There is this guy who defiled a mentally challenged 17 year old girl named Mercy Mutua; he was arrested and then released.
His name is John Kasivu.
Am told that he is now threatening her parents that he will rape her again.
He is a 60 years old man and comes from Kwasyokisinga sublocation, Katangi location, Machakos county.
Please expose this so that Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) can follow up.
Help the girl to get justice.
