. Their reasoning capacity is worser than that of an autistic child. They’re quick to make the business climate favourable for foreign investors, but harass local investors all the time by sending Kenya Revenue Authority to harass them, or Kenya Bureau of Standards to extort them.

We have also seen retarded old pieces of shit like Muhammad Swazuri stealing land by local investors yet he’s an occupant of a constitutional office.

Kenyans arise! We cannot be paying taxes to a Government whose main preoccupation is to frustrate it’s own citizens. And the Government should be exploring ways to elevate our cottage-industries to go regional/global, instead of bootlegging Jameson.

Stupid KE Journalists: Nobody Asked Mya, Ginuwine & 112 About Their Political Stand

If you search Twitter about the recent visit by musicians Mya, 112 and Ginuwine, you’ll see the true extent that Daystar has contributed in fanning mediocrity in the Kenyan media and by extension, the Kenyan society. Many media houses and “alternative” blogs like Nairobi News and Mpasho (all being online extensions of mainstream media mediocrity) are focusing on Chris Kirubi’s invitation to Mya on a date, in what clearly looks like a Dam, but is being referred to as a lake.

We have for long spoken about the lack of global awareness by Kenyans, who prefer to spend their days tuning in to radios that play shit music, and listen to pathetic commentary by retarded radio show hosts, whose only agenda is to promote consumerism and dumb-down the general population by glorifying materialism.

We have asked Kenyans who want to be in-sync with the rest of humanity, to totally avoid any association with mainstream media operatives in Kenya, because they’re honestly extremely dumb beyond measure. Their inherent stupidity is contagious and those who associate with or lend them their ears, stand the risk of also being lumped up in the same cycle of stupidity.

For instance, America is at a cross-roads right about now. Black Lives Matter is a grassroot movement started in Ferguson Michigan after the killing of an unarmed black boy called Trayvon Martin. The movement has gained traction and is now being endorsed by many performers, the most prominent being Beyonce whose currently on tour for her “Formation” album, which features dedications to the movement.

Secondly, America is in the middle of a bruising elections pitting Donald Trump vs Hilary Clinton, both of whom subscribe to different political ideologies which will ultimately have an impact on America’s foreign-policy. This will directly affect the entire world as the United States is a global trend-setter and when they sneeze, the rest of the world catches a cold.

Thirdly, Mya has just been hob-nobbing around night-spots, after their aggressive and creative owners went out of their way to draft her for photographs with their loyal patrons and customers. The imbeciles at Brand Kenya Board and Kenya Tourism Board starting with the overrated Julie Gichuru haven’t thought about engaging Mya as a brand ambassador for our country and our products. By now, she should be posting Instagram pictures of her watching Olympics and cheering Kenyan athletes. She won’t do it for free though.

So why is our tax money being used to fund sterile boards like BKB and KTB? Are we paying salaries for basic bitches like Julie Gichuru to self-actualise or serve the nation? While other countries are effectively using online influencers and prominent personalities to market, in Kenya, these institutional retards like Chris Kirubi who chairs the Brand Kenya Board only wants to have sex with Mya? Why are corporates continuing to give huge contracts to these shit advertising agencies who don’t even sponsor events and concerts but instead choke our airwaves with shit adverts? Can’t corporates read the signs of the times? If a small outfit like PRC can draft good artists like Mya, 112 and Ginuwine, yet East African Brewing Limited (EABL) isn’t interested to bring us Jay Z or Kanye West simply because the brand managers or CEO wants a bribe, then they’re clearly going to find themselves stranded in the boulevard of mediocrity like mainstream media.

Expounding on the same, mainstream media still hasn’t caught the drift on how Kenyans have started disassociation with them. For instance, concert/event promoters are utilising social media 100% to hype and sell their events. Nobody is using mainstream media to hype their event. And this is only the beginning. Going by the precedent set with the advent of for instance mobile money, which almost crippled the banking sector, or a online betting which is the craze in Kenya, media will become totally irrelevant once smartphones become cheap and accessible to rural Kenyans.

Your stupidity of hiring third-rate journalists from mediocre religious-based institutions of “higher” learning, who can’t even conduct interviews from a global perspective, will be the end of your media houses dear media owners.

I was just about to sign-off then I remembered the town-hall meeting Obama hosted at Kasarani stadium, during his visit to Kenya last year. In the meeting, the “best” brains in Kenya had been selected by the US Ambassador to engage the visiting head of state. Today, we received a message that can be equated as a direct threat to United State President Barrack Obama, over piling pressure for foreign intervention in the South Sudan crisis.

And as the West mulls military intervention, Kenya continues to play a retrogressive role in fanning the flames of war in the war-torn country, by facilitating the passage of arms via the Mombasa port.

Kenya continues to give safe haven to families and assets of key protagonists in the South Sudan crisis including President Salva Kiir and rebel leader Riek Machar.

Despite the numerous photo ops and media events done at Statehouse Nairobi in the company of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Foreign Affairs CS Amina Abdalla, nothing seems to have materialised, and the war has threatened Kenyan citizens and interests in that Godforsaken country.

For those who may not be in the know, Juba the capital of South Sudan, is what you’d equate to a glorified-village, and despite the fact that the country has immense oil reserves, most of South Sudan’s money is looted by Government officials who invest in property in Kenya, with the help of key real-estate companies Hass Consult and Kight Frank. Instead of building their fucking country, South Sudanese thieves who plunder their coffers invest in ours.

