Politicians and friends joined the family of Mama Ida Odinga as the wife of the Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga celebrated her 70th birthday on Saturday.
Mama Ida who was born on August 24, 1950 was described as wise, graceful and selfless by those who attended the her party.
EALA member Oburu Oginga who is Odinga’s elder was also present, Wajir MP Fatuma Gedi and NGEC commissioner Priscilla Nyokabi while some leaders sent their messages via Twitter.
