CAPTION: KCB CEO Joshua Oigara who wants to re-introduce the redundant KCB Pepea Card, so as to extort innocent football fans in colnjuctio with the crook himself, Nick Mwendwa.
Joshua Oigara has partnered with the crook FKF President Nick Mwendwa, to relaunch the failed Pepea Card prepaid system, that was a partnership between Riverbank Solutions owned by Mwendwa and Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB).
Today, Nick Mwendwa asked football fans to visit any KCB branch, apply for a Pepea Card, load money and use it to pay at the Stadium during match-days.
The greed with this young man from Kamba land is unprecedented as he is busy scheming on how to profit his businesses using football, instead of first getting the results that Kenyans want.
Pepea Card was first launched during the period when major stakeholders wanted to rip-off matatu passengers by imposing dubious transaction fee’s under the guise of a “cashless-system.”
The project was rejected by the masses, even after the high-profile launch by President Uhuru Kenyatta of the My1963 card in conjunction with Bob Collymore and Safaricom.
This means that from every ticket, Nick Mwendwa will be earning a transaction fee, enriching himself using football. He is the same nincompoop who has been calling up players from his team Kariobangi Sharks, to the National Team.
Now he has arranged a test-match against Sudan, which is ranked way below Harambee Star’s next opponent Congo Brazaville.
We ask football fans of goodwill to reject the Pepea Card, and further ask them to exercise their democratic rights after Kenya is beaten by their forthcoming opponents, to peacefully protest calling for Nick Mwendwa’s removal.
Speculation is rife that transaction fee’s earned from extortion of football fans will be split between Nick Mwendwa and Joshua Oigara, who has also supported Mwendwa’s Riverbank Solutions in doing IT business for KCB.
Football fans have expressed outrage at the seemingly greedy move by Nick Mwendwa of seeking to profit from a game he has largely mismanaged.
Fans are now calling on President Kenyatta to stop fence-sitting and disband the FKF, without seeking any counsel from sports CS Hassan Wario whose incompetence almost had Kenya missing the Olympics in Rio 2016.
