Now, the Nairobi County Government led by Mike ‘the Kevese’ Sonko has not evaluated food handlers for almost a year. This was reealed by the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) and it is a cause of concern.
Sonko is sitting pretty while Kenyans are at the danger of dying from cholera and other food-borne diseases.
The Cleanshelf Supermarket Shujaa Mall Branch thrives in dirt.
The basic Kenyan laws for food safety enforced by Department of Public Health (DPH) include the Food, Drugs and Substances Act, Chapter 254, the Public Health Act, Chapter 242 and the Meat Control Act, Chapter 316. Food-borne diseases are still a major problem in Kenya because of the enormous informal sector in the food industry accounting for at least 80% of the supply to the domestic markets where hygiene controls are rudimentary.
Cleanshelf Supermarket is flouting more than one law.
Any clients who have bought foods at these supermarket branch are at a danger of diseases and should consider collection evidence to sue the supermarket in case things go south.
By the way, you can sue a food-handler if you have evidence that their food caused your illness.

Dear Cyprian,
I am a concerned shopper of Cleanshelf supermarket shujaa mall spine road
They sell cooked food that is ready but not covered which leaves it exposed to dust and flies
