Labour minitsry does not work
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations does not work.
Illegal aliens are many in Kenya.
The law says that a foreigner can only work in Kenya for a period of two years, in a skill area that Kenyans lack. During the two year period, they are supposed to train a Kenyan to replace them when they go back to their country.
However, the hawks, pigs and vultures at the immigration department and the two other government entities mentioned above have build a cuture of receiving bribes and fraudulently extending issued work permits, past the required period.

Thank you brother for your prompt response.
There is an Asian institute by the name of CGHU. They have 2 temples, 1 school and the crematorium.
I usually work there on casual basis when they require casual workers.
One of their temples is on Eldama Ravine in Parklands near deep sea and there they have employed an Indian person by the name of Raju who stays at the temple.

I have come to find out that he is a foreigner on a false permit.
Raju has obtained the permit under being a priest but he does not know anything about being a priest instead he cooks for the temple functions and also does outside catering.
His wife sells many cakes from her house in the temple premises and I know that they don’t give any receipts or are they registered.

Tax Evasion
I feel it is not justified doing business without paying any taxes.
Also Raju receives cash for outside catering and he does not have any registered business.
for a couple of weeks there is another relative of Raju who has come from India as a visitor and he does not know Swahili or English but has started working at the temple. I do not know if he has a permit or not.
Earlier there was our local Kenyan who used to cook food at the temple for their functions but he was told to go because Raju took it over.
DCI should Investigate

I truly feel that such people who do not respect our laws should be sent back.
