Old habits die hard and as such, it is imperative to keep companies in check till things are corrected or done better.
Telkom Kenya has recently learned the art of stealing from the don of thieves Safaricom Plc.
Just like Safaricom, Telkom is now forcefully subscribing its clients to premium services, deducting over Sh10 from their customer’s airtime unawares.
When one wants to unsubscribe, they face a hurdle. The unsubscribing procedure is shady and hard.
Even after you are lucky to unsubscribe, you will still find yourself, once again, subscribed forcefully, airtime stolen and you’ll have to repeat the tedious process.

It is in the news that Lipa Later has partnered with Telkom Kenya to provide Kenyans with loans for Mobile phone purchases.
My point is, that it can only mean that Kenyans are going to get scammed a big one.

In the above deal, consumers will be able to access select phones from brands such as: iPhone, Nokia, Oppo, Realme, Tecno, Ulefone, Vivo, Xiaomi, Huawei, Bontel and Itel.
Both entities have learnt to do evil and thanks to the Kenyan justice system, get away with it.
