In the same week that they lodged an official complaint at the CFAO Group Executive Committee over the poor working conditions at Toyota Kenya, furious employees are now demanding the immediate resignation of Managing Director Arvinder Reel Singh on the ground of gross malpractices.
The board that governs CFAO Motors and consists of members based mainly out of France is already aware of the ongoing shenanigans and workers are hopeful that something will now be done about the corrupt and evil cabal as well as their stooges before things completely go south.
This comes days after insiders within the firm exclusively disclosed to us that CFAO Group had begun an internal investigation into the corrupt and rogue senior administration led by Managing Director (MD) Arvinder Singh Reel, Chief Operations Officer Joshua Anya and General Manager Andrew Omolo.
The probe was sparked by our eight-part part series commissioned by this site’s Chief Editor Cyprian Nyakundi that delved into the company’s deep-rooted troubles attributed to a crooked leadership.

Through submissions anonymously presented to the cnyakundi.com newsdesk, staff protested a toxic working environment attributed to rampant mistreatment and oppression by the CFAO Motors Kenya management.
They also raised the issue of discrimination where despite the frequent reshuffles to cast out rebels, a select group of favoured but poorly performing personnel always seem to be spared.
In this regard, Ms Josephine Mwandoe, a beginner in the finance office was named as the only person at CFAO Motors Kenya that is immune to the MD’s brutal and unforgiving nature.
As per the latest reports from within the company, it is understood that their alleged affair is an open secret that runs as far back as 2020 when CFAO Group froze all new recruitments but the well-endowed and curvaceous lady not only retained her job but was confirmed as a permanent employee.
Ever since that day, she would often be seen dropping gifts at the boss’ office without any shame.
In fact, our sources inform us that Ms Mwandoe is so special to Arvinder Sigh to the extent he behaves like a young boy whenever she is around.
“Hi Nyakundi, thank you for highlighting this CFAO Motors story.
It will be the best thing for the current staff.
Maybe something will be finally done by the owners of the organization, otherwise, things are going south and fast.
The honourable thing to do, for Arvinder and his cronies (Margaret Guandaru and Joshua Anya), would be to resign.

Any Risk Manager worth their name comes, observes and leaves within a year because they know that it is unprofessional to torture people.
So in Margaret, Arvinder found a (KYM) to fulfil his agenda.
Of course, he also listens to his alleged mistress Josphine Mwandoe, his driver, an infamous messenger in the company called Gachunga and his lady PA who is also a top snitch and an alcoholic also.
Imagine that is his “cabinet”.
I don’t want to mention that Arvinder’s only qualification is being in the company for many years and CPA.
It is laughable that his mantra was “Back to the Top”.
Yet after 4 years at the helm of the prestigious organization all he has managed to do is frustrate his own staff picking fights with the best salespeople, and other departments like finance and frustrating them by transferring them from one branch to another.
The whole of the motor industry is aware of whatever is happening in Toyota and is taking advantage of the situation.
To confirm the alleged affair between Josephine Mwandoe and Arvinder.
In 2020 at the start of COVID, the CFAO Group froze all recruitment for the whole of 2020.
All staff on the contract were let go, order from CFAO Group no matter how good they were at work, but guess what? Josephine who was on a contract at that time was confirmed as a permanent employee.
Only Josephine was employed permanently in the year 2020.
Then Josephine without shame was seen sending Arvinder presents.
