The incident, which has since gone viral on social media, reportedly took place on the evening of Wednesday, November 9, 2022.
Mr Hallard allegedly punched the 43-year-old house manager identified as Mary Wambua, grabbed her by the scruff of the neck and smashed her face into iron doors over unclear reasons.
A racist woman beater who has blatant disregard for human rights. @LabourSPKE @waziribore @ForeignOfficeKE @fidakenya @covaw Yesterday at around 3:30 PM Mr Hallard punched his house manager, grabbed her by the scruff of the neck and smashed her face-first into Iron doors…. pic.twitter.com/SsrKSW97nw

To make matters worse, he refused to take the poor injured woman to the hospital and she had to walk home whilst profusely bleeding.
She was a live-in member of staff and was fired post-incident.
The matter was reported at Hardy Police Station in Karen, Nairobi.
“This has been a sad year for Kenyan domestic workers especially those in foreign lands, but for something like this to happen to someone on home soil, whose only fault was trying to make ends meet is unacceptable.
Being poor in this country shouldn’t be a crime,” wrote one social media user.
