In an undated video sent to the Chief Editor of this site, two Kisii men are seen mercilessly beating up a man who is said to have gone to Abamachoge Borabu CDF office to inquire about his bursary.
This site can however not confirm what really led to the bitter confrontation but in the video recorded within the CDF office compound, women and other people around the office are heard begging the two men to stop fighting the poor student but as much as people tried to calm them the more kicks and blows landed on the poor student.
Our source also revealed that the assaulted student was later locked up for some hours at Kenyenya Police Station where he had gone to report the assault for lack of evidence.
“The casualty who was assaulted wrote an OB and Kenyenya Police Station the same day he was roughed up but again he was held in custody for lack of evidence for some hours,” reads part of the message sent to Cnyakundi.com
Our source further suspected foul play in the whole case questioning why one Jeff Okemwa who recorded the video did not share with the police after the assaulted student was locked up for lack of evidence.
“The one Jeff Okemwa who posted the clip, why didn’t he share the clip with the police so that the casualty can get justice, where has been this clip and why did he share it on social media after four months since the incident took place?” Our sourced questioned.

Our source then swears to help the young man get justice.
“As a friend of Anthony Machoka and onbehalf of his family we’ll seek for justice for our son and colleague.
“And to the side of the Area MP thank you for the response you did when the resident was assaulted the three staffs who are captured on the clip were all taken home for a permanent retirement thank you for acting as a leader.
Atleast you did your part where you could, the remaining is ours to know the owners of the clip and deal with those captured on the clip for assaulting a child of someone,a father of someone a husband of someone a relative of someone and a friend of someone,” reads the last part of our source’ message.