At some point we have to ask ourselves, is a peaceful South Sudan more beneficial to us than a war-torn one? Because while a few establishments like the money-laundering real estate agencies mentioned above are gaining, the potential for small traders and immigrants has diminished.

For instance, we spoke to one of the car-hire businessman in South Sudan from Kenya. He informed us that they have encountered alot of problems in South Sudan and the Kenyan Embassy in Juba has not been of much help.

Since 2013 unrest they have experienced alot of economic hardships due to low business and harassment from the authorities in South Sudan, even as we in Kenya graciously welcome South Sudanese with open arms.

In 2013 they were being targeted because the Kenyan government didn’t send the army to assist the Salva Kiir-led dictatorship as Uganda did.They also raised issues with rebel-leader Riek Machar given a red carpet reception when he visited Kenya. On this current unrest they are saying that the Kenya Government is supporting the sending of protection troops and an arms embargo.

The Kenyans in the transport business are prohibited from picking passengers from the airport. Insecurity is still high as some of Kenyan friends have either lost cars or been robbed.

The Kenyan investors in South Sudan wish to come back to Kenya and continue their business but they can’t because they are not allowed to do business with their cars even after paying the roaduser and insuarance.

The National Transport and Safety Agency (NTSA) chaired by Jubilee wanker Lee Kinyajui and Traffic Police officers are harassing the South Sudan-based Kenyan transporters alot on the roads.

It’s extremely pathetic for them to be paying roaduser and insuarance in Kenya and yet they are not allowed to conduct business with the cars in the country.

The transporters in South Sudan have sent a passionate appeal to Cyprian Nyakundi, to ensure that their message doesn’t get lost, as they have previously tried to contact other bloggers but to no avail.

We are informed that the inflation rate is so bad, and is now at 700%. 1 South Sudan pound was 30ksh but is now 1 Ksh.

Many moons ago, we highlighted the endemic corruption in the JAP CashCow Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) where money is stolen in broad-daylight and without any Investigative agency taking action due to bribes paid out to DCI and EACC officials.

It’s high time Kenyans give Cyprian Nyakundi a good score card. He highlighted this issue on his site over two months ago and now is when mainstream media has picked it up with The Star recently covering the directive from the National Environmental Management Agency (NEMA).

Joe sang and John Ngumi of Kenya Pipeline Company have been bribing corrupt journalists so that they cannot exposed so that the duo can continue to loot kenya pipeline.

This company awarded the above tender EnvironServe did not have capacity to undertake the contract.

The company did not have NEMA license to operate yet Sang was so busy and interested in awarding the tender due to personal interest.

KPC did not have budget allocations. Initial allocation was Kshs. 40 million but due to greed by the psychopaths at Kenya Pipeline, the contract was escalated and inflated to Kshs. 300 million for looters to get kick backs, just like what happened to the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) where an overpriced but sub-standard single-track rail-line, with no electricity cost Kenya a quarter of its GDP.

All staff involved in initial tender evaluation chaired by Lucy Kariuki and members Robert Kamau, Nancy Ndathi and Wilkister Omondi were all transferred from Nairobi after failing to take orders from Joe Sang and his corrupt cartels. They raised all the issues and said no. But corrupt cartels had their way.

Joe Sang should be jailed and all monies paid to that company in the dubious contract recovered from him and all the people who were involved in the tender evaluation, led by his general manager finance Samuel Odoyo and procurement manager Nicholas Gitobu.

There is trouble at the Geothermal Development Corporation. Staff in the department of Corporate Communication are up in arms against their manager Ruth Musembi whom they are accusing of fomenting hatred in the department and the company.

Now they have collected signatures demanding that she desists from her devious behaviors. Musembi, a former high school teacher, who last year controversially resigned and was rehired under very unclear circumstances, is accused of high-handedness and disregarding the expertise in the department.

She has hatched a plot to hire a PR agency, suspected to be hers, to run the company’s PR activities when her contract ends in September. She is operating with the impunity of Vivianne Yeda Apopo, the boss at the East African Development Bank (EADB) who has outsourced the Human Resource function of her company to a company she has an interest in.

Now, the department which is bloated with 27 qualified staff has said enough is enough. It is not common to have staff collecting signatures in a corporate environment against their boss, but this one has happened. It is a record of sorts. It is thought that Musembi wants a soft landing in the event that her contract is not renewed.

Staff have however vowed to go to court should she be rehired. The law on public officers demands positions should be advertised and not unilaterally dished out. GDC is having a basketful of troubles ranging from corruption to sexual harassment. The new MD, Johnson Ole Nchoe has promised to clean up the company but observers say he is already charmed by Musembi who is a master boot-licker.

To prove that we are the most transparent blog in Kenya, we hereby attach 3 documents. One is the petition signed by staff calling for the probing of Ruth Musembi. Secondly, we will also attach the Request for Proposals for a Public Relations firm to do the work that an already bloated department of 27 workers can do. And finally, we will also present the Human Resource structure at GDC.

We hope the relevant authorities will move swiftly and rectify this anomaly, failure to which we will relaunch our infamous hashtags against GDC, that saw former CEO Geoffrey Simiyu arrested and charged.
