DPP Noordin Haji
A lobby group has petitioned the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions to remove and replace a court prosecutor.
The prosecutor, a Mr Zacharia Kiongo is accused of among other things bribe-taking and extortion.
The group called Name and Shame, whose main aim is to enforce public accountability, social justice, implementation of the constitution and the rule of law, raised serious and salient integrity concerns concerning the above named.
The ODPP office in Nyanza received the petition on 13th October 2021.
Every person has the right, peaceably and unarmed, to assemble, to demonstrate, to picket, and to present petitions to public authorities – Article 37 of the Constitution.

There is this police OCS of Oyugis and the Oyugis court prosecutor who are harassing the innocent people with total disregard of the law.
They act as police officers, prosecutor and magistrate at the same time, taking bribe with impunity.
An anonymous person, due to fear of being reprimanded, did a public petition to the ODPP Kisumu, EACC, ombudsman and IPOA. Find attached copies.
