Two weeks after this website highlighted an employee submission that adversely mentioned the alleged mistress to CFAO Motors Kenya boss Arvinder Singh, the lady identified as Josephine Manga Mwandoe has finally broken her silence.
Reacting to the scathing assertions via social media, the curvaceous and well-endowed junior employee seemed to indirectly confirm being aware that her suspected affair with MD Arvinder Singh is no longer a secret at the company.
From some of the WhatsApp Status screenshots, Ms Mwandoe hinted at how she was faced by “Character Development” on the day one of our stories exposing the evils at CFAO Motors went viral.
She also furiously sent out a cryptic message to her supposed “traitors” at the troubled vehicle distributor.
Taking advantage of the recently concluded Easter weekend, she sarcastically wished the unnamed betrayers a “Happy Judas Week”.
“Happy Judas week to all the traitors, backstabbers, betrayers, snitches etc. It’s your week, enjoy,” read one of her posts.
Her response followed our article published on April 11, 2022, in which insiders within the firm disclosed that CFAO Group had begun an internal investigation into the corrupt and rogue senior administration led by Managing Director (MD) Arvinder Singh Reel, Chief Operations Officer Joshua Anya and General Manager Andrew Omolo.
The probe was sparked by our eight-part part series commissioned by this site’s Chief Editor Cyprian Nyakundi that delved into the company’s deep-rooted troubles attributed to a crooked leadership.
Through submissions anonymously presented to the cnyakundi.com newsdesk, staff protested a toxic working environment attributed to rampant mistreatment and oppression by the CFAO Motors Kenya management.
They also raised the issue of discrimination where despite the frequent reshuffles to cast out rebels, a select group of favoured but poorly performing personnel always seem to be spared.
In this regard, Ms Mwandoe, a beginner in the finance office was named as the only person at CFAO Motors Kenya that is immune to the MD’s brutal and unforgiving nature.
As per the latest reports from within the company, it is understood that up to this very moment, the company is yet to officially address the long list of issues raised by the demoralized workforce.
In their latest attempt to find an audience, the disgruntled employees have written a scandalous e-mail to the CFAO Group Executive Committee with strong demands.
The board that governs CFAO Motors and consists of members based mainly out of France is now aware of the ongoing shenanigans and will now hopefully do something about the corrupt and evil pair and their stooges.
CFAO EMPLOYEES HAVE SENT COMPLAINTS TO CFAO WHICH HAS CHOSEN TO IGNORE THEM
As of the publishing of this story, the editors of this website have gotten wind of attempts by desperate lawyers who have been streaming in at CFAO Motors Kenya begging them to sue or gag this site’s Chief Editor Cyprian Nyakundi for carrying the articles highlighting the plight of the employees.
Their misguided efforts fail to make sense because it is common knowledge that Cyprian Nyakundi is not answerable to any power and only seeks to inform Kenyans about the information sent to him anonymously.
While this blog argues with facts, documents and evidence, it beats logic how lawyers posing as saviours can ask CFAO to gag its own oppressed employees.
But for the people this website has exposed, they are answerable to their shareholders, to the regulators, to the laws of the land, to their clients and to posterity.
Even funnier, some of the law firms like Oraro and Company Advocates seem to have made it a habit to be used to bully this website with numerous demand letters.
